Description

电磁阀集合体用流体切换装置
本发明涉及一种安装在沿宽度方向并排连接切换压力流体气流(液流)的若干电磁阀形成的电磁阀集合体上、一起将压力流体供给或排出该集合体的电磁阀集合体用流体切换装置。
为了集中控制若干执行元件,并排连接若干电磁阀,同时,使其能将压力流体集中供给或排出这些电磁阀,这种电磁阀集合体是众所周知的。一般情况下,在这种电磁阀集合体上,安装有用于一起将压力流体供给或排出各电磁阀的给排块,在该给排块的供给口和排出口分别安装有管接头,流体供给用或排出用的软管连接在这些管接头上。
这种电磁阀集合体,在对与该电磁阀集合体连接的执行元件进行维修检查或调整时,当进行动作确认时,希望既能确认安全,又能通过手动操纵将压缩空气等压力流体供给或排出该电磁阀集合体,以使其能弄清动作是否适当。
另一方面,通常,在与上述给排块连接的管道中,在某一部分设置开关阀或方向切换阀,使其能切换压力流体,但,这些并不是为了进行上述那样的动作确认等而使用的阀,其实,还根本就没有具备适合于那样使用的结构的阀。
因此,要求有一种既容易进行用于动作确认的操作,且在必要时,又能简单地安装在规定的地方或卸下来的、使用容易的、用于切换流体的装置。
本发明的技术性课题在于获得一种能满足上述条件的电磁阀集合体用流体切换装置,它容易进行用于动作确认的操作,而且,在必要时,能简单地安装在规定的地方或卸下来且使用容易。
为了解决上述课题,根据本发明,则能提供一种电磁阀集合体用流体切换装置,该电磁阀集合体用流体切换装置具备:组装在连接若干电磁阀构成的电磁阀集合体上,一起将压力流体供给且排出这些电磁阀的给排块;可拆卸地安装在该给排块上、采用手控来切换压力流体的手动切换阀。
上述给排块具有:并排设置在接近的位置上的供给侧接口和排出侧接口;在这些接口行列的左右两侧、向与接口的轴线正交的方向加工的、使其横穿两接口的一部分的配件插入槽;能插入到该配件插入槽中的大致为“U”字形的安装配件。
另外,上述手动切换阀具有:能分别插入到上述各接口中的圆筒状供给侧连接部和排出侧连接部;分别形成于这些连接部的外周上、固定上述安装配件的固定槽;将阀门机构介于中间、与上述各连接部连通的供给孔和排出孔;通过分别插入到这些孔上而可拆卸地安装在孔上的2个管接头;在上述孔行列的左右两侧、向与孔的轴线正交的方向加工的、使其横穿两孔的一部分的配件插入槽;能插入到该配件插入槽内的、大致为“U”字形的安装配件。
再有,上述各管接头在其外周具有固定能安装在上述切换阀上的安装配件的固定槽。
而且,其结构为:用于将上述切换阀的各连接部连接到上述给排块的各接口上的连接结构、和用于将上述管接头连接到上述切换阀的各孔上的连接结构是同一结构,使其能取代上述切换阀将上述管接头安装在上述给排块的各接口上。
具有上述结构的流体切换装置,是安装在电磁阀集合体上使用的,通常用该电磁阀集合体集中控制执行机构,在使用时,从给排块的供给侧接口和排出侧接口上卸下手动切换阀,在这些接口上分别安装管接头,在这些管接头上分别连接供给和排出压力流体用的软管。
另一方面,在为了确认上述电磁阀集合体的动作而进行测试的场合,从上述给排块的供给侧接口和排出侧接口上卸下管接头,同时,在这些接口上安装手动切换阀,在该切换阀的供给孔和排出孔上连接上述管接头,通过该切换阀向给排块供给压力流体。
而且,既能手动操纵上述切换阀、将压力流体一起供给或排出电磁阀集合体的各电磁阀,还能用分别设置的动作指示灯等确认各电磁阀的动作,还能对用电磁阀集合体控制的流体压力机械进行整体动作检查。在危险的场合,能一起将压力流体排出,能确保作业的安全。
这样一来,本发明由于用于将切换阀的各连接部连接到上述给排块的各接口上的连接结构、和用于将管接头连接到上述切换阀的各孔上的连接结构是同一结构,能取代上述切换阀将管接头安装在上述给排块的各接口上,所以,在有必要进行动作确认时,能简单且迅速地将切换阀和管接头进行更换。
