一种同时具有防剑及防弹能力的防剑及防弹用板。在防弹服用弹道板40中,在其前面顺序重叠5~12片防剑板60而构成;防剑板60是在芳香族聚酰胺类织物41或高密度聚乙烯织物及与之相似的高强度织物的一个面上涂布树脂类粘接剂61后,将大小与100~500号砂纸相当的砂粒62喷射在前述涂布的树脂类粘接剂61上,无间隙地进行粘接而成。将前述防剑及防弹用板100用另外的外罩口袋包起来使之成为一体,插入插板部内。

防剑及防弹用板
技术领域
本发明涉及一种针对枪弹那样枪械类或刀、矛那样的凶器类的攻击对人体进行保护的剖检及防弹服,更具体地说,涉及一种将作为前述剖检及防弹服的构成件中的,可防止手枪、步枪等枪械所发射的枪弹穿透以保护人体免受枪械类伤害的防弹服那样的弹道板(ballistic resistance panel)以及针对速度比前述枪弹虽慢但具有锐利的尖端的刀剑、锥子、竹矛等凶器类的攻击对人体进行保护的防剑用防剑板(stab resistance panel)顺次进行结合而构成,从而同时具有防剑及防弹功能的防剑及防弹用板。
背景技术
一般来说,保护人体免遭枪械类伤害的防弹服由外衣(garment)、弹道板及其外罩(panel & panel covering)、以及防弹板构成,目前的实际情况是,作为这种防弹服的核心构件的弹道板,是依据在国际上得到最广泛公认的美国司法部司法研究所(National Institute of Justice:NIJ)的警察防弹服试验标准(NIJ 0101.03)进行制造,经过H.P.WHITE LAB.公司那样的下属试验机关的产品试验并根据试验结果判断是否符合前述标准而加以使用。
为了在受到刀剑、锥子、竹矛那样具有锐利尖端的凶器类的攻击时对人体进行保护,已制造出多种防剑服和防石服。其中,大韩民国实用新型公告号第91-5180号的护身用上衣兼防石服,是在构成上衣前面部的、具有阴阳尼龙搭扣的外罩和内衬之间层叠多层碳素纤维布的公知技术中,如图1所示,将两面通过粘接剂粘贴有衬布10的防护用橡胶板11或者替代前述橡胶板的、将多个纤维增强塑料(FRP)片通过粘接剂粘贴在前述衬布上而成的片组板埋设在前述碳素纤维布的中央部位的内表面之间而成,并以此制成防护布,因此,防护服的制造容易,而且借助于橡胶的特性而能够折曲,即使在穿着防护服的状态下人体仍能够动作,但是,由于受橡胶重量的影响,身体活动不自由,当将插有橡胶板的防护布作为结构原料使用时,重量将进一步加大,因此,存在着与对手激烈搏斗时人体的行动受到限制的缺点。
另外,大韩民国实用新型公开号第91-009505号的护身服用上衣如图2所示,制成以形成有头部伸出孔23和手臂伸出孔24的、边缘部具有增强带25的大的护身片21、22将肩部和胸部护起来的上衣本体A,在前述护身片21、22的下部分别延伸设置有具有伸缩性的合成纤维织物26,其表面有多个小护身片27以下端重叠在紧挨其下面的护身片的外侧的状态呈台阶状与之连接,因此,当对穿着该护身用上衣的着装者以锐利的刀剑、锥子、竹矛等从正面向胸部刺去时,能够以前述大护身片进行防护,但存在着这样的缺点,即,当呈台阶状连接在合成纤维织物表面上的、向前述大护身片的下部延伸设置的小护身片被凶器刺中时,合成纤维织物受推压而在前述小护身片之间形成空间,若在对方刺击力作用下进而在小护身片处产生缝隙,则凶器将进入形成于小护身片之间的空间而对身体造成伤害;而且,还存在着如下缺点:当凶器自上而下刺来时,仅在上衣外部呈台阶状连接的小护身片将立起而贯穿合成纤维织物对身体造成深重的伤害。
如上所述,通常,对付刀剑、锥子、竹矛等尖端锐利的凶器类的防剑服,或者作为其构件的防剑板,以及针对手枪、步枪那样的枪械类所发射的高速枪弹对人体进行保护的防弹板有很多种,但是,即便是能够防御枪弹的防弹板,面对具有锐利前端的刀或矛,仍会使人体受到伤害,反之,即便是能够防御矛或刀的防剑板,却能够被高速枪弹穿透甚或造成伤害。现实情况是,尚没有能够面对所有这些攻击性武器满足防御要求的、同时具有防剑及防弹功能的防剑及防弹板。因此,实际情况是,只能根据所要面对的紧急情况或使用目的分别使用防剑板或防弹板,在同时使用枪械类和凶器类的情况下,不得不冒着很大风险去执行任务。
针对前述问题,本申请人根据大韩民国特许申请号第1999-0007174号,按照美国司法部司法研究所(National Institute ofJustice:NIJ)的警察防弹服试验标准(NIJ 0101.03)进行制造,并如表1所示,获得其所辖试验机关H.P.WHITE LAB.公司的资格认定。这是在先申请的、具有以下特征的防弹服用弹道板40,即,如图4所示,将前面板45、可将冲击能量分散地进行层叠的多片高密度聚乙烯薄膜44、由多片芳香族聚酰胺类织物缝合而成的可使摩擦热和变形量最小化的后面板46按照顺序做成一体而构成,其中前面板45由多片芳向族聚酰胺类织物41、在以芳香族聚酰胺类纤维或高密度聚乙烯类纱织成网状的织物(scrim)之间强制性地塞入棉絮状的细的芳香族聚酰胺类纤维或高密度聚乙烯纤维的冲击吸收部件所构成的毡片50、以及多片芳香族聚酰胺类织物43顺次缝合成一体而成。

