防治白蚁剂
本发明涉及一种防治白蚁剂。
专利说明书WO93/22297中公开了一种杀虫剂活性成分5-叔丁基-2-[2-(2,6-二氟苯基)-4,5-二氢噁唑-4-基]苯乙醚(下文称“etoxazole”),具有如下结构式:

Etoxazole被研制开发作为一种农业上使用的杀螨剂和杀虫剂的活性成分。
本发明的目的是提供一种etoxazole的新用途,即用作一种高效防治白蚁剂的活性成分。
本发明提供一种含有活性成分etoxazole和纤维素的防治白蚁剂。
该防治白蚁剂可制成片剂或粉剂。
当本发明的防治白蚁剂是粉剂时,其通常含有0.005-20%重量的etoxazole和30-99.995%重量的纤维素粉。纤维素粉通过在酸水解木质纤维素后进行粉碎而制得。此外,天然获得的纤维材料如木材粉末可被用来作为纤维素粉。
本发明的杀白蚁粉剂中含有粉末载体。本发明中采用的粉末载体的实例包括:无机粉末如合成水合氧化硅、无水氧化硅、氧化铝、高岭土、滑石、氧化钛和碳酸镁;合成树脂粉末如聚氨酯、聚酰胺和聚丙烯;盐类如硬脂酸钙。在本发明的防治白蚁剂中,粉末载体的含量通常为0-69.995%重量。
粉剂通常采用混合和研磨etoxazole和纤维素粉末进行制备,可任选加入粉末载体。
本发明的防治白蚁剂可以是含有上述粉剂的气溶胶剂型。气溶胶剂型通常含有粉剂和推进剂,可任选含有溶剂。在气溶胶剂型中,粉剂和推进剂的含量分别为0.1-10%重量和20-90%重量。所述溶剂的实例有:酯类如豆蔻酸异丙酯、棕榈酸异丙酯、癸酸异丙酯、月桂酸异丙酯等;醇类如乙醇、异丙醇等。
当为片剂时,本发明的防治白蚁剂通常含有0.01-20%重量的etoxazole。
片剂通常采用常规的方法将etoxazole展布于纤维纸上制成,例如,将含有etoxazole的溶液或分散液在纤维纸上扩展并干燥。溶液或分散液通过在合适的有机溶剂中溶解etoxazole而制成,可任选使用含有表面活生剂和分散剂的水将其稀释。
本发明可有效防治的白蚁实例包括:澳白蚁科(Mastotermitidae);原白蚁科(Termopsidae)如Zootermopsis属、Archotermopsis属、Hodotermopsis属、Porotermes属、Stolotermes属;木白蚁科(Kalotermitidae)如木白蚁属(Kalotermes)、新白蚁属(Neotermes)、堆砂白蚁属(Cryptotermes)、切白蚁属(Incisitermes)和雕白蚁属(Glyptotermes);草白蚁科(Hodotermitidae)如草白蚁属(Hodotermes)、Microhodotermes属和Anacanthotermes属;犀白蚁科(Rhinotermitidae)如犀白蚁属(Reticulitermes)、异白蚁属(Heterotermes)、白蚁属(Coptotermes)和长带白蚁属(Schedolinotermes);毛白蚁科(Serritermitidae);白蚁科(Termitidae)如Amitermes属、Drepanotermes属、Hopitalitermes属、Trinervitermes属、大白蚁属(Macrotermes)、土白蚁属(Odontotermes)、小白蚁属(Microtermes)、鼻白蚁属(Nasutitermes)、Pericapritermes属和Anoplotermes属。
本发明防治的典型的白蚁种类实例包括:黄胸散白蚁(Recticulitermessperatus)、家白蚁(Coptotermes formosanus)、干木切白蚁(Incisitermes minor)、截头堆砂白蚁(Cryptotermes domesticus)、黑翅土白蚁(Odontotermes formosanus)、恒春新白蚁(Neotermes koshunensis)、Glyptotermes satsumaensis、Glyptotermes nakajimai、Glyptotermes fuscus、Glyptotermes kodamai、Glyptotermes kushimensis、日本大白蚁(Hodotermopsis japonica)、Coptotermes guangzhoensis、Reticulitermes miyatakei、黄翅散白蚁(Reticulitermes flaviceps amamianus)、Reticulitermes sp.(Kanmonshiroari)、Nasutitermes takasagoensis、Pericapritermes nitobei和Sinocapritermes mushae。
