Abstract

本发明涉及应用在工业和其它场合的粘性筒装流体材料等的分配,这些材料还包括牙科材料如高粘度印模材料,以及其它流体材料如冲洗材料和齿冠和齿桥材料等等,它们通常被装入用在手动控制和手持式分配枪或类似装置上的双料筒内。
背景技术

发明内容
因此本发明最重要的目的是提供一个新的和被优选改进的手持分配装置,用来分配广范的不同的筒装流体或类似流体并且不受上面描述的限制;而且还能确保快速、可靠地收回齿条推动盘,并且使枪具有与多种形状料筒终端固定凸缘通用的性能。
本发明进一步的目的是提供一改进的电动手持分配装置,它特别地适用于但并并不局限于牙科医生或类似行业。
另外进一步的目的将在下面进行描述并在权利要求中还有特别的限定。
但是,总的概括起来,本发明涉及一种电机驱动的流体料筒分配装置,其中纵向齿条在固定的齿条导轨内被向前驱动以压迫料筒内部的流体,从而分配所述流体,所述装置包括:组合形式的电机齿轮、减速齿轮和驱动齿轮,其中驱动齿轮用来移动齿条,电机齿轮由电机驱动,减速齿轮在与电机齿轮啮合后被驱动,进而纵向驱动所述驱动齿轮,以移动齿条;一扁平盘簧,其一端固定在齿条导轨顶部,而另一端与减速齿轮相连,当电机齿轮由弹簧推动到与减速齿轮啮合并驱动减速齿轮时,盘簧被旋紧,当减速齿轮与电机齿轮脱开时,盘簧被释放;以及一弹簧控制的释放装置,其可以在流体从料筒中分配时被启动,以将电机齿轮从减速齿轮上脱开,以使盘簧将齿条在齿条导轨内沿纵向收回。

具体实施方式
图1示出了一种封装手持式流体分配枪,其结构沿用了前面提到的本申请人的在先专利中的分配装置的概念,采用了一对彼此平行且横向相隔的串联式纵向齿条4,它们终止于推盘2′,所述推盘用来与流体容器圆柱料筒的并肩活塞2咬合,料筒被插入并固定在双圆柱料筒腔室内,从而与齿条4串联并且位于齿条前面,同时也位于如图6所示的枪筒13内。腔室1终止于流体分配出口3。在图1和6示出的一横向伸出的分配装置手柄14内,有一电池盒C和一电机9,它们相对于齿条驱动器、齿条和齿轮的纵向(水平)方向呈直角固定,并使得电机轴在8处竖直地从电机中伸出。在本申请人的在先专利的描述中,分配装置是由如图5所示的手指驱动扳机T和如图6所示的收回或释放按钮12来收回齿条4来操作。
当齿条沿全程推动到前端(到达图1的左侧)即料筒空了时,为抵消高粘度材料产生的非常大的压力,以使用于确保弹簧收回的脱开式离合器在张紧状态下形成锁闭,从而确保快速和可靠的收回,与本申请人在先专利中的装置不同,本发明将释放按钮12附装在一电控开关SW上,这将在下面结合附图5更详细的描述。当开关SW被按下,电机9就变成反转,从而释放其加在机构上的压力,该压力的释放导致驱动齿轮的脱开,并使得齿条在盘簧能量作用下沿纵向突然快速返回。
电机齿轮15设计成能在电机9的轴8上下来回滑动。一传动销16′骑在电机齿轮15的槽16内并且使电机齿轮15旋转,同时允许齿轮在电机轴上上下移动,如图2中更好地示出。驱动齿轮在其上部位置被弹簧17推压,从而推着电机齿轮到达电机轴的上部,直至电机齿轮上的槽与传动销16′相互咬合而被终止。也就是,传动销16′骑在槽16内且弹簧17推着电机齿轮15向上直到槽的底部碰到或连接到销16′。在这一点,也即当电机齿轮沿路尽可能地到达顶部远端时,它将与一驱动所述驱动齿轮20的减速齿轮19咬合。驱动齿轮20反过来又驱动齿条4和旋转随动齿轮21。随动齿轮21驱动另一平行的齿条4′,以确保齿条4和4′能够保持同步和互锁地移动。另外,减速齿轮19具有一销22用来与平坦的“扁平”盘簧10咬合。销23也与扁平盘簧10咬合,该销安装在齿条导轨24的顶部。
本发明中使用的扁平盘簧10的一端固定在齿条导轨的顶部而不能移动。当减速齿轮19旋转时,它旋紧扁平盘簧10。即使是在它的开始点,螺纹弹簧10也已经处于张紧状态,这样在旋紧盘簧的过程中进一步增加了弹簧的张力。当电机齿轮15被压下并从减速齿轮19上脱开时,相应地,齿条4-4′的机构能够受迫地沿纵向突然返回到它的初始或静止位置。
回到图2,所示的齿条导轨顶部24被设置成在其底部通道内接收齿条4和4′,而驱动齿轮轴21伸出以接收减速齿轮19。在图3中,所示的盘簧10被设置成安置在销23上并且连接着销23,该销23固定在齿条导轨顶部24上;图4中示出的减速齿轮19设置在接收主动轴21的位置上,并且驱动齿轮15位于主动轴8上方的停止位置。
在图5中,所示的扳机装置T位于枪手柄的内侧并与开关SW咬合,用来接通上面描述的电机9。根据本发明,当开关被松开,电机9将经历一中断动作以逐渐减速直到零速度,然后以公知的方式连接成反转。反转运动的程度可以由使用者调节。它的目的是释放施加在待分配流体材料上的压力,以使流体开始几乎立即流动,这一点是本发明一个特别重要的新颖特点。也就是允许特别高粘度的材料以非常小的体积分配。
图6示出了枪筒13的壳体,其在组合位置封闭并具有一位于开放位置上的朝前的料筒接收门D,这样筒料可以插入或从固定框架F中抽出。本发明为提供一普遍适用于具有不同形状凸缘的料筒的枪,正如在先描述,提供了一可互换的料筒支架,如图7中31处示出,其包括一下部框架部分31’和一上部框架部分31″,它们各自骑在两侧边缘导向销32和33上,采用这种方式,当容器的门张开时,料筒支架向上开放到只足以允许料筒被移出的程度。在图中所示的平坦料筒支架31中,骑在导向销32上的上部平面框架部分31″位于它的最上端位置,当在这一点时,新的具有不同形状的凸缘的料筒1’可以被插入支架。然后上部框架部分31″在导向销上向下降低以使组件附装在位于分配枪前端的规则的固定槽30内。这样通过提供一普通的枪分配装置的通用固定结构即确保了使用不同厂商的料筒。
通过对本发明的改进结构,即使是高粘度材料如牙科领域或类似领域的印模流体材料,也可以以受控的速度分配,对于高粘度印模材料而言,该速度大于1ml/s。对于牙齿清洁材料或类似材料,分配也可以放慢。扳机的使用仅仅是用来控制开关SW,这样,操作者的手腕上会有更少的疲劳。容易使用充电电池或交流电源进行操作。
本发明改进的结构特征也同样适用于不采用手持或手控分配的分配装置,并且进一步的改进将是本领域熟练的技术人员很容易想到,可以认为这种改进同样落入本发明权利要求书所限定的范围和精神内。

