Abstract

本发明涉及的是一种全采用各种纯天然物料制备而成的纯天然多元有机肥料,它的基础材料是草炭,草炭中含有大量的有机质和腐植酸。腐植酸是一种天然的有机高分子化合物,含有碳、氢、氮等元素,还含有甲氧基等活性基因,是土壤的改良剂和农作物的生长的刺激素,加有含氮的豆饼、含磷的骨粉、含钾的草木灰、起粘合剂和颗粒包衣的作用的高岭土、稀土、沸石,经科学配方而制成。

纯天然多元有机肥料的制备方法
本发明涉及的是一种全采用各种纯天然物料制备而成的纯天然多元有机肥料。
目前农作物肥料,多采用纯化学料或天然物料与化学料配制而成农用化肥,化学肥料使土壤板结,病虫害增多、果实滋味下降等。为解决化学肥料的弊端,经多年研究实验,选用了各种纯天然物料,不添加任何人工化学成份,配制加工而成纯天然多元有机肥料。
本发明的目的:是提供一种纯天然物料制备而成的纯天然多元有机肥料的制备方法。
本发明的目的是通过下列措施实现的:
本纯天然多元有机肥料所使用的基础材料是草炭,草炭中含有大量的有机质与腐植酸。腐植酸是一种天然的有机高分子化合物。它的主要成份:含碳、氢、氮等元素,还含有甲氧基等活性基因,是土壤的改良剂和农作物生长的刺激素。还加有含氮的豆饼、含磷的骨粉、含钾的草木灰、起粘合剂和颗粒包衣作用的高岭土、稀土、沸石等。按科学比例配制而成。
采用上述技术方案制成的肥料,能减少使用化学肥料所造成的土壤板结、病虫害增多、果实滋味不可口的弊端。
纯天然多元有机肥料,可根据不同农作物所需养料量的不同,可按上述物料适当增减即可。依据土壤和农作物生产的需要而设计制定的总标准为:有机质≥20%,腐植酸≥15%,NRK≥10%。下面提供适用一般农作物施用的广普型和养育花草施用的育花型两种配方及产品检测标准:

纯天然多元有机肥料的生产制造工艺流程:
1、先将各种原料粉碎成粉末状;
2、将有效肥末料:草炭、豆饼、骨粉、草木灰,经过热喷(发酵),由缓效型的肥源变成速效型;
3、按配方比例将各发酵后的料和高岭土、稀土倒入搅拌机里搅匀;
4、将搅拌均匀的料倒入造粒机里造粒,粒的大小可以调整,一般制成直径为1.5-3.5mm为宜;
5、将沸石粉末加入适当的水搅拌均匀成沸石浆,并将产品的颗粒立即放入沸石浆里外包衣;
6、将包衣好的肥料粒及时进行烘干;
7、按标准检测,检测合格后,计量、包装即为产成品入库。
纯天然多元有机肥料,施用无公害、无污染、并能改良土壤、培育地力、净化农业生产环境、激发农作物发育成长、保证各农作物产品的活体成熟,有益于环境保护、有益于人类健康。农民使用后,普遍反映良好,种粮增产增收,种蔬菜和水果不生虫子,还保持原汁原味,深受农民的欢迎。

1、纯天然多元有机肥料其特征在于:广普型肥料有一个科学的配方和产品检测标准:
