Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于从容器/囊盒(capsule)中提取用于制备饮料的物质的自动装置。
背景技术
目前,市场上有多种用于从敞口或封闭的容器中提取物质的装置。专利EP0242556就涉及一种用于对筒盒支架中的封闭筒盒进行提取的装置,在该装置中,所述筒盒支架接合在便于进行提取并可获得所需的饮料的提取头上。该装置的问题是,使用者必须将容器放置在筒盒支架中,然后使所述筒盒支架接合在提取头上。正是最后一步操作带来了问题,因为筒盒支架必须精确地接合,并且要充分牢固地夹紧,以确保提取所需的良好密封性。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为使用者提供这样一种装置,即在该装置中,使用者所执行的装卸操作被减到最少,并且,该装置可在没有任何人工干预的情况下自动封闭,从而没有任何缺乏密封性的危险。
本发明涉及一种用于从容器中提取用于制备饮料的物质的装置,其包括:
一个具有一水平的平坦部分和一位于所述底架后部的竖直部分的底架;
一个可在底架的平坦部分上方并在一个打开位置和一个闭合位置之间水平移动的抽拉件,它包括一个位于其中的容器容纳单元,该容纳单元在垂直于抽拉件的移动方向的每一侧均固定有一个保持销,所述容器容纳单元具有至少一个用于容纳待提取容器的容纳腔;
一个安装在底架上并具有至少一个容器罩的固定容器提取头,当抽拉件处于闭合位置时,所述容器罩面向所述容纳腔;
保持构件,该保持构件包括:在固定提取头的每一侧连接到底架后部的固定竖直部分上的第一拉杆和提升杆以及连接到该第一拉杆和该提升杆上的第二拉杆,从而形成两个可变形的四边形结构,每个提升杆包括一个设计成当抽拉件处于闭合位置时与固定在容纳单元上的保持销接合的钩形部;一个连接这两个四边形结构的驱动杆;以及一个可作用于驱动杆以使四边形结构发生变形并从而使提升杆可向固定提取头的方向抬高容器容纳单元的凸轮系统。
在本发明的装置中,可提取例如属于申请人公司的专利EP0512468和EP0602203中所描述的封闭容器。此外,还可利用该装置提取其它小袋/香料袋、封闭筒盒或容器(中的物质)。本发明的装置还可用于敞口容器,例如由塑料制成的容器或由滤纸和无纺织物制成的小袋。
放置在封闭的或敞口的容器或类似物中的物质是用于制备饮料的粉状物质。该物质最好是烘熔研磨咖啡,但还可以是茶叶、速溶咖啡、研磨咖啡和速溶咖啡的混合物、巧克力制品或其它任何脱水食物。
对于本发明的装置,可设有一个包括若干个用于容纳待提取容器的容纳腔的容器容纳单元。这意味着一次操作就可获得1、2、3或更多杯咖啡:该装置特别适合于同时需要多杯咖啡的咖啡屋、饭店和其它公共场所。优选地,该装置设有1-4个容纳腔。
在本发明的装置中,重要的是提取头是固定的。这是因为,由于存在入水口,该部分的机械结构最复杂。而带有容器容纳单元的抽拉件可移动:需要可靠并有效的保持构件。
当使用者将待提取的一个或多个容器装入抽拉件时,所述抽拉件以平移的方式闭合:其平移的距离为待提取容器的直径的至少两倍。
另外,当抽拉件闭合时,该保持构件允许容器容纳单元提升一定的角度,该角度至少等于待提取的容器的高度(限定的角度),也就是约10-20°的角度。
如上所述,可象处理封闭的容器那样提取敞口的容器。如果提取敞口的容器,本发明的装置不需增加任何结构。
然而,如果提取封闭的容器即通过增大压力而打开的容器,必须保证待提取的容器是密封的容器,在此情况下,所述容器提取头包括具有一带有入水口的针或一带有刀刃的入水口以便刺穿待提取的容器的上部的容器罩。
在使用封闭容器的情况下,所述容纳腔的底部必须包括允许容器的底部通过所述容器内的压力增大而打开的凹入的和凸起的部分。

具体实施方式
该装置包括一个具有水平部分2 2和位于所述底架后部的竖直部分14的底架11。包括一容器容纳单元6的抽拉件5可通过固定在所述抽拉件5上的导杆15在前述水平部分22的上方水平移动。在所述装置的两侧,容器容纳单元6均包括一保持销18。一固定提取头4通过连接杆16固定在底架11后部的竖直部分14上,所述提取头包括容器罩20。保持构件由两个可变形的四边形结构ABCD构成,每个四边形结构包括在A处固定在竖直部分14上的第一拉杆13、在B处固定在第一拉杆13上的第二拉杆3以及在C处固定在第二拉杆3上并在D处固定在竖直部分14上的提升杆2。提升杆2包括一个延伸部分23,该延伸部分23设有可与容器容纳单元6的保持销18相接合的钩形部19。为了移动该保持构件,设有一个包括一个马达9的凸轮8,所述凸轮设置在固定提取头4的两个连接杆16之间。最后,设置在两个四边形结构ABCD之间的驱动杆1与凸轮8相互配合以抬高提升杆2。