根据本发明的具体实施例,上述切换阀具有:连接上述供给孔和供给侧连接部的供给流道;连接上述排出孔和排出侧连接部的排出流道;在中间位置使这两流道相互连通的连通流道;设置在上述供给流道的中间的供给阀座;设置在上述供给流道和连通流道之间的连通阀座;设置在这些供给阀座和连通阀座之间、使其在打开供给阀座时,将连通阀座关闭、在关闭供给阀座时,打开连通阀座的阀件;用于手控切换该阀件的操纵杆。
图1所示是本发明的流体切换装置的一实施例的剖视图。
图2是表示将给排块和手动切换阀分开了的状态的立体图。
图3是表示使用状态的平面图。
图1~图3所示是本发明的电磁阀集合体用流体切换装置的一实施例。该流体切换装置1具备用于一起组装在沿宽度方向并排连接若干电磁阀25a形成的电磁阀集合体25上的给排块2,和可拆卸地安装在该给排块2上的手动切换阀3。
上述给排块2是将压缩空气等压力流体一起供给及排出电磁阀集合体25的各电磁阀25a的,具有:分别通往电磁阀集合体25的供给通道15和一对排出通道16、16;通往上述供给通道15的供给侧接口4;通往上述一对排出通道16、16的排出侧接口5。
上述2个接口4、5上下2层并排设置在给排块2的长度方向的一个端面的相互接近的位置上。在该给排块2上,还在上述接口4和5的行列的左右两侧,向与这些接口的轴线正交的方向,加工有配件插入槽17,使其横穿两接口4、5的一部分,大致为“U”字形的安装配件18可拆卸地插在该配件插入槽17中。
另一方面,上述手动切换阀3,在其一个端面上,具有分别插入到上述给排块2的各接口4和5上的、圆筒状的供给侧连接部19和排出侧连接部20,在这些连接部19、20的外周分别形成有固定槽19a、20a。而且,上述安装配件18嵌合、固定在这些固定槽19a、20a中,因此该手动切换阀3能不脱落地安装在给排块2上。
在上述手动切换阀3的相反一侧的端面上,设有通过供给流道7和排出流道9、与上述连接部19、20连通的供给孔6和排出孔8,在这些孔6、8上分别安装有可拆卸的管接头21。相对这些孔6、8安装管接头21,采用与相对上述给排块2安装手动切换阀3相同的方式进行安装。即,在该手动切换阀3上,在上述孔6、8行列的左右两侧,向与该孔的轴线正交的方向加工配件插入槽22,使其横穿两孔6、8的一部分,大致为“U”字形的安装配件23插在该配件插入槽22中。而且,在上述各管接头21的外周设有固定槽24,由于上述安装配件23嵌合、固定在该固定槽24中,所以,这些管接头21、21不能脱落地安装在两孔6、8上。因此,在电磁阀集合体的动作测试结束之后,通过从上述给排块2上卸下手动切换阀3,同时从手动切换阀3上卸下上述管接头21、21,将这些管接头21、21安装在给排块2的两接口4、5上,能将给排块2变成通常的使用状态。
另外,上述手动切换阀3具有:在中间位置使上述供给流道7和排出流道9连通的连通通道10;设置在上述供给流道7的中间的供给阀座7a;设置在上述供给流道7和连通通道10之间的连通阀座10a;配设在这些供给阀座7a和连通阀座10a之间的阀件12;用于手控切换该阀件12的操纵机构13。该操纵机构13具有:设置在阀件12的上端的第1弹簧33;安装在该第1弹簧33的上端的弹簧座32;配设在该弹簧座32的上端部的销子31;具备通过旋转逐渐压下该销子31的凸轮面30a的操纵杆30;设置在阀件12的另外一端的复位用的第2弹簧34。
而且,由于若手控向一个方向旋转上述操纵杆30,则上述凸轮面30a逐渐向下方压销子31,所以,上述弹簧座32压第1弹簧33、该第1弹簧33压阀件12,使其向下运动,如图1的右半部所示,该阀件12座落在连通阀座10a上,占据打开供给阀座7a的第1切换位置,连通通道10被关闭。此时,给排块2的供给侧接口4和切换阀3的供给孔6相连通,给排块2的排出侧接口5和切换阀3的排出孔8相连通。
