Abstract

Description
本发明涉及聚酰胺单丝,特别是用于普通纺织品,例如用于造纸设备中,普通纺织品,其生产方法及生产普通纺织品方法的用途。
在其他的用途中,这样的普通纺织品用作造纸设备的覆盖物例如压毡。压毡与仍然潮湿的纸幅或纤维素纸幅经辊接触,并通过一系列辊对,在该过程中从潮湿的纸幅中除去水。压毡不仅用作潮湿纸幅的负载表面,而且也吸收从纸幅中压出的水。在传输带状压毡中累积的水可通过脱水设备去除,所述的脱水设备位于例如这样的一点,其中纸幅不再与压毡直接接触。
在机械脱水部分后,纸幅被传输到干燥部分,其中主要是经热处理,因此被进一步脱水或干燥。
在干燥部分,具有强耐热性的单丝,例如PPS、PCTA和稳定化的PETP,主要用于造纸设备的覆盖物。
另一方面,在造纸设备的加压部分,主要强调用于覆盖物的单丝的机械强度。因此在该部分中,可以使用聚酰胺例如PA-66、PA6.6、PA6.10和PA6.12,因为它们具有良好的强度,特别是在连续、持续的力学应变下。
这样的覆盖物的缺点在于这样的事实,即使用的聚酰胺是高度吸湿的,意味着它们具有高的水吸附容量。水的扩散主要通过部分结晶聚酰胺的无定形区域,这样引起丝线膨胀。这样的膨胀,熟知为湿膨胀的缺点特别在于最终产品的尺寸稳定性。
而且除了湿膨胀,水的吸附也引起聚酰胺更快速地老化。在该过程中随时间它们的机械特性变差,因为水穿透无定形区域进入结晶区域,其余容纳在分子链之间。结果,分子间的距离被加宽,影响机械性能的氢桥键被削弱。因此,单丝PA6、PA6.6、PA6.10或PA6.12变脆,在整个过程随时间易于断裂。
而且,专利EP 0784107 A2公开了生产单丝的方法,其含有,除聚酰胺外,也含有比例为1wt%~30wt%的马来酸酐改性的聚乙烯/聚丙烯橡胶,及比例高达3wt%的抗老化稳定剂。这样被认为可改进抗磨性,并使工业应用的普通纺织品具有稳定性。
通过这样的方法,可使聚酰胺具有疏水性。而且,由于使用的聚酰胺的相互对立的特性,生产这样的聚酰胺很难而且昂贵。
交联的聚酰胺嵌段聚合物熟知于专利US-A 5,998,551和JP-A 8112 052。由聚乙烯制造的造纸设备织物熟知于US-A 4,421,819。生产非常坚固聚乙烯纤维的方法熟知于US-A 4,778,663。
本发明的目的是提出一种聚酰胺单丝,其特征在于改进的机械性能,特别是磨耗、强度和易于断裂性方面,但也涉及在整个过程性能随时间的变化。本发明的另一个目的是提出一种普通纺织品,特别是引头丝或压毡,例如用于纤维素纤维制造或纸张生产中,及生产这样的普通纺织品的方法。
在本发明之下,这样的目的是通过在开始提及类型的单丝实现的,其包括比例为99.9wt%~90wt%的聚酰胺,和比例为0.1wt%~10wt%的交联键合强化剂,聚酰胺至少是部分交联的。聚酰胺是可熔融可纺纱的成丝聚酰胺。
这样的单丝具有这样的优点,即由于交联键使分子链彼此结合得更紧密更坚固,其引起共价键的形成,因此防止分子链之间水分子透过无定形区域。因此,氢桥键不再被宽化或松动。
因此极大地减少了由水的吸附导致的老化效果,使机械性能变差。最后,也改进了单丝的机械性能。因此,本发明特定的单丝显示,例如更少的磨耗及更低的易于断裂性。
特别是,本发明提供的单丝交联键不限制于其边界区域,但延伸越过整个单丝的横截面。在这一点上,例如,如果该类型没有观测到由于化学交联键合引起的核/皮效应,这是有利的。
特别是,本发明提供的单丝含有比例为0.5wt%~5wt%的交联键合强化剂,特别优选比例为1wt%~3wt%的交联键合强化剂。作为强化剂,例如可以使用TAIC(异氰脲酸三烯丙酯)或TAC。TAIC可以在市场上以“Beta Link Master”的名称从许多大公司得到,其中有PlasticTechnology Service Marketing-und Vertriebs GmbH,Adelshofen。
特别是,本发明提供仅形成部分的交联键,因为完全的交联键回引起丝线变脆。