但是,如前所述,本申请人在先申请的前述防弹服用弹道板同样存在着虽然面对枪械类对人体的攻击具有防护能力,但在以具有锐利尖端的刀或矛进行攻击时依然不安全的问题。
通常,防剑服由外衣(garment)和防剑板及其外罩构成,目前的实际情况是,作为这种防剑服的核心构件的防剑板,与前述防弹服同样,是依据在国际上得到最广泛公认的美国司法部司法研究所(NIJ)的警察防剑服试验标准(NIJ 0115.00)进行制造,并以在所辖试验机关进行的试验作为是否具有资格的判断标准加以使用的。
作为参考,就防剑板的NIJ标准的内容进行说明,通常所说的威胁,因各种刀剑的锋利程度(sharpness)、尖锐程度(pointedness)、式样(style)、手柄和刀刃的外观设计(handleand blade design)、攻击角度(attacking angle)、攻击者的精神状态(the physical condition of the attacker)以及攻击者的熟练度(skill of attacker)的不同而不同,NIJ根据前述威胁环境将防剑服分类为2个防护等级(protection class):具有加工质量良好的尖端或刃口的,通常被视为“Edged Blade”级;刃口质量低下而较钝或大钉(spike)那样的武器,通常被视为“Spike”级;在前述各等级中,又将防剑服进一步分为三个防护水平(protection level)。
水平1的防剑服:适合穿着的低水平的防剑服
水平2的防剑服:适合穿着的、一般执勤人员的上衣(garment)
水平3的防剑服:高危险情况下穿用的高水平的防剑服
当然,前述防剑服不会使穿着者的动作受到限制,能够保护穿用者免受刀、具有锐利的刃的武器或尖端锐利的武器的伤害。
NIJ的防剑服防护水平分为表2所示的3种。这些防护水平是利用1997~1999PSDB程序根据正常成人男子进行数次攻击行为所施加能量的分布情况导出的,最低水平相当于该能量的85%,下一个水平相当于该能量的90%,最高水平相当于该能量的96%。表2的能量水平“E1”如前确定,在该条件下,允许最大为7mm的刀和大钉贯穿。试验标准要求当该刀或大钉的动能增加到50%时为超负荷试验(overtest);被称作“E2”的、更高水平的能量条件为允许最大到20mm的刀或大钉贯穿。该超负荷试验可保证防剑服设计时留有安全余量。

