密封皮碗
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用来密封壳体和穿过壳体的轴之间的缝隙的密封皮碗,它具有一支承体和装在它上面的静态和动态密封元件,其中密封元件由不同的材料组成,以及其中支承体具有一径向对准轴的环形部分和沿轴的轴向分布的圆柱体部分。
背景技术
由DE 198 36 986 A1已知一种密封皮碗,它具有一支承体,支承体上安装着静态密封元件。支承体具有一径向对准轴的环形部分和一沿轴轴向分布的圆柱体部分。静态密封元件材料统一地转变成一前置密封元件,它动态地贴合在轴上。在静态密封元件轴向内侧上装一由PTFE(聚四氟乙烯)组成的密封体,它动态密封待密封空腔,并向待密封空间方向拱起。
在DE 197 40 822 A1表示一类似密封件的另一种结构。这里也利用大致类似结构系列的支承环,它上面固定一静态的和一动态的密封元件。这些密封材料可以由同一种材料组成;但是也可以由不同材料制成。
发明内容
本发明的目的是,这样地改进已知密封件,使得在减少制造费用的情况下可以提高使用寿命。这时同时应该改善使用性能。最后这种新的密封件应该可以经济地制造。
按照本发明从上述现有技术出发所述目的通过这样的方法来实现,即动态密封元件固定在支承体的径向环形部分上,并在固定部位两侧包围环形部分,静态密封元件离动态密封元件一定的径向距离地安装在支承体的轴向圆柱体部分上。动态密封元件在固定部位处的厚度可以两侧相同或不同。这里径向环形部分的仅仅一部分,也就是环形部分的内边缘被动态密封元件用作连接部位。而静态密封元件局限于一种基本上抓住支承体的轴向圆柱体部分的连接。在静态和动态密封元件之间保持一径向距离,这允许在制造时两个密封元件可以由非常不同的材料制成,其中对于两个密封元件可以同时进行弹性体材料在支承体上的硫化。
支承体由韧硬性材料,尤其是金属,制成。
对于静态密封元件与动态密封元件的径向距离选择由制造技术的原因所需要的空间。它至少约0.5mm,以便能够在规定位置上装上相应的间隔板,该间隔板是成形模具中相互面对面的环形间隔凸起。同时这种方式有这样的优点,即支承体在硫化期间可以保持在一个规定位置上,这时硫化可以在采用增附/粘剂的情况下进行。分别使用的增附剂使两种不同材料固定在支承体上。
作为动态密封元件优先采用这样的结构和材料,使得可以在密封件套在轴上时才出现密封元件的皮碗形状。在套在轴上之前动态密封元件是一尤其是等厚的圆环。如果动态密封元件至少在包围轴的皮碗区域内在其朝向轴的表面上设置用来回输待密封介质的凹槽是有利的。这时在动态密封元件的边缘上设一阻隔装置,使得在轴静止时待密封介质不会向外流。
此外动态密封元件在其背向轴的表面上可以设置同心的或螺旋形的凹槽,它可以使皮碗在装配期间轻微地拱起。这些凹槽最好和面对面的内侧上的凹槽相匹配。两侧上的凹槽可以是单头或多头的。
为了可以从两个方向将静态密封元件装入壳体孔,密封元件在其外侧上具有一端面和/或底面倒角。静态密封元件的外侧最好做成波纹形,以便由此可以很好地附着在壳体孔内壁上。通过波纹造型控制压入壳体孔的压入力和压出壳体孔的压出力。
在本发明另一种结构中轴可以配备一多极轮(Multipolrad),它与装在壳体上的传感器共同作用,以便传输例如转速测量值和其它测量数据。
通过本发明达到质量方面的优点和成本方面的优点。质量方面的优点在于,两种材料的每一种可以最适合于它在运行时的要求。成本方面的优点通过这样的方法得到,即只有在必定需要的地方才用较贵的材料(大多在动态密封部位)。
用于动态密封元件的材料最适合于旋转的机械零件的密封。对耐高温性提出特别高的要求,因为摩擦热通过油池加大了发热。这造成非常高的购买价格。在这种材料中也可以加入强烈减小摩擦的材料,例如蜡/石蜡。在静态密封元件的材料中不允许有这种材料存在,因为这造成固定配合的丧失和密封圈在其孔内移动。例如氟橡胶(FPM)证明是合适的。
静态密封元件的材料最适合于静止不动的机械零件的密封。因为这里不外加摩擦热,对耐高温性的要求不太高。因此可以采用比较便宜的材料。针对好的紧密配合和小的加压变形残余开发这种材料。可能使用一种用于干燥安装的表面涂染层。例如丙烯酸酯橡胶(ACM)证明是合适的。密封元件最好由聚合物,例如由弹性体或可交联的热塑性塑料组成。用于密封圈皮碗的另一种可供选择的材料是热塑性塑料或热固性塑料。例如也可以采用PPS(聚苯撑硫),PA(聚酰胺)、可注塑的共聚物,为FEP(全氟乙烯丙烯共聚物)或PFA(Perfluoralcoxy共聚物)或热塑性弹性体。最后如果静态密封区的材料和动态密封区的材料上不同的颜色是有利的。

