Abstract

一种按压型接点弹片,其圆顶状可动接点弹片内侧的可动接点表示对应接触或脱离开关的固定接点,以构成电气的开或关状态;上述可动接点弹片在中间圆周位置由外侧往内侧方向冲制突出数个等角度间隔排列的可动接点,各可动接点的接点面突出距离设为可动接点弹片材料厚度的三分之二以下,并且接点面外周设成尖锐边缘;从而改善可动接点与固定接点的电气接触安定性,并且在重复按压使用中能够降低荷重特性的变动。

按压型接点弹片
技术领域
本发明有关一种专供小型压钮开关使用的按压型接点弹片改良构造。
背景技术
一般具有按压型接点弹片的小型压钮开关,主要适用于音响再生机器、闭路机器、行动电话等通讯机器,以及测定用电气机器及电子机器等类,并且此压钮开关随着用途区分,可使用在单独或多数的内藏式匣盒型,亦可如行动电话的开关型式,而使用在需要多数按压型接点弹片的软性电路板上。
目前按压型接点弹片设成一圆顶状,使其内侧的可动接点对应接触或脱离固定接点,以构成电气的开或关状态。此种开关在按压操作时,使接点弹片反转变形而发音,而在解除操作时,接点弹片即恢复原本形状。
一般软性电路板上配置使用压钮开关时,为了防止细小尘埃造成接触不良,因此圆顶状按压型接点弹片设制半球状突起的可动接点,使其顶点部可点接触或脱离固定接点。但是此种接点弹片及其可动接点在量产时,必须使用冲压弯曲加工方式,因此其生产设备模具容易摩耗损坏,而要经常维修保养。
另外,按压型接点弹片的可动接点在长期重复接触或脱离软性电路板的固定接点时,可动接点的半球状突起顶点部容易陷入固定接点,以致荷重特性的变化加大。尤其半球状突起的可动接点在冲压弯曲加工时,会残留有加工变形,再加上后续制程之加热状态,皆会造成荷重特性产生较大变化,影响整体开关机能的安定性。
发明内容
而本发明之目的即在提供一种按压型接点弹片,其能够克服细小尘埃所引起的接触不良现象,并且在后续制程加热中,以及长期重复按压使用等情况下,皆可减轻荷重特性的变动,确保整体开关机能与品质。
为达上述目的,本发明圆顶状可动接点弹片内侧的可动接点对应接触或脱离开关的固定接点,以构成电气的开或关状态;上述可动接点弹片在中间圆周位置由外侧往内侧方向冲制突出数个等角度间隔排列的可动接点,各可动接点的接点面突出距离设为可动接点弹片材料厚度的三分之二以下,并且接点面外周设成尖锐边缘。
在可行实施例中,可动接点弹片在中间圆周位置设有四个彼此相隔90度的可动接点。而可动接点的接点面可设成平面,或者设成接近平坦状的弧凹面。