在制造前述弹道板和防剑板时,必须使其对刀或枪弹具有良好的防御能力,还必须考虑到板的变形,即对于弹道板,不仅要枪弹穿不透还必须尽量减小向后方的变形,做到使冲击最小化而不会对身体内部造成伤害。此外,还要解决必须符合重量更轻、穿着感良好、价格低廉等各种条件这样的问题。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决以往存在的上述问题,其目的是,提供一种在本申请人在先申请的防弹服用弹道板的前面结合多片本发明的防剑板而构成,从而同时具有防剑及防弹能力的防剑及防弹用板。
根据旨在实现前述目的的本发明的形式,提供这样构成的防剑及防弹用板,即,对于本申请人在先申请的发明的防弹服用弹道板中,在前述弹道板的前面在芳香族聚酰胺类织物或高密度聚乙烯织物及与其相似的高强度织物的一个面上涂布树脂类粘接剂后,将大小与100~500号砂纸相当的砂粒喷射到前述涂布的树脂类粘接剂上,将无间隙地进行粘接的5~12片防剑板顺次重叠而成。
如以上所说明的,本发明的防剑及防弹用板必定是具有优异的穿着感的、除了防剑效果同时还具有防弹效果的、非常优秀的发明。

下面,结合附图对本发明进行详细说明。
在之后对本发明进行说明时,对于相关的公知功能或被认为对其具体的说明将使本发明的要旨变得不明确时将该具体的说明省略。此外,后述的术语是根据在本发明中的功能进行定义的,允许它们与使用者、运用者的意图或惯例不同。因此,其定义应以本说明书的通篇的内容为依据作出。
本发明的防剑及防弹用板如图4和图8所示,对于由前面板45、层叠成能够使冲击能量分散的多片高密度聚乙烯薄膜44、由多片芳香族聚酰胺类织物缝接而成的使得摩擦热和变形量最小化的后面板46顺次成一体构成的防弹服用弹道板40中,在前述弹道板40的前面顺序密接多片防剑板60而构成,其中前面板45是通过将多片芳香族聚酰胺类织物41、在芳香族聚酰胺类纤维或高密度聚乙烯类纱织成网状的织物(scrim)之间强制性地塞入棉絮状的细的芳香族聚酰胺类纤维或高密度聚乙烯纤维的冲击吸收部件所构成的毡片50、以及多片芳香族聚酰胺类织物43顺序缝接而成为一体的。
下面,对本发明结合图3至图9作进一步详细的说明。

在前述附图中,图3是对利用弹道板吸收枪弹的冲击而使之停止的过程加以展现的说明图,当枪械发射后从枪口射出并与空气摩擦而成为高温状态的枪弹30打到弹道板31上时,其冲击能量成辐射状扩散,前述枪弹30的行进受到弹道板31的抑制,随着如图所示地逐渐压触而在弹道板31处停止前进。作为前述弹道板31,应具有良好地吸收冲击能量和耐受高温的性能,还应具有足够的抗拉强度,以使得冲击能量所引起的弹道板31的变形最小,从而除了弹道板不被贯穿之外还能够避免弹道板31的变形对人体造成恶劣的影响。
图4和图5示出具有前述性能的本发明的在先申请的弹道板40,其特征在于,由前面板45、层叠成能够使冲击能量分散的多片高密度聚乙烯薄膜44、由多片芳香族聚酰胺类织物缝接而成的使得摩擦热和变形量最小化的后面板46顺次成一体构成,其中前面板45通过将多片芳香族聚酰胺类纤维织物41、在以芳香族聚酰胺类纤维或高密度聚乙烯类纱织成网状的织物(scrim)之间强制性地塞入棉絮状的细的芳香族聚酰胺类纤维或高密度聚乙烯纤维52而成的冲击吸收部件所构成的毡片50、以及多片芳香族聚酰胺类织物43顺序缝接而成为一体的。
前述毡片50的特性如表3所示。

