Abstract
本发明公开了一种园林工具用惯性旋转轴向制动装置,由用于安装刀具的工作轴、从动轮、外壳和制动块组成,安装刀具的工作轴与外壳转动连接,制动块设在外壳上,工作轴与从动轮螺纹连接,在从动轮的外端面上设有凸起,在工作轴上固定设有拨件且设置在能使拨件的转动平面位于凸起的高度范围内的位置。本发明在动力源被切断后,工作轴及安装于工作轴上的旋转件(刀具等)与从动轮间存在的惯性差,使工作轴与从动轮发生相对转动,使从动轮发生轴向移动,直至从动轮内侧端面触及并作用于安装在外壳上的制动块,从而可以降低对相关零部件的材质要求,从而降低成本,结构简单、制动可靠性高且达到标准要求,加工、维修方便。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于园林工具的制动装置,尤其涉及一种园林工具用惯性旋转轴向制动装置。
背景技术
园林工具在动力源被切断后,其工作轴由于惯性不会很快停止。但有一些有特殊要求的装置,被要求在动力源被切断后,其安装在工作轴上的旋转件能快速停止转动。例如属于园林电动工具的修草机,旋转件即为刀片,工作轴和电动机主轴之间由皮带传动,要求刀片在电动机的电源切断后3~5秒内停止转动,目前上述园林工具置都采用一些装置帮助快速制动。其中有采取电子制动装置的,但一旦电子元件失效,就会发生“咬死”现象,致使电机损坏。有采用机械制动装置的,但目前公开的机械制动装置的结构都较复杂,可靠性差,加工、维修欠方便。其它轴向制动装置缺点是:1、制造结构复杂,制造成本高;2、由于利用了弹簧的弹力来制动刹车,弹簧力会随着时间的推移而变小,最后失效。
发明内容
本发明提供一种能够降低对零部件的材料要求、结构简单、可靠性高且达到标准要求的园林工具用惯性旋转轴向制动装置。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种园林工具用惯性旋转轴向制动装置,由用于安装刀具的工作轴、从动轮、外壳和制动块组成,安装刀具的工作轴与外壳转动连接,制动块设在外壳上,工作轴与从动轮螺纹连接,在从动轮的外端面上设有凸起,在工作轴上固定设有拨件且设置在能使拨件的转动平面位于凸起的高度范围内的位置。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下优点:
①在动力源被切断后,工作轴及安装于工作轴上的旋转件(刀具等)与从动轮间存在的惯性差,使工作轴与从动轮发生相对转动,使从动轮发生轴向移动,直至从动轮内侧端面触及并作用于安装在外壳上的制动块,产生制动磨擦,因此产生制动磨擦的正压力是通过螺纹来实现的,与现有技术相比,这种磨擦所需正压力的产生方式可以降低对相关零部件的材质要求,从而降低成本,结构简单、制动可靠性高且达到标准要求,加工、维修方便;当电机启动时,从动轮开始转动,并与处于静止惯性状态的工作轴发生相对转动,使从动轮内侧端面脱离制动块,工具处于工作状态。
②由动销、限位销钉、弹簧与动销座组成的制动块,在制动发生时,由于弹簧的作用,使制动块始终贴紧从动轮,保持良好的制动效果和可靠性,并能有效克服因制动表面不平而降低制动效果的缺陷。
③在从动轮上设置摩擦板的技术措施,增加了可靠性,延长了使用寿命,简化了加工工艺,降低了成本且不降低制动效果。摩擦板结构简单,易于加工,与从动轮结合,使其成为耐用、耐磨,又能降低加工要求、符合制动要求的从动轮。
④位置可调整的凸块,可使凸块位于合理的位置。

具体实施方式
实施例1
(参见图1)一种园林工具用惯性旋转轴向制动装置,由用于安装刀具的工作轴7、从动轮4、外壳17和制动块组成,安装刀具的工作轴7与外壳17转动连接,制动块设在外壳17上,工作轴7与从动轮4螺纹连接7-4,在从动轮4的外端面上设有凸起4-1,在工作轴7上固定设有拨件5且设置在能使拨件5的转动平面位于凸起4-1的高度范围内的位置,在本实施例中,制动块由动销13、限位销钉14、弹簧15与动销座18组成,动销座18设在外壳17上,动销13和弹簧15设在动销座18内,弹簧15设在动销13与动销座18底部之间,在动销13的周面上设有限位滑移槽13-1,限位销钉14设在动销座18上且其头部位于限位滑移槽13-1内,在动销13上设有摩擦片12,(参见图5)在从动轮4的与摩擦片12相对的端面上设有摩擦板16。
