Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种滚动元件轴承,它包括一个内环和一个外环,每个环上设有座圈,至少一个环在其座圈的相对侧具有支承区域,一组滚动元件与所述座圈滚动接触,并通过一个保持架相互隔开,所述保持架与所述环的支承区域啮合,所述支承区域上设有涂层。
这种滚动元件轴承可从EP-B-531082中已知。滚动元件被保持架隔开,该保持架置于设置在靠近座圈的至少一个环上的支承区域上。这种轴承具有以下优点,即所述保持架被所述的环导向,从而提高了所述环的动态行为并降低了旋转的不稳定性。
根据EP-B-531082,一个硬涂层被施加在所述环的每个支承区域上,但并不设在其座圈上。因此,需要避免由发生在滚动元件与座圈的滚动接触条件下的局部很高压力而导致的剥落现象。
本发明的目的是提供一种滚动元件轴承,其中,涂层剥落的问题将不会发生,从而可以采用相对廉价的制造方法,并可保持对保持架的适当导向。本发明的上述目的是通过在所述至少一个环的整个表面上涂敷上可降低磨损和摩擦的弹性涂层的方式实现的。
将弹性涂层施加在支承区域、座圈上以及轴承环的其它表面上可以得到以下多个优点。首先,它提供了保持架的理想导向,从而避免了旋转的不稳定性。
其次,该涂层不会从座圈上剥落,特别是在该涂层的厚度小于座圈下方的一深度(在该深度下由滚动元件的滚动所产生的剪应力达到最大值)时更是如此。当滚动元件在座圈上滚动时,相对较薄的层可以很容易地变形并跟随钢基材料的弹性变形。与之相对照,在采用相对较厚的涂层的情况下,涂层中的应力将很高,并更易发生剥落成剥离现象。而且,由于涂层中的内应力,厚的弹性涂层比薄的涂层更难附着在钢基体上。
因此,根据第三个优点,该轴承可以以一种更经济的方式制造。涂层厚度可以非常小。此外,在轴承环的整个表面上涂敷比仅涂敷其支承区域更加容易。
非常小的涂层厚度的有利之处在于可以保持钢座圈的外部结构,其结果是轴承的动态行为不受影响。
根据一个优选实施例,该涂层包括一个类金刚石碳涂层。特别是,该涂层可以包括含有类金刚石碳的金属,例如,采用W或WC等金属涂层与硬的非晶态涂层例如类金刚石碳等的交替层。
根据本发明的又一实施例,该涂层可以包括氮化硼(BN),氮化铬(CrN),氮化铪(HfN)或任何其它氮化物,氧化物(例如氧化硼),或碳化物,或硫化物等涂层。
该涂层的最大厚度可以为约2μm。优选的是,该涂层的最大厚度为1μm。
参考US-A-5112146,它涉及一种滚动元件轴承,其中的轴承环具有非常硬的低磨擦系数的涂层,但所述涂层并不作为保持架的支承部分,更不必说将轴承环的整个表面完全涂敷。
该涂层可以通过物理气相沉积(PVD),化学气相沉积(CVD)或脉冲激光沉积(PLD)技术进行沉积,或通过如离子注入或激光涂敷或抛光等表面处理技术进行涂敷。
此外,该硬的涂层可以进一步通过一个可产生固体之间润滑作用的另一顶部涂层加强,从而通过向相对表面传递固体润滑剂层,从而在保持架和环之间产生非常光滑的界面。
这种涂层可以为MoS2或WS2,例如以应用于可在干式运行情况下进行滚动接触的状况下。
下面将参考附图中所示的深槽式滚珠轴承对本发明进行进一步的描述。
图1中显示了一深槽滚珠轴承1的轴向横截面,该轴承1具有一外环2和一内环3,它们分别设有一座圈4,5。座圈4,5与一组滚珠6滚动接触。这些滚珠通过一保持架7相互隔开,保持架7含有凹槽8。
保持架7由内环3支承。为避免保持架的涡旋,内环3在其整个表面3上设有一涂层9。因此,不仅座圈5,而且与座圈5相邻的支承区域10、11,以及内环3的其余外表面均被涂敷。
在内环3的整个外表面设置涂层具有以下优点,即可以得到适宜的非剥离座圈,以及保证保持架的准确非涡旋导向。
Claims (10)
1、一种滚动元件轴承(1),它包括一个内环(3)和一个外环(2),每个环上设有一座圈(2、3),至少一个环在座圈(5)的相对侧具有支承区域(10、11),一组滚动元件(6)与座圈(4、5)滚动接触,并通过一保持架(7)相互隔开,所述保持架(7)与所述环(2、3)的支承区域(10、11)啮合,所述支承区域(10、11)被涂敷,其特征在于,所述至少一个环(3)在其整个表面上涂敷有可降低磨损和摩擦的弹性涂层(9)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的轴承(1),其特征在于,所述涂层(9)的厚度小于座圈(4、5)下方的一深度,在该深度处由滚动元件(6)的滚动所产生的剪应力最大。
3、根据前述任一权利要求所述的轴承(1),其特征在于,所述涂层(9)包括一类金刚石碳涂层。
4、根据前述任一权利要求所述的轴承(1),其特征在于,所述涂层(9)包括含类金刚石碳的金属。
5、根据权利要求4所述的轴承(1),其特征在于,所述涂层(9)包含金属和类金刚石碳的交替层。
6、根据前述任一权利要求所述的轴承(1),其特征在于,所述涂层(9)包括氮化硼,氮化铪或氮化铌或碳化物。
7、根据前述任一权利要求所述的轴承(1),其特征在于,所述涂层(9)包括氧化硼。
8、根据前述任一权利要求所述的轴承(1),其特征在于,所述涂层(9)包括两个涂层,它由位于钢基材料上的一硬质材料支承涂层和位于支承涂层上的一MoS2或WS2涂层组成。
9、根据前述任一权利要求所述的轴承(1),其特征在于,所述涂层(9)的最大厚度为2μm。
10、根据前述任一权利要求怕述的轴承(1),其特征在于,所述涂层(9)的最大厚度为1μm。