图6示出根据本发明的单片防剑板60,在芳香族聚酰胺类织物41或高密度聚乙烯织物及与之相似的高强度织物的一个面上涂布树脂类粘接剂61后,将大小与100~500号砂纸相当的砂粒62喷射在前述涂布的树脂类粘接剂61上,无间隙地进行粘接而构成。
单片的前述防剑板由芳香族聚酰胺类织物41或高密度聚乙烯织物及与之相似的高强度织物65~60重量%、树脂类粘接剂(61)1~2重量%、砂粒(62)35~40重量%构成。这样构成的防剑板其物理特性,经作为大韩民国国家许可的检查机关的韩国原丝织物试验研究院试验其试验结果如表4所示。

图7是对于将5~12片前述防剑板60各自不做粘接地、尽可能密接地重叠排列后,以具有尖端的凶器B进行攻击时,其冲击向前述由多片构成的防剑板60传递的过程加以展现的说明图,当攻击者(未图示)的凶器B与前述防剑板60接触时,其加压力的冲击能量即刻传递过来,特别是,在锐利凶器B的尖端因负荷集中而产生的相当大的加压力传递到前述防剑板60上并行进,被前述防剑板60所逐渐抑制。集中于前述防剑板60一点上的加压力,随着继续向后续的防剑板传递而逐渐减弱,在前述多片防剑板的后端处,锐利的凶器B的尖端在防剑板的作用下处于变钝的状态。这与从前述枪械发射的枪弹在碰撞弹道板时弹道板发生变形时的情形相类似,此时,在继前述多片的防剑板60之后的、本申请人在先申请的弹道板40的防御作用下,对人体造成伤害的危险完全消除。
于是,本发明的防剑及防弹用板100如图8所示,在前面部顺次密接5~12片前述防剑板60之后,重叠本申请人在先申请的前述防弹板40而成;将前述防剑及防弹用板100用另外的外罩口袋包起来(未图示),并如图9所示,作为防弹服或防剑服的构成件的一部分插入插板部内而加以使用。
为了对这样构成的本发明的防剑及防弹用板100的性能加以确认,如前所述,按照在国际上得到最广泛认可的美国司法部司法研究所(NIJ)的警察防剑服试验标准(NIJ 0115.00)委托前述NIJ所辖试验机关即H.P.WHITE LABORATORY INC.进行试验的结果(报告书编号8245-03A、8245-03B、8245-03C),能够满足前述NIJ标准。
作为本发明,除了前述所说明的以外,还可以有多种多样的变型,可采用各种形式,前述详细说明中仅对其特定的实施例进行了说明,但本发明应被理解为并不限于前述详细说明中所提示的特定的形式,而包括前述发明专利权利要求范围所定义的本发明的精神和范围内的所有变型物、等同物以及替代物。

Claims (2)

1.一种防剑及防弹用板,其特征是,
防弹服用弹道板(40)通过前面板(45)、可将冲击能量分散地进行层叠的多片高密度聚乙烯薄膜(44)、由多片芳香族聚酰胺类织物缝合而成的可使摩擦热和变形量最小化的后面板(46)按照顺序做成一体而构成,其中前面板(45)通过多片芳香族聚酰胺类织物(41)、在以芳香族聚酰胺类纤维或高密度聚乙烯类纱织成网状的织物之间强制性地塞入棉絮状的细的芳香族聚酰胺类纤维或高密度聚乙烯纤维(52)而成的冲击吸收部件(51)所构成的毡片(50)、以及多片芳香族聚酰胺类织物(43)顺次缝合成一体而成,在上述防弹服用弹道板(40)中,
在前述弹道板(40)的前面顺次密接有5~12片防剑板(60),
前述防剑板(60)这样构成,即,在芳香族聚酰胺类织物(41)或高密度聚乙烯织物的一个面上涂布树脂类粘接剂(61)后,将大小与100~500号砂纸相当的砂粒(62)喷射在前述涂布的树脂类粘接剂(61)上,无间隙地进行粘接而构成。
2.如权利要求1所说的防剑及防弹用板,其特征是,前述防剑板(60)由芳香族聚酰胺类织物(41)或高密度聚乙烯织物65~60重量%、树脂类粘接剂(61)1~2重量%、砂粒(62)35~40%所构成。