Claims (9)

1.一种电机驱动的流体料筒分配装置,其中纵向齿条在固定的齿条导轨内被向前驱动以压迫料筒内部的流体,从而分配所述流体,所述装置包括:组合形式的电机齿轮、减速齿轮和驱动齿轮,其中驱动齿轮用来移动齿条,电机齿轮由电机驱动,减速齿轮在与电机齿轮啮合后被驱动,进而纵向驱动所述驱动齿轮,以移动齿条;一扁平盘簧,其一端固定在齿条导轨顶部,而另一端与减速齿轮相连,当电机齿轮由弹簧推动到与减速齿轮啮合并驱动减速齿轮时,盘簧被旋紧,当减速齿轮与电机齿轮脱开时,盘簧被释放;以及一弹簧控制的释放装置,其可以在流体从料筒中分配时被启动,以将电机齿轮从减速齿轮上脱开,以使盘簧将齿条在齿条导轨内沿纵向收回。
2.如权利要求1所述的分配装置,其特征在于,设有一扳机开关,用来控制电机,以驱动电机齿轮,并且随着齿条纵向移动而咬合在料筒上,从而实现流体的分配。
3.如权利要求2所述的分配装置,其特征在于,随着松开扳机开关,一装置用来使电机反向旋转而减速,然后使齿条向相反方向移动,以释放加在料筒内待分配流体上的压力。
4.如权利要求3所述的分配装置,其特征在于,设有一用来调节所述反向旋转的程度的装置。
5.如权利要求3所述的分配装置,其特征在于,通过操作释放装置,使所述电机沿相反方向运转。
6.如权利要求2所述的分配装置,其特征在于,利用销和槽之间的连接结构,使电机齿轮能够沿着电机轴上下移动,从而实现电机齿轮与减速齿轮之间的弹簧推动式啮合。
7.如权利要求2所述的分配装置,其特征在于,所述盘簧的所述另一端的与减速齿轮的连接是通过销连接结构实现的。
8.如权利要求1所述的分配装置,其特征在于,流体料筒具有后部凸缘,它们可横向滑动地安装在位于齿条导轨前端的一平坦料筒支架上;料筒支架包括下部和上部平坦框架部分,它们可在边缘导向销上侧向调节移动,以确保在它们之间插入和锁定不同形状的料筒后部凸缘,从而使安装在分配装置上的料筒具有通用性。
