本发明的目的通过将磁芯和电流接线柱制成一体来实现。
一种特别经济的实施形式是,磁芯和电流接线柱制成一体的冲压弯曲件。

图1中的电磁断路器1由一个磁线圈2,一个由绝缘材料制成的带有导管4的线圈管3,一个可移动的衔铁5,一个位置固定的磁芯6,一个弹簧7和一个作为主要元件的电路接线柱8组成。磁线圈2缠绕或套在线圈管上并作为受保护用电器的电流路径的组成部分。衔铁5可移动地支承在导管4内并对短路电流作出反应。衔铁5的移动通过相应的机械耦合元件使位于电流路径内的触点断开。在此,衔铁5克服同样设在导管4内的弹簧7的弹簧力作用而移动。为使断路器1获得陡直的力曲线,在线圈管3的导管4内设有一位置固定的磁芯6,它与磁线圈2的电流接线柱8制成一体件。该一体件最好是制成冲压弯曲件。

1.一种用于电保护开关的电磁断路器,它具有一个磁线圈(2),一个可移动的衔铁(5)和一个由磁线圈(2)的电流接线柱(8)保持位置固定的磁芯(6),其特征在于,磁芯(6)和电流接线柱(8)制成一体。