具体实施方式
首先,请参阅第1、2图,本发明将按压型接点弹片1装入小型压钮开关2,使可动接点弹片3内侧的可动接点4对应接触或脱离开关2的固定接点5,以构成电气的开或关状态。上述可动接点弹片3在直径外周端接触基板8的导电部9,并且导电部9通常以铜箔配线技术形成于基板8上面,而固定接点5则设于基板8的中央处上面,以对应可动接点弹片3内侧的可动接点4。
本发明以上述可动接点弹片3构成按压型接点弹片1,该可动接点弹片3可采用厚度0.06mm及直径5.0mm的圆形不锈钢制弹簧片材(SUS301CSP-H),并且设成具有发音机能的圆顶状。在可动接点弹片3外周部份具有两个圆形屈曲部10、11,使可动接点弹片3以内侧屈曲部10为界线,而形成可弹性反转变形的球面。上述内侧屈曲部10与外侧屈曲部11之间形成一圆锥面状保护部12,而外侧屈曲部11的外周则设制另一不同顶角的圆锥面状保护部13。
可动接点弹片3在圆顶状内侧面中心的直径1.2mm圆周上设有数个等角度间隔排列的可动接点4,如图面所示实施例中,可设有四个彼此相隔90度的可动接点4,并且各可动接点4制成直径0.3mm的圆形。上述可动接点4采用机器冲制成型,其主要由可动接点弹片3材料的三分之二以下厚度而突出0.02mm,藉由此三分之二以下厚度的限制,以维持可动接点4的材料强度,并且确保可发音的机能。
由于可动接点4采用半剪断加工方式冲制成型,而不同于习用的冲压弯曲加工方式,所以能够减少加工后残留的变形,以确保可发音动作的安定性,同时减轻加工后受热产生的特性变动。上述可动接点4经由半剪断加工方式,而以弹片材料三分之二以下厚度往内侧方向突出,因此保留有材料三分之一以上厚度的全周连续部份,以避免可动接点4的强度下降及弹片特性变动,而获得预期的荷重特性。再进一步说明,按压型接点弹片1在量产过程中采用半剪断加工方式冲制成型,而不是习用的冲压弯曲加工方式,因此能够减轻模具的摩耗现象,而不必频繁维修保养。
可动接点4以半剪断加工方式成型第4图所示的突出接点面6,并且朝向开关的固定接点5,而边缘7则成为接近90度的尖锐状剪断面。该可动接点4的接点面6可设成如第4图所示的平面,或者如第5图所示,将接点面6a设成接近平坦状的弧凹面,而具有更尖锐状边缘7a。
上述可动接点4设成如第1图所示直径0.3mm的圆形,亦可如第6图所示设为扇形可动接点4a,或者如第7图所示制成长方形可动接点4b,更可设为其它无绘图表示的椭圆形、多角形等形状。在第6、7图所示的按压型接点弹片1设为直径4.0mm。
第8图表示本发明按压型接点弹片1的移动距离S〔横轴(mm)〕与动作荷重F〔纵轴(gf)〕的特性表,而第2、3图则表示操作者对按压型接点弹片1施加向下按压的动作荷重F,使可动接点弹片3初期的移动距离S几乎与动作荷重F成正比,当动作荷重超过F1而成为F2时,如第3图所示的可动接点弹片3朝可发音方向进行反转,因此比动作荷重F2更小的施力会使其继续移动至相应的行程距离。
可动接点弹片3以屈曲部10、11作为屈曲线而反转,同时球面圆顶状部份弹性反向弯曲变形,藉由动作荷重F使可动接点弹片3的可动接点4到达移动距离S1,然后接触对应的固定接点5,而成为电气作用导电的开状态。在可动接点弹片3反转时,保护部12、13不会反转,能够接触压靠于导电部9上,以保持导电状态。
可动接点弹片3在中间圆周位置设有四个可动接点4,当开关按压操作中,如果动作荷重F对于圆顶状可动接点弹片3发生偏心或中心方向歪钭等问题时,即藉由接近动作荷重F作用点的可动接点4来接触固定接点5,因此于各种偏心方向荷重状况下,同样能够确保开关动作的安定性。
在导电的开状态下,可动接点4的接点面6以尖锐状边缘7线接触于固定接点5的表面,因此即使表面上附着微细尘埃,亦会被线接触压力彻底消灭,以防止接触导通的障碍,确保长期重复操作开关的安定性。由于可动接点4的接点面6设成平面或接近平坦状的弧凹面,因此在重复开关操作下,接点面6只会稍陷入固定接点5,即不会再深入,以减轻荷重特性及移动距离的变化。
对应移动距离S1的动作荷重F1只须极小的力量,当操作者解除按压型接点弹片1的施压力量时,由于动作荷重F1消失,因此可动接点弹片3自然回复原本圆顶状型态,而成为电气的关状态。
本发明按压型接点弹片1组装在小型压钮开关2,并且此压钮开关2随着用途可使用于独立的匣盒型,或者如行动电话的开关型式,而成为软性电路板上的多数开关群,因此已具备产业上利用价值。

Claims (4)

1.一种按压型接点弹片,其特征在于:所述按压型接点弹片的圆顶状可动接点弹片内侧的可动接点对应接触或脱离开关的固定接点,以构成电气的开或关状态;上述可动接点弹片在中间圆周位置由外侧往内侧方向冲制突出数个等角度间隔排列的可动接点,各可动接点的接点面突出距离设为可动接点弹片材料厚度的三分之二以下,并且接点面外周设成尖锐边缘。
2.如权利要求1所述的按压型接点弹片,其特征在于:该可动接点弹片在中间圆周位置设有四个彼此相隔90度的可动接点。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的按压型接点弹片,其特征在于:该可动接点的接点面设成平面。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的按压型接点弹片,其特征在于:该可动接点的接点面设成弧凹面,所述弧凹面接近于平面。