由于若向相反的方向旋转上述操纵杆30,则第1弹簧33对阀件12的推压被解除,该阀件12被第2弹簧34推上去,所以,该阀件12打开连通阀座10a的同时切换至关闭供给阀座7a的第2切换位置。在该状态下,给排块2的供给侧接口4和切换阀3的排出孔8相连通,切换阀3的供给孔6被关闭。而且,给排块2的接口4和切换阀3的排出孔8始终连通着。
上述手动切换阀3只不过是示出的一个例子而已,如果是占据上述第1切换位置和第2切换位置的阀,则其结构是什么样的都没关系。
具有上述结构的流体切换装置1,如图3所示,是安装在电磁阀集合体25上使用的,是通过手控操纵手动切换阀3的操纵杆,将阀件12切换至第1或第2切换位置,来切换供向电磁阀集合体25的压力流体的。
上述流体切换装置1,由于在将压力流体供给或排出电磁阀集合体25的给排块2上,安装有手控切换压力流体的手动切换阀3,所以,既能用分别设置在各电磁阀25a上的动作指示灯等确认动作,还能对用电磁阀集合体25控制的流体压力机械进行整体的动作检验,另外,在由于电磁阀集合体25控制的执行元件的误动作等,而处于危险状态的情况下,能一起将压力流体排出,所以,能确保作业中的安全性。
另外,由于用于将切换阀3的各连接部19、20连接到上述给排块2的各接口4、5上的连接结构、和用于将管接头21连接到上述切换阀3的各孔6、8上的连接结构是同一结构,所以,在维修等有必要对电磁阀集合体25或与其相连接的执行元件等进行动作确认时,或在维修结束返回到通常的使用状态时,能简单且迅速地进行将上述切换阀3安装到上述给排块2各接口4、5上,或卸下该切换阀3安装管接头21、21的作业,另外,装置的结构也简单,制造、组装也非常容易。
这样一来,本发明的流体切换装置,既能手动操纵切换阀、将压力流体一起供给或排出电磁阀集合体的各电磁阀,又能用分别设置的动作指示灯等对各电磁阀的动作进行确认,还能对用电磁阀集合体控制的流体压力机械进行整体动作检验,在危险场合等情况下,能一起将压力流体排出,能确保作业安全。
而且,由于用于将切换阀的各连接部连接到上述给排块2的各接口上的连接结构,和用于将管接头连接到上述切换阀的各孔上的连接结构是同一结构,所以,能简单且迅速地进行将管接头从上述给排块2的各接口上卸下、安装上述切换阀,或取代该切换阀安装管接头的作业,装置的结构也简单,制造、组装也非常容易。

Claims (2)

1.一种电磁阀集合体用流体切换装置,其特征在于具备:
组装在连接若干电磁阀构成的电磁阀集合体上,一起将压力流体供给且排出这些电磁阀的给排块;可拆卸地安装在该给排块上、采用手控来切换压力流体的手动切换阀,
上述给排块具有:并排设置在接近的位置上的供给侧接口和排出侧接口;在这些接口行列的左右两侧、向与接口的轴线正交的方向加工的、使其横穿两接口的一部分的配件插入槽;能插入到该配件插入槽中的大致为“U”字形的安装配件,
上述手动切换阀具有:能分别插入到上述各接口中的圆筒状供给侧连接部和排出侧连接部;分别形成于这些连接部的外周上、固定上述安装配件的固定槽;将阀门机构介于中间、与上述各连接部连通的供给孔和排出孔;通过分别插入到这些孔上而可拆卸地安装在孔上的2个管接头;在上述孔行列的左右两侧、向与孔的轴线正交的方向加工的、使其横穿两孔的一部分的配件插入槽;能插入到该配件插入槽内的、大致为“U”字形的安装配件,

2.权利要求1所记载的切换装置,其特征是:上述切换阀具有:连接上述供给孔和供给侧连接部的供给流道;连接上述排出孔和排出侧连接部的排出流道;在中间位置使这两流道相互连通的连通流道;设置在上述供给流道的中间的供给阀座;设置在上述供给流道和连通流道之间的连通阀座;设置在这些供给阀座和连通阀座之间、使其在打开供给阀座时,将连通阀座关闭、在关闭供给阀座时,打开连通阀座的阀件;用于手控切换该阀件的操纵杆。