实施例2
(参见图1)一种园林工具用惯性旋转轴向制动装置,由用于安装刀具的工作轴7、从动轮4、外壳17和制动块组成,安装刀具的工作轴7与外壳17转动连接,制动块设在外壳17上,工作轴7与从动轮4螺纹连接7-4,在从动轮4的外端面上设有凸起4-1,在工作轴7上固定设有拨件5且设置在能使拨件5的转动平面位于凸起4-1的高度范围内的位置,在本实施例中,制动块由动销13、限位销钉14、弹簧15与动销座18组成,动销座18设在外壳17上,动销13和弹簧15设在动销座18内,弹簧15设在动销13与动销座18底部之间,在动销13的周面上设有限位滑移槽13-1,限位销钉14设在动销座18上且其头部位于限位滑移槽13-1内,(参见图6)在从动轮4的与动销13相对的端面上设有摩擦片12。
实施例3
(参见图1)一种园林工具用惯性旋转轴向制动装置,由用于安装刀具的工作轴7、从动轮4、外壳17和制动块组成,安装刀具的工作轴7与外壳17转动连接,制动块设在外壳17上,工作轴7与从动轮4螺纹连接7-4,在从动轮4的外端面上设有凸起4-1,在工作轴7上固定设有拨件5且设置在能使拨件5的转动平面位于凸起4-1的高度范围内的位置,在本实施例中,(参见图7)制动块采用摩擦片12且摩擦片12设在与动销13相对的从动轮4的端面上,在外壳17上设有簧片19且簧片19位于能与摩擦片12相叠合的位置,(参见图2与图3)凸起4-1采用凸块且通过螺钉4-11固定在从动轮4上,在从动轮4上还设有用于凸块位置调整的螺钉孔4-12,上述拨件5为圆盘拨件且其直径小于从动轮4的中心至凸起4-1内侧的距离,在圆盘拨件上设有拨块5-1。
Claims (8)
1、一种园林工具用惯性旋转轴向制动装置,由用于安装刀具的工作轴(7)、从动轮(4)、外壳(17)和制动块组成,安装刀具的工作轴(7)与外壳(17)转动连接,制动块设在外壳(17)上,其特征在于工作轴(7)与从动轮(4)螺纹连接(7-4),在从动轮(4)的外端面上设有凸起(4-1),在工作轴(7)上固定设有拨件(5)且设置在能使拨件(5)的转动平面位于凸起(4-1)的高度范围内的位置。
2、根据权利要求1所述的园林工具用惯性旋转轴向制动装置,其特征在于制动块由动销(13)、限位销钉(14)、弹簧(15)与动销座(18)组成,动销座(18)设在外壳(17)上,动销(13)和弹簧(15)设在动销座(18)内,弹簧(15)设在动销(13)与动销座(18)底部之间,在动销(13)的周面上设有限位滑移槽(13-1),限位销钉(14)设在动销座(18)上且其头部位于限位滑移槽(13-1)内。
3、根据权利要求2所述的园林工具用惯性旋转轴向制动装置,其特征在于在动销(13)上设有摩擦片(12)。
4、根据权利要求3所述的园林工具用惯性旋转轴向制动装置,其特征在于在从动轮(4)的与摩擦片(12)相对的端面上设有摩擦板(16)。
5、根据权利要求2所述的园林工具用惯性旋转轴向制动装置,其特征在于在从动轮(4)的与动销(13)相对的端面上设有摩擦片(12)。
6、根据权利要求1所述的园林工具用惯性旋转轴向制动装置,其特征在于制动块采用摩擦片(12)且摩擦片(12)设在与动销(13)相对的从动轮(4)的端面上,在外壳(17)上设有簧片(19)且簧片(19)位于能与摩擦片(12)相叠合的位置。
7、根据权利要求1所述的园林工具用惯性旋转轴向制动装置,其特征在于凸起(4-1)采用凸块且通过螺钉(4-11)固定在从动轮(4)上,在从动轮(4)上还设有用于凸块位置调整的螺钉孔(4-12)。
8、根据权利要求1所述的园林工具用惯性旋转轴向制动装置,其特征在于拨件(5)为圆盘拨件且其直径小于从动轮(4)的中心至凸起(4-1)内侧的距离,在圆盘拨件上设有拨块(5-1)。
