头发是人体组织的一部份，是由细胞所组成的有机体。头发细胞是从毛囊内分裂，以倍数增加，新生头发就会从发囊推向头皮皮肤表面。头发每天脱落30条以下是正常的新陈代谢征状，每个头发毛囊在一年内便会生出新头发。如果头发缺乏必须的活性蛋白质(毛发细胞生长蛋白)，头发便会在每次更新替换后逐渐萎缩，渐渐由粗变幼，由幼长变幼短，再变成幼而细，萎缩直至肉眼难见的白绒毛，形成日常所见的秃头症状。
头发早脱落或变白的原因很多，其主要是营养和精神两大因素。中医认为，忧伤郁闷，会致肝肾心脾俱伤，使头发失其营养，这样头发变白或脱落就在所难免。据研究，脱发归纳起来，主要有二类：一是病理性如脂溢性脱发、剥脱性脱发、红斑狼疮和硬皮病等皮肤疾患是致病因素；二是头发营养缺乏造成脱发。长期缺少头发生长所必需的主要原料20多种氨基酸，以及头发形成所必需的维生素A、B2、B6及微量元素等均可造成脱发。精神因素对脱发的影响也不应忽视，人在遭受重大精神创伤或长期精神情绪紧张后可出现脱发。
白发的发生与人体功能减退密切相关，同时与遗传、精神紧张、用脑过度、营养不良等有关。中医认为，白发与肝肾不足、营血失调有关；现代医学研究表明，毛发的生长、色泽、数量、枯白与头发营养缺乏密切相关。

本发明是针对白发、脱发的因素，结合头发生长的原理，避免上述产品的不足，提供一种外用兼可内服的头发保健药物。
本发明采用中药现代化超临界、超声波提取技术及超声波乳化技术，从10多种名贵中草药中提炼的天然植物活发养发精华(20多种活性氨基酸、蛋白质等)，加入丝肽、酪氨酸、胱氨酸、天然维生素A制成内服与外用保健品，可以单独或配套应用，是一种高科技生物产品(同人体氨基酸成份相似率达97％)，利用蛋白质及人体内自然生长原理令毛发自然生长。
本发明药物的配方组成及配比(百分重量)：
中草药复合萃取物a+b：20～60％；
天然维生素A：0.3～15％；
丝肽：0.3～15％；
酪氨酸：0.5～10％；
胱氨酸：0.5～10％；

本发明的制备方法如下：
1.中草药复合萃取物a+b的提取：
(1)将18种中草药除人参、丹参外按比例称取并粉碎成粗粉，加入超声波中草药提取机中用超声波提取法提取，加热浓缩成流浸膏或浸膏粉，得中草药复合萃取物a；(2)将人参、丹参按比例称取并粉碎成粗粉以超临界萃取技术提取人参皂苷、丹参素、丹参酮，得中草药复合萃取物b。
2.药品的制备：
按配比将中草药复合萃取物a、b加入天然维生素A、丝肽、酪氨酸、胱氨酸及适量的辅料混合均匀，制成内服胶囊或片剂及外用的护发液。

(五)实施例
实施例一(内服胶囊)
按配比称取中草药复合萃取物a、b及其他组分。
(1).将中草药复合萃取物a的浸膏(流浸膏用喷雾干燥成浸膏)，粉碎，过40～60目筛。
(2).将中草药复合萃取物b的人参皂苷、丹参素、丹参酮提取物，粉碎，过40～60目筛。
(3).将维生素A、丝肽、酪氨酸、胱氨酸混合均匀，粉碎，过40～60目筛。
(4).将上述(1)、(2)、(3)三种药粉加适量辅料，放入三维混合粉器中混合30分钟，混合均匀后装入1号胶囊中，并分装为60粒/瓶或用铝塑包装为12粒/排，2排/合。
服用方法：每次4粒，每天1～2次。
实施例二(外用护发硅油)
称取组分，按上述方法提取：
中草药复合萃取物a+b：58g；
天然维生素A： 1g；
丝肽： 0.5g；

硅油(9331)； 10g；
卡松88： 0.5g；
氮酮： 2g；
苯基改性硅油 4g；

蒸馏水加至：100g
