Abstract

Description

可蒸发液体的容器的塞子
本发明涉及液体容器的塞子,所述液体蒸发以用作空气清新剂和/或消灭昆虫或类似的应用,所述塞子由轴向穿过它的芯绳补足,所述芯绳的一部分浸入容器中盛放的液体中,另一部分露在外部,容器中盛放的产品可以通过芯绳蒸发。
本发明的目的是提供一种塞子,所述塞子通过设有引入芯绳时容许轴向安装但防止其抽出或将其重复使用的装置而防止再次灌注容器。也就是说,塞子的主要特征之一在于,它设有内部构件,该内部构件容许芯绳沿一个方向轴向位移,而可防止沿相反方向的位移,以便一旦在塞子中装好就防止芯绳抽出,从而防止容器用不是原来的液体再次灌注,这是由于所述这种塞子永久地装在容器的颈部,不可分离的缘故。
有多种用来蒸发空气清新剂液体的设备或装置,它们使室内气氛令人愉快,或使室内充满消灭昆虫的产品。
在所使用的为数众多的系统中,有一种系统,其中,容器的液体的排放是通过装在塞子上的芯绳进行的,塞子连接在容器的颈部,芯绳的一端浸入液体中,另一端露出,使液体可以蒸发。
这种塞子可以永久地装在容器颈部,实际上不将其破坏或变形就不能将其拆下,因而可防止以后修正塞子在容器上的连接。
但是,一般装在塞子的轴向孔中的芯绳可以容易地装、拆,当原来的液体用完时,可用不是原来的液体再次灌注容器,由于这种新灌注的液体不是原来的,可能是有害的,例如故意使用可燃的、有毒的、对塑料或电气元件有腐蚀性的液体,因而使安全性降低。
另外,如果芯绳在塞子上可随意分离或连接,那么,会引起严重的问题,即,儿童受到所含液体的愉快气味的吸引,可能拆下芯绳,当芯绳从塞子上拆下时,儿童不仅可能将芯绳放入口内,而且甚至将所含成分咽下,因为这些产品往往有毒,所以会发生危险。
在专利WO98/00177中公开了一种空气清新剂蒸发芯绳的保护装置,其中,塞子安装在塑料盖子中,盖子覆盖芯绳在外的部分,因此,芯绳受到所述盖子的很好保护,防止儿童吸吮或咽下芯绳浸渍的液体,因此,为了使部分芯绳露出,使装有塞子的容器中的液体可以蒸发,必须借助适当的装置、由成人拆下盖子,但是这显然并没有消除下述危险:一旦拆下盖子露出容器的芯绳,儿童就可以抽出芯绳及咽下所含液体。
本发明的塞子设计得可以解决上述问题,借助一个简单、有效的装置,防止芯绳被分离或从塞子拆下,从而防止装有所述塞子的容器被再次灌注。
更具体来说,本发明的塞子按照传统的方式包括一个带有指向内部的颈部的本体,顶缘相应于容器的颈部是固定的,塞子永久地安装在所述容器颈部上,其特征在于:所述塞子具有一个同心的颈部,其露出并轴向向内延伸,沿干线有多条槽缝,形成用来围住并压着芯绳的部分,芯绳最好由一个穿过塞子的轴向通路的圆柱体构成,围住并压着芯绳侧面的所述部分的在内部分由另一个直径稍大的同心颈部补足,该同心颈部也设有平行于干线的槽缝,当塞子连接于容器颈部时,它们压在前述的部分上。
为了防止芯绳被抽出而与塞子分离,前述在轴向上的在内颈部上形成的、压在芯绳侧面上的部分设有三角形或半棱锥形凸起,其顶位于每个部分的内表面或侧面,因而所述凸起的侧面向内分开,形成斜面,该斜面使芯绳可在一个方向上位移,但防止在另一方向上的运动,即,可防止芯绳插入塞子后被拆除,除非在芯绳上作用很强的力,使其断裂而无法使用,因此,当需要相应的芯绳使所含液体能够蒸发时,塞子也将被损失。这样实现了主要特征,塞子被制成不可再次灌注的,随之而来的优点是例如可防止容器被不是原来的液体来灌注,以及防止儿童拆下芯绳及咽下内含成分。
按照本发明的推荐实施例的一个实际例子,本发明的斜面的上述结构和优点可以通过参照以下附图阅读下面的描述得到进一步的理解,下面描述的目的只是说明而并非限定。
图1是按照本发明的可蒸发液体容器的塞子的侧视图。
图2是图1塞子的底视平面图。
图3是图1塞子的顶视平面图,象在图2中那样清楚地表示在围住和压着芯绳的部分中设置的内部的三角形轮廓的凸起,承载塞子本身的容器中的液体通过芯绳蒸发。
图4是沿图2中A-A线的剖视图,芯绳轴向连接于塞子本身中形成的同心通道。
图5是沿图3中B-B线的剖视图,图中也可看到前图中的芯绳,它在箭头所示的方向上可自由移动,但在相反方向上不能移动,从而可防止芯绳从塞子上分开或拆下。
如附图所示,用于为空气清新或除出而蒸发的液体的容器的本发明的塞子具有相应的性质,包括一个环形本体1,在该本体中限定一个内部的环形颈部(2),其带有朝向内部的凸起3和凸起4,这里凸起4构成在使用塞子的容器的相应颈部上连接和固定装置,其特征在于:本体1设有一个同心颈部5,该颈部5稍许露出塞子本体1上方,同时在相反方向,向下伸入内部颈部6,该颈部6设有沿干线的槽缝7,轴向的内部颈部6的这些槽缝也在壁8中形成,所述壁8比内部颈部6的长度短,但直径大,环形隔壁即壁8和颈部6的壁是同心的,两者都设有沿干线的槽缝7,分别形成部分9和10。
在上述结构的基础上,由圆柱体构成的相应的芯绳在图4和5中箭头所示的方向上即向着承载塞子的容器内部穿过上述塞子的轴向同心颈部。
因此,为了防止芯绳11被拆除,或为了防止其在所述相反的方向上移动,限定轴向通路的同心颈部的压着芯绳11的部分9设有半棱锥形凸起12,如图中清楚所示,其带有三角形轮廓,因而在部分9的表面的最内区域,凸起以初始的零高度开始,然后限定了其半棱锥形的形状,在宽度上增加,形成一个斜面,如上所述,该斜面使芯绳11可以向内位移,而如果以相反方向移动,取出所述芯绳,那么,半棱锥形凸起12插入芯绳11的侧表面,将使其停止,因此,除非对其施加很大的力将其破坏,不可能将其抽出。

Claims (1)

1.可蒸发液体容器的塞子,包括一个环形本体(1),带有一个颈部(2),该颈部用于连接并永久安装在使用塞子的容器的相应颈部上,并设有一个用于放置一个圆柱形芯绳(11)的轴向同心通道,所述芯绳部分地浸入容器的液体中,部分地向外露出,以便通过它蒸发容器的液体,其特征在于:芯绳(11)的最内或最下通道区域包括一个设有沿母线的槽缝(7)的同心颈部(6),从而限定压在芯绳(11)侧面上的部分(9),颈部(6)也由较大直径的另一颈部(9)包围,所述较大直径的颈部也设有沿母线的槽缝(7),颈部(9)短于颈部(6);压在芯绳(11)上的所述颈部(6)的部分(9)设有三角形半棱锥形凸起(12),从而提供了使芯绳(11)可向内位移且防止其在相反方向上位移的装置,以便于防止芯绳在塞子上装好后从塞子分离,并防止装有所述塞子的容器的再次灌注。
