本发明涉及镶玻璃的屋顶的改进。
本发明特别涉及暖房屋顶,更具体一些,涉及用于通风暖房的装置。暖房是房屋的常用的附加部分,用于提供其魅力为光亮并有宽阔的外部视野的附加房间。由于暖房是大量镶玻璃的,故可能有这样的缺点,即当天热时,暖房内部可以变得非常热,而当天冷时,所镶的玻璃不能保持热量。由于后一情况,可能在暖房的内表面上形成凝结水。
为了克服上面这些问题,理想的是设置通风。一种简单的通风形式为设置穿过暖房屋脊的空气通道,以使空气能流过暖房。
屋脊通风系统提供一个雨水可能进入的大面积,也就是雨水可能沿屋脊的两侧进入,在屋脊处,雨水可能从屋脊罩下面的房顶玻璃板向上溅,并进入脊梁中。因此,必须设置挡雨板和其它合适的密封,以防止雨水进入暖房本身。
本发明的目的为提供另一种用于镶玻璃的屋顶结构的通风系统。
按照本发明的建议,对于具有一屋脊和至少一自由的脊端的镶玻璃的屋顶,通风路径可经过脊端零件设置。
通常,维多利亚式或爱德华式暖房都有一个或更多的适于采用本发明的脊端。在这种脊端,各个镶玻璃的梁向下并沿径向延伸,一个罩子座落在脊端的上方并在罩上安装一装饰性尖顶饰。在本发明的一个优选的形式中,建议在脊端设置一大体为垂直的通风管。然后在通风管上方装一尖顶饰或其它装饰性罩,在其边缘之间留下一个空气可经过它跑出的空间。
按照本发明,镶玻璃的屋顶所用的屋脊的一种优选的形式包括一凸缘件,它属于脊梁端部的一部分或装在脊梁端部上,凸缘件布置成使镶玻璃的梁与其相连。通风管最好穿过凸缘件安装。实际上,管子与凸缘可以做成一件例如做成模铸件。
用于脊端的罩最好有一穿过它的、用于通风管的开口,并且最好形状做成座落在通风管顶上。开口最好有一大体居中的槽,后者通过腹板连至开口的侧面,槽布置成用于接纳一装饰件如尖顶饰的塞子或类似物,由此,装饰件就座落在通风管的顶上,但是其底缘则与罩离开一段距离,以在其间提供一空气通道。
在脊端的下面最好设置一盖板,盖板最好有一通风管座落在其中或在其上的开口。在开口的上方,最好设置一钻孔通风板(hit and missventilator)。开口最好用一带一结合有可旋转的带槽的盘的、沿径向开槽的盖盖住,由此,盘可在第一位置与第二位置之间旋转,在第一位置,盖与盘的各自的槽对齐,以允许空气通过,在第二位置,盘的实体部分与开口的槽对齐,防止空气通过。
本发明的通风系统可用于自然通风。换句话说,当通风通道打开时,暖房中的热空气将上升并经过通风系统跑出。另一方面,通过在通风管中设置一用电操作的风扇或转子,将空气经过管子从暖房中抽出,也可以用本发明的通风系统进行强制通风。

参看附图,所示的脊端是所谓的维多利亚暖房的代表,它有一带装饰性屋脊饰12和一总体用14代表的脊端的屋脊10,镶玻璃的梁19从脊端沿径向延伸并支承其间所镶的玻璃板(未示出)。
暖房脊端包括一脊梁16,后者有一固定在其上的大体为半圆形的屋脊端板18。屋脊端板18向下带坡度并有一固定在其上的镶玻璃的梁19。
在脊梁16的上方有一罩20,在脊端有一大体为半圆形的罩22。一通风管24穿过屋脊端板18伸出。板18和管子24可以做成一件式的模铸件,镶玻璃的梁19的端部与通风管20之间的空间用泡沫塑料26密封。
通风管24在其顶部穿过罩22中的圆形开口28伸出。在开口22中有一管子30,它有通过腹板32连至开口28的侧面的封闭的底部。管子30接纳来自尖顶饰38的底部36的塞子34,以使在底部36的底缘与罩22之间有一通空气的空间。
在脊端的下面有一盖板40,盖板有一开口42,通风管24的底端伸入其中。盖住开口42的是一通风格栅44,后者有多个径向的槽46。可旋转地装在格栅44的上方的是一个盘48,它本身有多个径向的槽,由此,盖子的槽与盘本身的槽的对齐可允许空气进入并经过通风管24。
通风管24可设置用电操作的风扇或转子,以提供经过通风管的强制通风。要不然,通风就通过暖房中的较热的空气进行,它上升并穿过通风管。

Claims (15)

1.一镶玻璃的屋顶,它有一屋脊和至少一个自由脊端和经过脊端零件设置的通风路径。
2.如权利要求1的镶玻璃的屋顶,其特征为,在脊端设置一大体垂直的通风管。
3.如权利要求2的镶玻璃的屋顶,其特征为,在通风管的上方,装有尖顶饰或其它装饰性罩,在其边缘之间留下一空气可经过它跑出的空间。
4.如权利要求1、2或3的镶玻璃的屋顶,其特征为,脊端包括一凸缘件,它属于脊梁端部的一部分或装在脊梁端部上,凸缘件布置成使镶玻璃的梁端与其相连。
5.如权利要求4的镶玻璃的屋顶,其特征为,穿过凸缘件安装一通风管。
6.如权利要求5的镶玻璃的屋顶,其特征为,通风管与凸缘是一个零件。
7.如权利要求2至6的任一项的镶玻璃的屋顶,其特征为,用于脊端的罩有穿过它的、用于通风管的开口。
8.如权利要求7的镶玻璃的屋顶,其特征为,脊端的罩的形状做成座落在通风管顶上的。
9.如权利要求7或8的镶玻璃的屋顶,其特征为,开口有大体居中的槽,后者通过腹板连至开口的侧面,槽布置成用于接纳一装饰件如尖顶饰的塞子或类似物,由此,装饰件就座落在通风管的顶上,但是其底缘则与罩离开一段距离,以在其间提供一空气通道。

12.如权利要求7至11的任一项的镶玻璃的屋顶,其特征为,在开口的上方,设置一钻孔通风板(hit and miss ventilator)。
13.如权利要求12的镶玻璃的屋顶,其特征为,开口用一带一结合有可旋转的带槽的盘的、沿径向开槽的盖盖住,由此,盘可在第一位置与第二位置之间旋转,在第一位置,盖与盘的各自的槽对齐,以允许空气通过,在第二位置,盘的实体部分与开口的槽对齐,防止空气通过。
14.如权利要求2至13的任一项的镶玻璃的屋顶,它进一步包括一用于强制通风的装置。
15.如权利要求14的镶玻璃的屋顶,它进一步包括一在通风管中的用电操作的风扇或转子,用于将空气经过管子从暖房中抽出。