本发明的防治白蚁剂可用于白蚁孔道、被白蚁为害的木材、或白蚁栖息地如土壤、树木等。当使用于白蚁孔道时,破坏部分白蚁孔道,再将本发明的防治白蚁剂施用于白蚁孔道内。当使用于被白蚁为害的木材或白蚁栖息地时,本发明的防治白蚁剂采用片剂形式涂于为害的木材处,或将粉剂撒于木材或白蚁栖息地,如果需要可打洞施药。
Etoxazole的施用剂量取决于危害程度和其他条件。当本发明的防治白蚁剂施用于土壤或树木时,etoxazole的剂量通常为0.01-100g/m2,优选1-30g/m2。当本发明的防治白蚁剂施用于白蚁孔道或被白蚁损害的地方时,etoxazole的剂量通常为0.01-1000g,优选0.1-100g。
实施例
下面通过剂型实施例和试验实施例详细解释本发明。剂型实施例1
1重量份etoxazole和99重量份结晶纤维素粉(Avicel,由Asahi Chemical IndustryCo.,Ltd.)混合制得本发明的防治白蚁剂。剂型实施例2
5重量份etoxazole和95重量份结晶纤维素粉(Avicel,由Asahi Chemical IndustryCo.,Ltd.)混合制得本发明的防治白蚁剂。剂型实施例3
5重量份etoxazole和95重量份木材粉末混合制得本发明的防治白蚁剂。剂型实施例4
0.5重量份etoxazole、40重量份结晶纤维素和59.5重量份滑石混合制得本发明的防治白蚁剂。剂型实施例5
2重量份etoxazole、50重量份结晶纤维素和48重量份粘土混合制得本发明的防治白蚁剂。剂型实施例6
2ml含有15mg etoxazole的丙酮溶液浸湿一张滤纸(纤维纸,直径9cm),干燥后制得本发明的防治白蚁剂。剂型实施例7
5ml含有50mg etoxazole的丙酮溶液浸湿一张牛皮纸(纤维纸,15cm×15cm),干燥后制得本发明的防治白蚁剂。
下面将描述试验实施例。试验实施例1
滤纸(由Advantec Corp.生产的纤维纸,直径33mm)用1ml含有2mg etoxazole的丙酮溶液浸湿并干燥。所述滤纸置于直径35mm的白塑料杯中,塑料杯的侧面和底部具有5个孔,白蚁可通过该孔。白塑料杯置于一个大杯中,100只家白蚁(Coptotermes formosanus)释放于大杯中。大杯内维持一定的湿度,并观察白蚁的致死率。结果为:9周后,致死率为93%。试验实施例2
将10mg根据剂型实施例2制备的本发明的防治白蚁剂涂布直径9cm的铝盘。所述铝盘置于直径5cm的塑料杯中,塑料杯的底部放有湿滤纸。20只家白蚁(Coptotermes formosanus)释放于铝盘内,并于3小时和18小时后观察死亡率。结果为:3小时后,死亡百分率为0%,而18小时后,所有的白蚁都死亡或濒临死亡。
此外,收集19只死亡的白蚁,将其置于直径9cm的塑料培养皿中,塑料培养皿底部垫有干净的湿滤纸。相同数目的健康的家白蚁释放于该塑料培养皿中。19天后观察发现,所有的白蚁均已死亡。试验实施例3
将10mg根据剂型实施例3制备的本发明的防治白蚁剂涂布直径9cm的铝盘。所述铝盘置于直径5cm的塑料杯中,塑料杯的底部放有湿滤纸。15只家白蚁(Coptotermes formosanus)释放于铝盘内,并于3小时和18小时后观察死亡率。结果为:3小时后后,死亡百分率为6.7%,而18小时后,14只白蚁死亡或濒临死亡(死亡率93%)。
此外,收集14只死亡的白蚁,将其置于直径9cm的塑料培养皿中,塑料培养皿底部垫有干净的湿滤纸。相同数目的活的家白蚁释放于该塑料培养皿中。21天后观察发现,所有的白蚁均已死亡。
上述实施例2和3的结果表明,施用本发明的防治白蚁剂3小时后的致死率或死亡率较低,而18小时后表现出极好的防效。此外,还可观察到毒性转移的效果。
本发明的防治白蚁剂表现出迟效性。因此,与本发明的防治白蚁剂接触后的白蚁将会返回它们的巢中,而后死亡,因而许多在巢中的白蚁与死虫体接触,最终也可将其杀灭。

Claims (6)

1、一种防治白蚁剂,其含有活性成分5-叔丁基-2-[2-(2,6-二氟苯基-4,5-二氢噁唑-4-基]苯乙醚和纤维素。
2、权利要求1所述防治白蚁剂,其中该防治白蚁剂制成粉剂。
3、权利要求2所述防治白蚁剂,其中含有0.005-20%重量5-叔丁基-2-[2-(2,6-二氟苯基)-4,5-二氢噁唑-4-基]苯乙醚和30-99.995%重量纤维素。
4、权利要求1所述防治白蚁剂,其中该防治白蚁剂制成片剂。
5、权利要求4所述防治白蚁剂,其中每m2纤维纸上含有0.01-100克5-叔丁基-2-[2-(2,6-二氟苯基)4,5-二氢噁唑-4-基]苯乙醚。
6、一种防治白蚁的方法,其特征在于将有效剂量的含有活性成分5-叔丁基-2-[2-(2,6-二氟苯基)-4,5-二氢噁唑-4-基]苯乙醚和纤维素的防治白蚁剂施于白蚁孔道、白蚁为害的木材或白蚁栖息地。