该装置以如下的方式按照图1-6所示的各个阶段进行工作:在图1中,使用者将两个待提取的容器10放入到容纳腔21中。此时,电池(未示出)启动所述容器的提取过程:抽拉件5沿箭头A所示的方向进行平移而闭合,导杆15在底架11的水平部分22上滑动。在此运动过程中,提升杆2的钩形部19将接合在容纳单元6的保持销18上。当抽拉件到达其行程终点位置时,呈现出图2所示的情况。此时,凸轮8将开始工作以提升容器容纳单元6:马达9启动凸轮8。在其转动过程中,该凸轮将推动驱动杆1以使四边形结构ABCD产生变形,也就是说,提升杆2将抬高容器容纳单元6使其靠在容器罩20上。当凸轮到达其行程终点位置时,系统充分密封,且热水通过导管12到达并进入容器10,从而流入到放置在底架前部17上的两个杯子中。图3示出了这一提取步骤。在提取结束时,马达9使凸轮8返回并同时使提升杆2和容器容纳单元6再向下落回。这就是图4所示的情况。在提升杆2向下落回的同时,致动将容器保持在容器罩20中的构件(未示出),以使得抽拉件5可以在不包含用过的容器的情况下打开。然后,沿箭头B所示的方向打开抽拉件5,形成图5所示的情况:容器仍位于容器罩20中,并由止动构件保持。这些构件例如是用于每个容器罩20的钩爪。最后,图6示出了容器10与容器罩脱离接合以使所述被提取的容器落入到底架11的下部存储器中的情况:为此,使止动钩爪缩回并释放容器。因此,该装置中将重新装入两个新的容器10以进行提取。如果使用者只想要一杯咖啡,他可以只装入一个容器,且经过导管12而流入的水将只流进唯一的容器罩20中。另外,根据本发明,每个装置还可设置3个、4个、甚至更多个容器罩20。
图7和图8是容器罩的两个实施例的局部剖面图。图7所示的罩示出了入水管12和注水针30。待提取的容器10位于容纳腔32中,且针30刺穿所述容器的顶部。热水经过导管12和针30上的孔31而流入。当容器罩闭合时,处于前述图3所述的状态。图9示出了容器容纳腔的底部35。该底部上设有凸起部分36和凹入部分37。正是在凹入部分处设有允许咖啡通过的孔38。当水流入容器10时,所述容器内的压力增大,该增大的压力将容器的底部牢牢地压靠在凸起部分36和凹入部分37上,并且当达到破裂张力(rupturetension)时,容器的底部薄膜在所述凸起和凹入部分上撕裂,且咖啡流入并经过孔38。
图8示出了容器罩的第二实施例。导管12允许热水流入,且所述罩包括用于待提取的容器的容纳腔40。在该容纳腔中,设有一个带穿孔刀刃42的穿刺系统。当容器封闭时,处于前述图3所示的状态:容器顶部由刀刃42刺破,水经过导管12而流入,且容器内的压力增大将使所述容器的下部薄膜靠在图9所示的凸起部分和凹入部分上而撕裂。当使用图8和9所示的容器罩时,容器容纳腔的底部总是相同的,即如图9所示的结构。
Claims (7)
1.一种用于从容器中提取用于制备饮料的物质的装置,其包括:
一个底架,它具有一水平的平坦部分和一位于所述底架后部的竖直部分,
一个可在底架的平坦部分上方并在一个打开位置和一个闭合位置之间水平移动的抽拉件,该抽拉件包括一个位于其中的容器容纳单元,该容纳单元在垂直于抽拉件的移动方向的每一侧均固定有一个保持销,所述容器容纳单元具有至少一个用于容纳待提取容器的容纳腔,
一个安装在底架上并具有至少一个容器罩的固定容器提取头,当抽拉件处于闭合位置时,所述容器罩面向所述容纳腔,
保持构件,该保持构件包括:在固定提取头的每一侧连接到底架后部的固定竖直部分上的第一拉杆和提升杆以及连接到该第一拉杆和该提升杆上的第二拉杆,从而形成两个可变形的四边形结构,每个提升杆包括一个设计成当抽拉件处于闭合位置时与固定在容纳单元上的保持销接合的钩形部;一个连接这两个四边形结构的驱动杆;以及一个可作用于驱动杆以使四边形结构发生变形并从而使提升杆可向固定提取头的方向抬高容器容纳单元的凸轮系统。

3.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,抽拉件平移的距离为待提取容器的直径的至少两倍。
4.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,保持构件允许容器容纳单元提升至少对应于待提取的容器的高度的角度。
5.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,待提取的容器是敞口的容器。
6.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,待提取的容器是封闭的容器,在此情况下,所述容器提取头包括具有一带有入水口的针或一带有刀刃的入水口以便刺穿待提取的容器的上部的所述容器罩。
7.根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述容纳腔的底部包括允许容器的底部通过所述容器内的压力增大而打开的凹入的和凸起的部分。