作为聚酰胺,可以使用PA6或PA6.6或两种的混合物。但是,也可以使用其它的聚酰胺或含有其它聚酰胺的混合物,或由其他聚酰胺制造的混合物。
本发明也涉及普通纺织品,特别是引头丝或压毡,用于纤维素纤维的制造或纸张的生产,例如其中至少经线由具有上述性能的单丝组成。在经整理可能未切断的织造毡中横向运行的经线,尤其影响织物的尺寸稳定性。
最后,本发明也涉及一种生产含有上述性质单丝的普通纺织品的生产方法,其中挤出单丝,随后拉伸并织造,在挤出前单丝混合有交联键合强化剂,并在织造过程之前和/或之后用电子射线辐照,通过这样的方法,聚酰胺部分被交联。
与化学交联相比,使用电子辐照实现的交联能够具有这样的优点,即没有产生核/皮效果,即单丝在越过它们整个横截面是交联的,而不仅在其边界区域(皮)。电子辐照穿透整个单丝,这样在核区域也发生交联键合。
也可以辐照整个织物,因此织物作为一个整体,或仅为织物的部分,后一选择可用于在织物中实现特定的效果。
在实施例的情况下,在0.1~100kGy下进行辐照,特别是在10~60kGy下,特别是15~30kGy下。
本发明另外的实施方式公开于其他的申请材料中。
在数次试验中,本发明特定的单丝经各种不同的处理,其在以下描述。在第一次试验中,记录没有活化剂的第一个样品值,之后进行辐照,在第二次试验中,记录没有活化剂的辐照后的第二样品值。在第三次试验中,计算具有活化剂的第二样品值,之后进行辐照,在第四次试验中在辐照后计算具有活化剂的第二样品值,所有这些列于表1中。表1清楚地表明丝线没有被辐照所损害。
图1~3描述了另外的试验,其中不同的聚酰胺样品在120℃下在240小时的时间内在高压釜中进行水解试验。在该试验中,清楚地表明(图1~3)具有活化剂样品的拉伸力在辐照后比其他样品下降更明显。拉伸力的减少是化学损害的度量,例如由纵向裂缝或由变形为多边形引起。值得注意的是没有发生湿膨胀,具有活化剂样品中的直径改变比没有活化剂样品中的更少。本发明具体单丝的抗裂性显著下降。同样,梯度也是对单丝损害的度量。抗裂变化的梯度比现有技术中单丝的更小。在该试验中,用所有的材料生产10个样品。所有的样品在24小时后被移去用于测定强度。
Claims (15)
1.一种普通纺织品聚酰胺单丝,用于造纸设备,特征在于所述的单丝包括比例为99.9wt%~90wt%的聚酰胺,和比例为0.1wt%~10wt%的交联键合强化剂,在于聚酰胺至少是部分交联的。
2.如权利要求1的单丝,特征在于所述的单丝含有0.5wt%~5wt%的交联键合强化剂。
3.如权利要求1或2的单丝,特征在于所述的单丝含有1wt%~3wt%的交联键合强化剂。
4.如上述任一项权利要求的单丝,特征在于所述的交联键合强化剂为TAIC(异氰脲酸三烯丙酯)或TAC。
5.如上述任一项权利要求的单丝,特征在于所述的单丝越过其整个横截面进行交联。
6.如上述任一项权利要求的单丝,特征在于聚酰胺的无定形区域基本上被交联。
7.如上述任一项权利要求的单丝,特征在于所述的聚酰胺为PA6、PA6.6、PA6.10或PA6.12。
8.一种引头丝或压毡普通纺织品,其用于纤维素纤维制造或纸张生产中,其中至少经纱由本发明权利要求1~7任一项的单丝组成。
9.一种生产含有如权利要求1~7任一项单丝的普通纺织品的方法,其中挤出单丝,随后拉伸并织造,特征在于在挤出前,聚酰胺混合有交联键合强化剂,在于在织造过程之前和/或之后,用电子射线辐照单丝,通过这样的方法,聚酰胺被部分交联。
10.如权利要求9的方法,特征在于织物被完全或部分辐照。
11.如权利要求9或10的方法,特征在于用β射线进行辐照。
12.如权利要求9~11任一项的方法,特征在于以0.1~100kGy进行辐照。
13.如权利要求9~12任一项的方法,特征在于以10~50kGy进行辐照。
14.如权利要求8~13任一项的方法,特征在于以15~30kGy进行辐照。
15.如权利要求9~14任一项的方法,用于生产纤维素纤维制造或纸张生产中使用的平面织物引头丝或压毡。
