Abstract
本发明提供一种不能擅自操作锁定杆的门用锁手柄装置,在带有锁定杆6的门用锁手柄装置中,在锁定杆6的操作部10上穿设有沿横截方向贯通的通孔11。在该通孔11中插入有荷包锁20的锁紧部件。通过荷包锁20的装卸,使锁定件6处在可以促动或不能促动的状态。
Description
本发明涉及门开闭用锁手柄装置，特别是在手柄处于打开位置与闭合位置时进行锁定或解除这种锁定的锁定杆设置在手柄背面的门开闭用锁手柄装置。
以往的门用锁手柄装置，在本申请人在先申请的日本特公平8-232398号公报中有所记载，已是公知技术。
其简要结构是，在门开闭手柄装置中，上述装置的手柄握持部分，在断面为U字乃至片假名的コ字形状的手柄背面形成有手柄长度方向的手柄槽。在该手柄槽内通过其横截方向上的枢轴枢接有锁定杆，作为该锁定杆的一部分的靠近上述枢轴的尖端侧为锁爪。该锁爪设置成在上述手柄打开位置与关闭位置，和手柄轴的轴承部所设置的配合槽弹性配合的结构。隔着上述枢轴向上述锁爪相反一侧延伸并具有正好容纳在上述手柄槽内的宽度的锁定杆操作部的结构做成：在上述锁爪与配合槽配合时，从上述手柄槽向手柄背面一侧漏出，当上述锁爪离开上述配合槽时，使上述操作部埋没在手柄槽内。
这种公知技术，其门用锁手柄装置最终成为一次成果。
但是，随着近年治安的劣化，与门用锁手柄装置为一体的锁头不是被开锁，而是受到不法行为的破坏，常常发生通过转动手柄而擅自撬开门的事件。或者打开配电盘等的门引起触电事故，或者改变配线不法地盗取电力等。
本发明的目的是，提供一种门用锁手柄装置，即使组装到门用锁手柄装置中的锁头被不法地开锁，导致手柄转动，手柄本身也会由别的荷包锁固定，使不法撬锁需要一定时间，从而消除不法撬锁的欲望，减少了犯罪的发生率。
为了完成上述课题，权利要求1的发明，在门开闭用锁手柄装置A中，在手柄装置1的握持部的背面3上形成手柄长度方向手柄槽4，在该手柄槽4内由横截面方向的枢轴5枢轴连接着锁定杆6，作为锁定杆6的一部分的靠近上述枢轴5的尖端侧为锁爪7，该锁爪设置成在上述手柄1的打开位置与关闭位置，和手柄轴的轴承部8上所设置的配合槽9弹性配合的结构，隔着上述枢轴向上述锁爪7相反一侧延伸并容纳在上述手柄槽4内的锁定杆操作部10设置成：在上述锁爪7与配合槽9配合时，从上述手柄槽4向手柄1的背面一侧漏出，当上述锁爪7离开上述配合槽9时，使上述操作部埋没在手柄槽4内。
并且，上述锁定杆6的操作部10的宽度为可容纳在手柄槽4内的宽度，在该操作部10上，沿其横截面方向设置有使荷包锁的锁紧部件可穿过的通孔11。
手柄槽4的宽度设定成，在锁定杆6的操作部10容纳在手柄槽4中时两者之间没有大的间隙，并且荷包锁20与操作部10一起不能放入手柄槽4内。
本发明的门用锁手柄装置，当给门上锁时，首先关闭门，将手柄1的握持部2与锁定杆6一起握住，使操作部10埋没在手柄槽4内。于是，通过让锁定杆6围绕枢轴5转动，锁爪脱离配合槽9。围绕手柄轴转动手柄1，使门的锁定装置转动到与门框配合之后，一旦手离开手柄1，上述锁爪7就会与轴承部8的锁定位置所设置的第二配合槽12弹性地配合，将手柄1固定在该位置。这时，锁定杆6的操作部10从手柄的背面3突出，将通孔11完全露出。
在该门的闭锁状态下，通过组装到门用锁手柄装置本身中的锁头装置，就可以将手柄1锁定在轴承部8上。
另外，使用荷包锁20时，把荷包锁20的钩形等锁紧部件插入上述通孔11中之后，通过钥匙21的操作，将该锁紧部件锁定在荷包锁本体上。
这样，由于锁定杆6在把荷包锁20的锁紧部件插入上述通孔11中之后，使荷包锁20与手柄1的手柄槽4的边缘接触，因此，不能进行把操作部压入手柄槽4中的操作。
打开上述门时，通过钥匙21解除荷包锁20的锁紧部件的约束之后，把荷包锁20的锁紧部件从锁定杆6的操作部10的通孔11拔出。然后，通过该钥匙对门用锁手柄装置本身的锁头装置开锁之后，握住手柄1及锁定杆6，进行与以往公知技术同样的操作，就可以解除门的锁定状态，打开门。
图1是本发明一实施例的门用锁手柄装置的局部剖开的主视图。
图2是图1的门用锁手柄装置的右侧视图。
如图1及图2所示，其构成通过上述发明概述已经得到了叙述，在这里，援用其记载，其重复的说明省略。
在图示的结构中，两个配合槽9与12之间的间隔大约为60°，由此，固定在手柄轴13上的止动金属板13与门框的门锁碰板配合或分离。
另外，设置在门用锁手柄装置自身上的锁头装置14，也可以设置与手柄1的手柄轴13同轴的线上，其钥匙孔14可以设置在可动式钥匙孔盖15的内侧位置(参照图1)。
如上文所述结构的本发明的门用锁手柄装置，由于进行两次上锁，因而，能减少不法的撬门行为，不仅具有能防止或预防犯罪的功能，而且可防止易于接触或侵入有危险的装置中。
Claims (1)
1、一种门用锁手柄装置，是门开闭用锁手柄装置(A)，在手柄背面(3)上形成手柄长度方的手柄槽(4)，在该手柄槽(4)内由横截面方向的枢轴(5)枢轴连接着锁定杆(6)，作为锁定杆(6)的一部分的靠近上述枢轴(5)的尖端侧为锁爪(7)，该锁爪(7)设置成在上述手柄(1)的打开位置与关闭位置，和手柄轴的轴承部(8)上所设置的配合槽(9)弹性配合的结构，隔着上述枢轴向上述锁爪(7)相反一侧延伸并容纳在上述手柄槽(4)内的锁定杆操作部(10)设置成，在上述锁爪(7)与配合槽(9)配合时，从上述手柄槽(4)向手柄(1)的背面一侧露出，当上述锁爪(7)脱离上述配合槽(9)时，使上述操作部埋没在手柄槽(4)内，上述锁定杆(6)的操作部(10)的宽度为可容纳在手柄槽(4)内的宽度，在该操作部(10)的横截面方向上设置有使荷包锁的锁紧部件可穿过的通孔(11)。