具体实施方式
图1中以纵剖视表示一密封皮碗30,它装在壳体4和轴3之间的空隙内。密封皮碗30由支承体5和装在它上面的密封元件组成,密封元件即静态密封元件6和动态密封元件7。两个密封元件6和7由不同的材料制成。动态密封元件7固定在支承体5的径向对准轴3的环形部分31上。在固定部位32密封元件7在两侧包围环形部分31,亦即既从内侧也从外侧包围环形部分。内侧朝向待密封空腔1,而外侧朝向外界2。当然这里也包括环形部分31的径向内表面。动态密封元件7朝待密封空腔1方向拱起。朝外界2的方向动态密封元件7附加地设有防护唇口13,它主要用来挡住污物。
静态密封元件装在支承体5的轴向圆柱体部分33上。在所示实施形式中它从两侧包围整个轴向圆柱部分33。静态密封元件6在其外侧34上具有端面倒角14和底面倒角15。两个倒角14和15使密封皮碗30更容易推入壳体4上存在的孔,该孔本身也设有一倒角35。
在静态密封元件6和动态密封元件7之间存在径向间距8,它既存在于朝空腔1的方向,也存在于朝外界2的方向。它在外观上由两个在径向环形部分31上环形分布的、相互相对的环形槽36和37组成。
在图2中所示的实施例中密封皮碗30保持它在图1中所示的基本结构。区别是,动态密封元件7没有防护唇口,并在所示情况下向外界2拱起。在剖面内看支承体5做成T形。为此用于支承体5的钢板相应地折弯。包围轴3的皮碗在其朝向轴3的表面40上设有用来回输待密封介质的凹槽。皮碗边缘41设有阻隔装置,它阻止液体介质可能从空腔1向外渗出。
图3表示一种实施形式,其中支承体5在剖面内看做成L形,但具有加强的轴向圆柱体部分33。这通过支承体5在这个部位的双层折叠达到。动态密封元件7朝内腔1方向拱起,并且在其皮碗区域内既在朝向轴3的表面40上又在背向轴3的表面42上设有凹槽。双面设置的凹槽对于动态密封元件7特别是在材料较硬时得到更好的可弯曲性。
图4表示一个例子,其中支承体5在剖面内看做成Z形。这里静态密封元件6仅仅设置在支承体5的朝向壳体4的一侧上。支承体5的位于径向外侧的法兰38在密封件30装入壳体4和轴3之间时用作轴向止挡。这时密封件30从外界2推入壳体4和轴3之间的空隙内。在这种情况下动态密封元件7向外界2方向拱起。静态密封元件6和动态密封元件7的其它结构基本上相当于图2中的元件。
图5中所示的实施例牵涉这样一种密封皮碗,它用于具有较大径向尺寸的安装空间。支承体5在剖面内看具有钩形,静态密封元件6仅仅装在向外突起的轴向圆柱体部分33上。在这种实施形式时在静态密封元件6和动态密封元件7之间保持相当大的距离。这时如果动态密封元件7朝其自由端42方向具有越来越大的厚度是有利的。
在图6至9中表示密封皮碗的多种结构形式,它们具有不同的支承体5和固定在它上面的不同的静态密封元件6和动态密封元件7。这里支承体5在轴向圆柱体部分33上有不同的两段44和45。其中一段具有比另一段45小的直径。如果除了在壳体孔内良好的静态密封6以外还应该达到支承体5在壳体孔内的非常紧密的配合,那么这种结构是有利的,这通过支承体5,亦即其段45以外表面直接在壳体孔内贴在壳体4上达到。
在图10和11的实施例中密封皮碗30补充了测量装置,它们主要由一固定在轴3上的多极轮11或传送器轮12和一在它对面的传感器10组成。用它们可以测量和采集转速、旋转精度等等。

Claims (11)

1.用来密封壳体(4)和一轴(3)之间的空隙的密封皮碗,具有一韧硬性材料组成的支承体(5),所述支承体保持静态和动态密封元件(6、7),其中弹性的密封元件(6、7)由不同的材料组成,静态密封元件(6)的外侧(34)是波纹形的,并且支承体(5)在安装状态具有一径向对准轴(3)的环形部分(31)和一沿轴(3)轴向分布的圆柱体部分(33),其特征为:密封元件(6、7)在采用增附剂的情况下通过硫化与支承体(5)结合,并且动态密封元件(7)固定在支承体的径向环形部分(31)上,并在固定部位(32)在两侧包围环形部分(31),静态密封元件(6)离动态密封元件(7)一定径向距离(8)地设置在支承体(5)的轴向圆柱体部分(33)上。
2.按权利要求1所述的密封皮碗,其特征为:支承体(5)由金属组成。
3.按权利要求1或2所述的密封皮碗,其特征为:静态密封元件(6)离动态密封元件(7)的径向距离至少为0.5mm。
4.按权利要求1或2所述的密封皮碗,其特征为:动态密封元件(7)在密封件套上轴(3)时得到其皮碗的形状。
5.按权利要求1所述的密封皮碗,其特片为:动态密封元件(7)至少在包围轴(3)的皮碗区域内在其朝向轴(3)的表面(40)上设有用来回输待密封介质的凹槽。
6.按权利要求1或2所述的密封皮碗,其特征为:动态密封元件(7)的皮碗边缘(41)具有一阻隔装置。
7.按权利要求5所述的密封皮碗,其特征为:动态密封元件(7)在其背向轴(3)的表面(42)上设有同心的或螺旋形的凹槽。
8.按权利要求7所述的密封皮碗,其特征为:凹槽是单头或多头的。
9.按权利要求1或2所述的密封皮碗,其特征为:动态密封元件(7)的皮碗朝外界(2)或朝待密封空腔拱起。
10.按权利要求1或2所述的密封皮碗,其特征为:静态密封元件(6)在其外侧(34)上具有一个端面和/或底面倒角(14,15)。
11.按权利要求1或2所述的密封皮碗,其特征为:轴(3)设有一传送器轮(12)或一多极轮(11),它们和一装在壳体(4)上的传感器(10)共同作用。
