Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种用于电保护开关的电磁断路器,它具有一个磁线圈,一个可移动的衔铁和一个由磁线圈的电流接线柱保持位置固定的磁芯。
图2所示类型的电磁断路器用于常规电保护开关中的过载电流,尤其是短路电流的识别,以避免单极或多极用电器产生不正常的工作状态。这些保护开关可以是功率开关,电机保护开关和导线保护开关。它们必须分别按照有效规章在确定的响应极限内切断过电流。出于该目的,断路器与保护开关要断开的触点以如下方式连接,即它作为对过载电流或短路电流的反应能将保护开关的触点断开或在必要时保持断路。按照图2,这样的断路器1由一个磁线圈2,一个带有导管4的线圈管3,一个可移动的衔铁5,一个位置固定的磁芯6,一个弹簧7和一个电流接线柱8组成。带有导管4的线圈管3由绝缘材料制成。围绕线圈管3缠绕或套装有磁线圈2。在导管4内可移动支承的衔铁5作为对过载电流或短路电流的反应可克服弹簧7的弹簧力移动。借此,通过相应的机械耦合元件实现位于电流路径内的触点断开。如图2所示,一个磁芯6被压入线圈管3的导管4内或接线柱8内。磁芯6是一附加件,它最好支承在导管4内部,即至少部分地设在磁线圈2的内腔内。
本发明的目的在于,部分减小上述类型电磁断路器的尺寸并因此经济地制造它。
本发明的目的通过将磁芯和电流接线柱制成一体来实现。
一种特别经济的实施形式是,磁芯和电流接线柱制成一体的冲压弯曲件。

图1示出本发明的断路器;
图2示出已公开的断路器结构。
图1中的电磁断路器1由一个磁线圈2,一个由绝缘材料制成的带有导管4的线圈管3,一个可移动的衔铁5,一个位置固定的磁芯6,一个弹簧7和一个作为主要元件的电路接线柱8组成。磁线圈2缠绕或套在线圈管上并作为受保护用电器的电流路径的组成部分。衔铁5可移动地支承在导管4内并对短路电流作出反应。衔铁5的移动通过相应的机械耦合元件使位于电流路径内的触点断开。在此,衔铁5克服同样设在导管4内的弹簧7的弹簧力作用而移动。为使断路器1获得陡直的力曲线,在线圈管3的导管4内设有一位置固定的磁芯6,它与磁线圈2的电流接线柱8制成一体件。该一体件最好是制成冲压弯曲件。
Claims (2)
1.一种用于电保护开关的电磁断路器,它具有一个磁线圈(2),一个可移动的衔铁(5)和一个由磁线圈(2)的电流接线柱(8)保持位置固定的磁芯(6),其特征在于,磁芯(6)和电流接线柱(8)制成一体。
2.按照权利要求1所述的电磁断路器,其特征在于,所述固定的磁芯(6)和电流接线柱(8)制成冲压弯曲件。
