Abstract

本发明公开一种制作电磁炉炉面板的材料,是采用市场上大量供应的价格较低的强化玻璃(钢化玻璃)替代价格昂贵、部分需要进口的微晶玻璃作为电磁炉的面板,成为强化玻璃面板电磁炉。由于采用本发明,扩大了电磁炉面板的选择范围,明显降低电磁炉的成本,并且由于在强化玻璃面板上增加适应于圆底锅、平底锅的锅架,使电磁炉使用范围更广泛。

Description

强化玻璃面板电磁炉
本发明涉及电磁炉面板材料的改进,特别是采用强化玻璃作为电磁炉的面板,制成强化玻璃面板电磁炉。
目前,世界上生产的电磁炉的面板材料是采用微晶玻璃。微晶玻璃不仅成本昂贵,而且部分需要进口原料。本发明的目的是针对上述微晶玻璃面板价格昂贵的缺点,选用价格较低、国内可以大批量生产和供应的强化玻璃(钢化玻璃)板,作为电磁炉的面板。在保证电磁炉质量不变的前题下,明显降低了电磁炉的成本,增加了电磁炉的竞争力。
本发明的目的是按如下方案实施的:采用厚度为0.2至2厘米的强化玻璃板,经过切割加工成各种形状的电磁炉面板。把加工后的强化玻璃板精确安装在内部含有电器零件的电磁炉的机壳上面,成为电磁炉的面板。由于强化玻璃面板是透明体,所以也可以在强化玻璃面板的双面或单面打磨或印花,也可以增加不透明的薄片,既隔光、又美化电磁炉表面。为了防止锅体与强化玻璃面板直接接触,在强化玻璃面板上安装一个适应圆底锅、平底锅的锅架。
由于采用本发明,利用了价格较低、国内可以大批量供应的强化玻璃代替价格昂贵的微晶玻璃作电磁炉的面板,扩大了电磁炉面板材料的选择,明显降低了电磁炉的成本。
结合本发明的实施例,进一步说明本发明的制作方法和产品特征:
采用厚度为0.6厘米的强化玻璃板,经过切割、加工成与电磁炉机壳相适应的面板,安装在内部含有电器零件的电磁炉机壳上。在强化玻璃面板下面,安置一张不透明耐热薄膜,在强化玻璃面板上面,安装一个锅架,制成强化玻璃面板电磁炉。

1、强化玻璃面板电磁炉,由面板、电磁炉机壳、内部电器零件组成,其特征在于上述的电磁炉的面板是采用厚度为0.2至2厘米的强化玻璃(钢化玻璃)板,经过切割、加工成各种形状的电磁炉面板,成为强化玻璃面板电磁炉,强化玻璃面板可以双面、单面打磨或印花,也可以增加不透明的薄片隔光、美化电磁炉表面,在强化玻璃面板上部安装一个适应于圆底锅、平底锅的锅架。
