Abstract
本发明提供一种静电式还原装置,其能够简单地安装在现有的业务用或家庭用冰箱、食品加工用油炸锅上,能够简单地维持食品的鲜度,延长油炸用油的使用时间,或能够防止金属加工物的氧化损耗。在静电式还原装置(1)的主体上,设置插入到电源线连接器(2)的输入电源线,插入到静电输出线连接器(3)的静电输出线,以及电压可变控制开关(4)。
Description
本发明涉及还原装置,特别是设置在现有的业务用或家庭用冰箱、食品加工用油炸锅、食品加工水箱、谷物仓库等中,用于防止氧化变质以进一步维持食品鲜度的还原装置,以及设置在金属加工物、锅炉用管道,空调用配管等中,用于防止氧化腐蚀以提高耐久性的还原装置。
以往,对于食品进行加湿冷藏保存。关于防止金属的氧化损耗,使用涂料等来防止氧化腐蚀,而在锅炉用管道以及空调用配管中,则使用化学药品来防止管内的氧化腐蚀。
但是,上述这些方法存在以下缺点:
(1)在食品保存等中氧化变质的速度快。
(2)为了维持食品鲜度需要加湿作业或防止干燥的作业。
(3)为了维持食品鲜度需要简易包装等。
(4)关于食用油,在使用时需要通过将已经氧化变质的油扔掉或在其中混入新油来维持鲜度。
(5)对于金属加工物需要使用涂料进行涂漆等。
(6)对于金属管道为了保护管道内部需要使用化学药品等。
本发明是为了消除上述缺点而作出的,其目的在于提供一种利用静电带电作用来防止氧化变质或氧化腐蚀的还原装置。
本发明的还原装置的特征在于,将静电式还原装置设置在现有的业务用或家庭用冰箱等的外部,将输入电源(AC100V等)线插入电源线连接器,经由静电输出线连接器将静电输出线引入到冰箱内或者现有的油炸锅内,并连接到箱内的各架子上,或根据需要连接到各处,接通静电并使用电压可变控制开关来设定必要的电压,利用所产生的静电电位来辅助进行食品、食用油、食品用加工水的鲜度维持。
若采用本发明,则能够防止食品及食用加工水的氧化变质,防止金属加工物的氧化损耗和生锈,能促进食品的鲜度维持。
以下,将参照附图来说明本发明的实施形式。
图1是本发明的静电式还原装置的主视图。
图2是本发明的静电式还原装置的后视图。
本发明的静电式还原装置是由直流高电压发生装置和直流高电压施加电压构成的带电装置,是以产生静电并利用其带电作用为目的而发明的装置。
本发明的静电式还原装置包括直流高电压发生器,直流高电压施加电极,以及将它们连接的高电压电缆。
在图1和图2中,1是静电式还原装置,2是输入电源线连接器,3是静电输出线连接器,4是电压可变控制开关,5是电压可变控制器,6是显示画面,7是指示灯,8是电源开关,9是外部接点连接器,10是接地端子,11是保险丝。
本装置的输入电源为AC100V,产生的输出电压为-1KV至-80KV,能够进行可变控制,产生的电流为2mmA,极性为负极性。
下面说明上述构造的本发明的静电式还原装置的操作。
将本发明的静电式还原装置1设置在现有的冰箱上使用时,将其设置在冰箱的外部,将供给电源侧(AC100V)的输入电源线插入电源线连接器2,经由设于本装置的静电输出线连接器3将静电输出线引入到冰箱内,并连接到箱内的各架子等上,接通静电并使用电压可变控制开关4来设定必要的电压(-1KV至-80KV)。
在以食品保鲜为目的使用时,将食品放入具有导电性的容器中,与上述同样地使用本装置。
在设置于食品用油炸锅时,将静电式还原装置1设置在外部,将设于本装置的静电输出线放入食品用油炸锅内,由此产生静电而使用。
在用于大型的谷物仓库等时,设置并使用多台静电式还原装置1,并设置具有导电性的金属制架子,将设于本装置的静电输出线与架子连接,由此来促进还原。
Claims (1)
1.一种静电式还原装置,其特征在于,将静电式还原装置(1)的供给电源侧的输入电源线插入于输入电源线连接器(2),经由静电输出线连接器(3)将静电输出线引入到冰箱内或者现有的油炸锅以及被还原物即食品加工用水箱的内部,并连接到箱内的各架子上,或连接到油炸锅以及被还原物的预定位置上,接通静电并使用电压可变控制开关(4)来设定电压,利用所产生的静电电位来辅助进行食品、食用油、食品用加工水的鲜度的维持。
