Abstract

本发明提供一种浸水确认装置,可判断便携式终端设备等是否浸过水。它包括:一下壳,带有一用于确认浸水的孔;一双侧涂粘结剂的部件,用于绕该孔粘结两侧;一透明片,通过其表面可看到浸水确认封的状态变化;以及浸水确认封,包括一位于透明片和一白纸的两端的双侧涂粘结剂的部件,白纸上有红色印,其中间有水彩墨。该孔形成在下壳上没有被其他部件覆盖的位置,例如固定件上。

Description

浸水确认装置和 使用该装置的便携式终端设备
本发明涉及一种浸水确认装置,特别是用于便携式终端设备等的浸水确认装置,使得仅看下壳即可判断该设备是否浸入过水中。
图6示出了一种传统的用于便携式终端设备例如便携式电话或PHS的浸水确认装置。图6中,浸水确认装置包括:一内部单元61,带有安装在预定位置的浸水确认封62;和一下壳63,在一预定位置形成孔64,使得安装在内部单元61上的浸水确认封62通过一起安装的一透明片65看到。
但是,由于便携式终端设备的其他部件安装在传统的浸水确认装置的下壳63上的孔64中,所以安装在内部单元61上的浸水确认封62的浸水状态不能直接通过下壳63的孔64看到。
另外,由于浸水确认封62直接安装在内部单元61的预定位置,透明片65被粘结或固定在下壳63上,围绕孔64,浸水确认封62和透明片65不能紧密密封,使得浸水确认封62在没有浸入水中时也产生状态变化。
为了解决上述问题,本发明的一个目的是提供一种浸水确认装置,仅看下壳即可判断便携式终端设备等是否已浸入过水中。
为了实现上述目的,根据本发明提供一种浸水确认装置,它包括:一下壳,带有一用于确认浸水的孔;一双侧涂粘结剂的部件,用于绕该孔粘结两侧;一透明片,通过其表面可看到浸水确认封的状态变化;以及浸水确认封,包括一位于透明片和一白纸的两端的双侧涂粘结剂的部件,白纸上有红色印,其中间有水彩墨。
图1是根据本发明的一实施例的浸水确认装置的结构的横截面图;
图2是根据本发明的实施例浸水确认封的平面图;

下面结合附图解释本发明的实施例。
图1是显示根据本发明的用于便携式终端设备例如便携式电话或PHS的浸水确认装置的结构的横截面图。图1中浸水确认装置包括:一下壳2,带有一孔3;一双侧涂粘结剂的部件4,用于绕孔3粘结两侧;一透明片5,用于阻止水从孔3进入,从其表面可看到浸水确认封10的状态变化;浸水确认封10,包括一双侧涂粘结剂的部件6,位于透明片5的两侧,还有一白纸7,其上有红色印8,其中心有水彩墨。孔3形成在未被安装在下壳2上的其他部件覆盖的位置,例如固定件1的上面。
图2是浸水确认封10的平面图,包括位于透明片5下面的双侧涂粘结剂的部件6,可将两侧粘结在透明片5的两端部,带有红色印8,其中心有水彩墨。另外,如图1的横截面图所示,由于双侧涂粘结剂部件6位于白纸7和透明片5之间形成间隙9,因此水可从间隙9进入。
图3是用于一便携式设备例如便携式电话的浸水确认装置的结构的横截面图。图3中,由于浸水确认装置设置在位于便携式电话的下部的下壳2中,位于固定件1(外连接器)上,只要暴露下壳2即可判断便携式终端设备例如便携式电话是否浸入过水中。另外,浸水确认封10安装在下壳2的固定件1的焊接部12下面的一个位置,主体直立设置。
图4是显示浸水确认封的组装顺序的分解透视图。图4中,双侧涂粘结剂部件6放置并粘结在白纸7的两端,白纸上有红色印8,其中心有水彩墨。透明片5放置并粘结在双侧涂粘结剂部件6上。另外,中心带有孔的双侧涂粘结剂部件4放置并粘结在透明片5上。图1和3所示的结构可通过粘结这样组装的浸水确认封使得双侧涂粘结剂的部件4的孔围绕下壳2的孔3。
因此,由于下壳2的孔3被双侧涂粘结剂的部件4和透明片5围绕,可阻止水从下壳2的孔3浸入,浸水确认封10不会仅因潮湿而改变状态。另外,浸水确认封10即使被从孔3伤害性的施力也不会剥离。
图5是解释本发明相对于图6传统结构的结构视图。图5中,当浸水确认封10从下面放置在下壳2的孔3上时,浸水确认装置可放置在安装在印刷电路板11的预定位置上的固定件1上。
从上面的描述可看到,由于本发明包括带有用于确认浸水的孔的下壳,用于围绕孔粘结两侧的双侧涂粘结剂部件,一使得从其表面可看到浸水确认封状态变化的透明片,和浸水确认封,该浸水确认封包括一双侧涂粘结剂的部件,位于透明片和白纸的两侧,白纸带有红色印,其中心有水彩墨,可以仅看下壳即可判断便携式终端设备等是否浸过水。

Claims (9)

1.一种浸水确认装置,它包括:
一下壳,带有一用于确认浸水的孔;
一双侧涂粘结剂的部件,用于绕该孔粘结两侧;
一透明片,通过其表面可看到浸水确认封的状态变化;以及
浸水确认封,包括一位于透明片和一白纸的两端的双侧涂粘结剂的部件,白纸上有红色印,其中间有水彩墨。
2.根据权利要求1的浸水确认装置,其特征在于,该孔形成在未被安装在下壳上的其他部件覆盖的位置上。
3.根据权利要求1的浸水确认装置,其特征在于,透明片阻止水从孔进入,因为双侧涂粘结剂的材料围绕孔粘结两侧,即使用力也不会剥离。
4.根据权利要求1的浸水确认装置,其特征在于,浸水确认封带有相对于印刷电路板上的固定件的小间隙。
5.根据权利要求4的浸水确认装置,其特征在于,浸水确认封和印刷电路板上的固定件之间的间隙比浸水确认封的厚度窄。
6.根据权利要求1的浸水确认装置,其特征在于,固定件还作为外接连接器的壳体。
7.根据权利要求6的浸水确认装置,其特征在于,浸水确认封安装在下壳的外接连接器的焊接部的下面的位置,主体直立设置。
8.一种包括根据权利要求1的浸水确认装置的便携式终端设备。
9.一种包括根据权利要求1的浸水确认装置的便携式电话。
