本发明是一种阴茎增长植入物,是用可生物降解聚合物制成的多孔支架;其中,可生物降解聚合物按重量百分数由I型胶原:0~100%,透明质酸:0~90%,壳聚糖:0~90%,聚DL乳酸:0~90%,聚DL乳酸/聚乙二醇共聚物:0~90%,乳酸/己内酯共聚物:0~90%混合构成;多孔支架是将可生物降解聚合物溶解在0.5~5倍(重量)氯仿/水中,氯仿∶水=1∶0.1~9(均为重量比),浇入模具,冷冻干燥而得。本发明的阴茎增长植入物具有生物可降解性,可用于制备细胞生物材料复合体,并用于阴茎整形或修复手术中。

阴茎增长植入物
所属技术领域:本发明属于整形外科领域,具体是一种阴茎增长植入物。
背景技术:在整形外科或修复外科中,有许多用于阴茎整形或修复的方法,常用的为脂肪注入技术及硅胶植入法。但这两种方法都存在着许多不可避免的缺点。例如,脂肪注入术,因为注入的脂肪是会被机体最终吸收掉,因此修复手术没有永久性,会造成手术后修复部位形状不规整等二次缺陷。再如硅胶植入法,由于植入的是外源体,机体会有些外源反应或不适的感觉。
本发明的目的在于克服上述缺陷,提供一种阴茎增长植入物,它具有生物可降解性,可用于制备细胞生物材料复合体。
发明内容:本发明的目的是通过下述技术方案来实现的:
本发明的阴茎增长植入物是用可生物降解聚合物制成的多孔支架;其中,可生物降解聚合物按重量百分数由I型胶原:0~100%,透明质酸:0~90%,壳聚糖:0~90%,聚DL乳酸:0~90%,聚DL乳酸/聚乙二醇共聚物:0~90%,乳酸/己内酯共聚物:0~90%混合构成;多孔支架是将可生物降解聚合物溶解在0.5~5倍(重量)氯仿/水中,氯仿∶水=1∶0.1~9(均为重量比),浇入模具,冷冻干燥而得。
本发明的阴茎增长植入物的使用方法如下:
抽取病人的真皮细胞于体外培养液(市售标准培养液)培养2周,该培养液是经过了灭菌处理,病毒测试及毒性测试为安全,收集细胞用0.1%胰蛋白酶处理后,再用2ml培养液浸润,于30分钟内使用。
将培养好的细胞植入本发明的多孔支架,并将该多孔支架植入患处皮下,术后4~5周即可愈合。
本发明的阴茎增长植入物是一种组织工程支架,即利用机体自身的细胞于体外培养一段时间后,再种植在该多孔支架上,使细胞能在按照预制设计的三维形状支架上生长,然后将此细胞生物材料复合体植入机体组织病损部位。种植的细胞在可生物降解的多孔支架被逐步降解吸收的过程中,继续增殖并分泌基质,形成新的具有与自身功能与形态相应的组织。这种具有生命力的活体组织能对病损组织进行形态、结构和功能的重建并达到永久性替代。
因此,本发明的阴茎增长植入物具有生物可降解性,可用于制备细胞生物材料复合体,并用于阴茎整形或修复手术中。

具体实施方式:
实施例一
由I型胶原100克溶解在200克氯仿/水中(氯仿∶水=1∶9,均为重量比),室温下浇入模具,冷冻干燥,制成多孔支架,得到阴茎增长植入物。
实施例二
将I型胶原10克、透明质酸90克溶解在50克氯仿/水中(氯仿∶水=1∶0.1,均为重量比),室温下浇入模具,冷冻干燥,制成多孔支架,得到阴茎增长植入物。
实施例三
将透明质酸10克、壳聚糖90克溶解在210克氯仿/水中(氯仿∶水=1∶1,均为重量比),室温下浇入模具,冷冻干燥,制成多孔支架,得到阴茎增长植入物。
实施例四
将I型胶原5克、透明质酸5克、聚DL乳酸90克溶解在200克氯仿/水中(氯仿∶水=1∶0.5,均为重量比),室温下浇入模具,冷冻干燥,制成多孔支架,得到阴茎增长植入物。
实施例五
将I型胶原5克、透明质酸5克、聚DL乳酸/聚乙二醇共聚物90克溶解在200克氯仿/水中(氯仿∶水=1∶5,均为重量比),室温下浇入模具,冷冻干燥,制成多孔支架,得到阴茎增长植入物。
实施例六
将I型胶原5克、聚DL乳酸/聚乙二醇共聚物5克、乳酸/己内酯共聚物90克溶解在120克氯仿/水中(氯仿∶水=1∶3,均为重量比),室温下浇入模具,冷冻干燥,制成多孔支架,得到阴茎增长植入物。
实施例七
将I型胶原50克、透明质酸5克、聚DL乳酸/聚乙二醇共聚物5克、乳酸/己内酯共聚物40克溶解在300克氯仿/水中(氯仿∶水=1∶1,均为重量比),室温下浇入模具,冷冻干燥,制成多孔支架,得到阴茎增长植入物。
实施例八
将I型胶原50克、透明质酸10克、壳聚糖10克、聚DL乳酸30克溶解在500克氯仿/水中(氯仿∶水=1∶0.2,均为重量比:室温下浇入模具,冷冻干燥。制成多孔支架,得到阴茎增长植入物。
实施例九
将I型胶原50克、透明质酸10克、壳聚糖10克、聚DL乳酸10克、乳酸/己内酯共聚物20克溶解在300克氯仿/水中(氯仿∶水=1∶0.4,均为重量比),室温下浇入模具,冷冻干燥,制成多孔支架,得到阴茎增长植入物。

1.一种阴茎增长植入物,其特征在于它是用可生物降解聚合物制成的多孔支架;其中,可生物降解聚合物按重量百分数由I型胶原:0~100%,透明质酸:0~90%,壳聚糖:0~90%,聚DL乳酸:0~90%,聚DL乳酸/聚乙二醇共聚物:0~90%,乳酸/己内酯共聚物:0~90%混合构成;多孔支架是将可生物降解聚合物溶解在0.5~5重量倍的氯仿/水中,氯仿∶水的重量比=1∶0.1~9,浇入模具,冷冻干燥而得。
