Abstract

警用便携式车辆拦截器,由主机箱体,拦截物、遥控系统及电源组成。箱体内装有遥控接收和弹射装置,拦截物装入箱体发射仓内,拦截物是一个横向可收缩,又能自动伸长的连环板结构。上面均匀布满钢质空心刺钉,在要拦截犯罪车辆时只需启动遥控开关、弹射装置即刻将拦截物,弹射出仓,拦截物由横向连环自动变为直向连环,在二秒钟内横跨公路两旁,当逃窜车辆轮胎扎上拦截物上的刺钉后,轮胎即刻消气,使之无法行驶,达到拦截车辆的目的。

Description

警用便携式车辆拦截器
本发明专利“警用便携式车辆拦截器”是为广大公安干警、海关辑私,在执行任务中能安全有效的拦截各种犯罪车辆的可靠而必须的装备。
本发明设计为便携式,无需任何基础设施,可随时随地流动布防,占有地利优势,隐蔽性好,突击性强,使驾车逃窜的犯罪分子措手不及、防不胜防,对犯罪车辆起到横刀拦马,不可逾越的作用。它的结构原理主要由主机箱体、阻碍物、摇控发射器和接收器三大部分组成,主机箱体内装有以弹簧为动力的弹射装置和摇控接收装置,及受控制的电磁开关锁扣销,阻碍物的结构为塑质板块,通过独特的连结,形成活动的连环板,它横向收缩安放在主机箱体下方的阻碍物发射仓内,并通过电磁锁扣销锁定。阻碍物上均匀布满梅花桩状的空心钢钉,任何车辆的轮胎扎上阻碍物的空心钢钉后,即刻将轮胎内的气压泄放胎尽使之无法行驶,达到拦截车辆的目的。
附图(一)是本发明专利整体结构原理图。为了便于理解本发明专利以下结合附图(一)中给出的实施例进行详细说明。
A为主机箱体内弹射装置代号。它由A1拉簧、A2滑轮、A3右、A3左钢丝绳、A4滑块、A5-1、A5-2连动锁扣、A6燕尾槽定位板、A7棘轮伸缩器A8弹射仓等部件组成。B为阻碍物代号。
结构图见附图(一)。它由B1连环板下板、B2滑动连结销、B3连环板上板、B4连环板纽簧、B5空心钢钉等部件组成。C为遥控器和执行器代号。它由C1遥控接收器、C2执行器电磁铁、C3遥控发射器、C4、C5遥控发射器按纽等部件组成。摇控有效距离为30米半径的圆。
通过上述结构及附图(一)可以看出;1.当搬动A7时A3左拖动A4、A3右经过A2带动A1,使A1开始储力,A4从右至左在A6中滑动,直至A4被A5-1锁定为止,此时A1储力达到最大;2.将B横向连环收缩放入A8中,并让A5-2锁定。
通过1、2两项操作,弹射准备工作完毕。当需要拦截车辆时,使用C3启动C4、C1得到指令,命C2执行打开,A5-1、A5-2(连动)此时A1储存的回弹爆发力以瞬间的冲击力通过A4将B弹射出A8,并使A、B分离,此时的B由于横向收缩时每一个B4都储存有纽簧力,脱离A后,在B4的作用力下,使B自动变向,由横向连环变为直向连环,加快B的速度,使B能在二秒钟内直跨公路两旁,达到其实施有效拦截车辆的目的。
B5采用梅花桩式均匀分布法,每三点为一束,形成三足鼎立之态牢固安装在B3上,这种结构的优点是可以大大增强B5对轮胎的抗弯力,同时能保证轮胎不论从B的那一段碾压过去都至少有三点一束的钢钉可靠剌穿至轮胎内层即刻将气压泄放胎尽,使车辆无法行驶。经车辆碾压损坏的B属一次性消耗。
本警用便携式车辆拦截器采用双路遥控器,另一路C5为C4之前的语音警告,不听警告,再启用C4实施拦截。另外C5还可起到一个检测遥控距离是否在有效控制范围的重要作用。

Claims (3)

1.一个以主机箱体A阻碍物B、遥控接收C1、执行电磁铁C2、摇控发射器C3等结构组成的警用便携式车辆拦截器,其特征在于A1通过A3右经A2到A4,再由A4经A3左到A7的结构连结。
2.根据权利要求1所述的警用便携式车辆拦截器其特征在于C1与C2、C2与A5-1、A5-2的结构连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的警用便携式车辆拦截器中的B,见附图(一)其特征在于B1与B3中间装有B4,与另一个B1与B3中间装有B4,通过B2相互连结,形成连环板结构的连接,并在B3上梅花桩式均匀布满空心钢钉。
