发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供上述类型的钻床卡头,使用制造成本尽可能低的部件并以简单的方式在安装钻床卡头时建成在面向钻床的那侧的覆盖。
为了实现这一目的,本发明提供一种钻床卡头,特别是用于冲击钻的钻床卡头,它具有可连接在钻床主轴上的并且卡爪在其中导向移动的卡头体,所述卡爪通过齿与可相对该卡头体转动地支承的并与卡套联接的螺纹环啮合,以便打开和闭合该钻床卡头,其特征是,在该卡头体面向该钻床主轴的轴向后端上,形成一个轴向向前的卡头体凸肩,一闭合圆盘具有一个通孔,在该通孔中形成一个径向向内指的弹簧箍圈,所述弹簧箍圈在闭合圆盘安置在该卡头体上时卡在该卡头体凸肩上。
与这种钻床卡头相关的优点是,以特别简单的方式仅通过将闭合圆盘套装在卡头体上即可完成安装,这种安装适当地在组装钻床卡头结束时进行,从而通过卡套保证了防止闭合圆盘向前的轴向移动。由于弹簧箍圈与闭合圆盘相对应,只要弹簧箍圈与卡头体凸肩交叉,弹簧箍圈就必然径向向内卡住,从而通过在卡头体和闭合圆盘上的制造成本特别低的结构,实现了卡接。
特别优选的实施方式的特征在于,卡头体凸肩通过一在卡头体的切向上形成的环形槽构成。这个实施方式的特点是,闭合圆盘无需卡套的帮助便可保证轴向锁住,在这里,设备方面的费用不会随着代替卡头体凸肩地形成环形槽而增加。
在简化其构造和制造方面优选的实施方式的特点是,弹簧箍圈通过在闭合圆盘内环行的环形槽实现。
为简化闭合圆盘的安装,环形槽宽度至少要等于卡头体凸肩的厚度,从而弹簧箍圈可以径向向外偏移这个值并无需压配合地插入卡头体凸肩之后。
此外,闭合圆盘可转动地设置在卡头体上。这一实施方式就钻床卡头的正确工作来说是特别适用的,因为闭合圆盘被设置用于防止卡头体转动并且不会传递转矩,从而操作者通过闭合圆盘相对卡头体的转动得到直接提示,可以其它辅助手段且特别是主轴停止功能可被用于锁止卡头体的转动。
如果在闭合圆盘中形成排屑孔,则可以预防钻屑聚集在钻床卡头内,在此,特别是与闭合圆盘的可转动性的结合抑制了钻屑的聚集,因为沉积在闭合圆盘上的钻屑通过上述转动被重新带起并导入排屑孔内。
此外,在本发明范围内,闭合圆盘具有一个成相对卡套扩宽的形式的圆盘凸缘,如果卡套没有足够长度,则它可以起到封闭卡爪的作用,因为例如为此设置钻床外壳,以便缩短由钻床和钻床卡头组成的钻机的结构长度,从而向卡套扩宽的闭合圆盘在这种意义上承担起钻床外壳的功能,如果钻机不具有相应适合的钻床外壳。

Claims (7)
