Abstract

一般具有单独一个叠置阵列的热交换板件、用于旋转再生式空气预热器的模块式热交换筐件(22)可在顶面和底面之间设置热交换板支承杆(58-60)。因此,使筐件(22)具有两个分开的叠置阵列的热交换板件(62、64),这就可使各筐件(22)顶部的板料或配置件不同于底部的板料或配置件。对于侧装式带有筐件支承格栅的空气预热器来说,热交换板件(62-64)的配置可予更换而不必移动格栅。

Description

带有多层筐件的旋转 再生式热交换器
发明背景
本发明一般涉及旋转再生式热交换器,更具体地说,涉及改进的模块式热交换筐件以便在配置不同类型或构形的吸热材料上提供灵活性。
一种旋转式热交换器用以将热量从一热气体流如废气流传递给另一冷气体流如燃烧空气。转子装有大量的吸热材料,先将吸热材料置于热气体流的通道内以便吸热材料从中吸取热量。在转子转动中,吸热了的吸热材料进入冷气体流的通道内以便将热量从吸热材料中传递到冷气体流中去。
在一种典型的旋转式热交换器如旋转再生式空气预热器中,将圆筒形转子装在垂直的中央转子立柱上而通过若干从转子支柱延伸到转子外周壳体的径向隔壁或隔板将其分成若干扇形隔间。这些扇形隔间装有模块式热交换筐件而筐件则装有大量一般由叠置板状元件构成的吸热材料。
转子由一壳体围住而转子两端则部分地覆有扇形板件,板件将壳体分成气体侧和空气侧为改善工作效率,一般在转子两端上面设有密封件,即所谓的径向密封件,使密封件紧靠扇形板件而尽量减少在转子两端空气和气体之间的流动或泄漏。这些密封件一般固定在隔板的边沿上。
模块式热交换筐件可以是敞开的框架,也可以具有实体侧壁。筐件也可以从顶端轴向装入转子的扇形隔间内,也可通过转子周边径向装入。在前一种情况下,模块式筐件是上下叠置的。在后一种情况下筐件支承在格栅上,格栅固定在转子各端上、隔板之间和上下层筐件之间。
在旋转再生式热交换器内,往往在不同层次上要求使用不同形式的吸热材料或吸热板。例如,在转子中热气体进入和加热的空气离去的热端所用材料会在很大程度上不同于冷端的材料,就此而论,在中心部位也会有所不同。因此,最好可按不同条件变换筐件内的这些热交换材料。对一般类型的转子和筐件来说,这只能完全更换其一具体层以筐件的大量热交换材料或改变转子的结构(格栅位置)和筐件的设计(轴向高度)。
发明概述
本发明涉及旋转再生式热交换器和一种热交换器的新颖模块式热交换筐件。至少使某些热交换筐件在构造上可在各筐件内放入多层次不同的吸热材料。具体地说,在这种筐件内支承装置位于筐件顶部和底部之间选定的高度上,从而可将一种热交换材料放在该支承装置上面将另一种热交换材料放在该支承装置以下。在模件式筐件内可更换支承装置以改变比例关系而不需改换转子结构的支承格栅。

图3为常用现有技术模件式热交换筐件的透视图。

优先实施例的描述
图1为部分剖去了的常用空气预热器透视图,示出壳体12,其中转子14安装在驱动轴或驱动支柱16上以便按箭头18所示方向旋转。转子由若干扇形体20构成。各扇形体装有若干模块式筐件22而由隔板34构成。模块式筐件容纳有热交换表面。壳体通过阻流扇形板24分成废气侧和空气侧。在此装置的底部也装有相应的扇形板。热废气通过气体入口管道26进入空气预热器,流经转子而将热量传给转子,然后通过气体出口管道28离去。逆向流动的空气通过空气入口管道30进入,流经转子而吸收热量,然后通过出口管道32离去。
尽管本发明可用于轴向顶装式空气预热器,本发明特别适用于装有筐件支承格栅而通过转子周边径向装入式的空气预热器。因此,对本发明就径向装入式空气预热器进行说明。
图2为部分转子的剖示平面图,所示隔板34在转子中心部分36和转子壳体38之间作径向延伸。图2为装入模块式筐件之前的视图。支承格栅40支承在隔板34之间并与之连接。这些支承格栅由构件42构成,一般为桁架式结构。只要在结构上被设计成用以支承筐件,任何所需的桁架构成都可予以采用。可适当地、如通过焊接使格栅与隔板34连接。一般来说,在每一扇形体内设有若干层次的格栅。
图3示出单个现有技术传热基元筐件22,其中示出了一部分传热板44。当然,筐件原应装满这样一些传热板,但为了清晰将其余的予以省略了。筐件22的框架具有前端或内端46,此端的两侧向外弯折而形成弯角48。筐件外端由外侧棱角50限定,它是通过焊接固定在外端52上的。内端和外端分别通过焊接的边角54和上下系杆56、58予以连接。所有这些构件共同构成筐件的基本框架。尽管所示筐件的侧面是敞开的,但也可用金属侧板予以封闭。如图3所示,传热板件44从筐件顶部延伸到底部而支承在下系杆58上。
图4示出应用于图3所示现有筐件的本发明。在图4中,在上下系杆56、58之间设有另外的系杆60。尽管所示系杆60大体上位于顶部和底部之间的中部,但可以使其位于任意所需高度上。
如图4所示,本发明筐件22内的传热板现在分成一组上板62和一组下板64。上下两组板件现在可按具体应用所需由不同材料或不同构形构成。例如,在筐件顶部的一些板件62可由一种材料、间距或构形构成,而筐件底部的一些板件64可由另一种不同的材料、间距或构形构成。如图4所示,板件64的间距就比较件62的宽些。
本发明可使每一扇形筐件内的热交换板按需要予以更换以改变在整个空气预热器内不同类型板件的混用状态。这可消除改变基本转子结构、如改变格栅位置以调整该种混用状态的必要。各筐件内的支承杆现在就可予以配置或移动以取得最佳功能而不必改变转子的结构。

Claims (2)

1.一种传热件筐件组件,用于旋转再生式热交换器,具有:
a.一筐件框架,具有位于所述筐件内端和外端的第一和第二端板以及以相隔关系连接所述第一和第二端板的装置,所述筐件框架具有顶部和底部表面;
b.一第一组热交换板支承杆,在紧靠所述底部表面处在所述第一和第二端板之间延伸;
c.一第二组热交换板支承杆,在所述顶部和底部表面的中间位置上在所述第一和第二端板之间延伸;
d.一第一组热交换板件,在所述第一和第二端板之间以叠置的阵列并置并支承在所述第一组热交换板支承杆上;和
e.一第二组热交换板件,在所述第一和第二端板之间以叠置的阵列并置并支承在所述第二组热交换板支承杆上。
2.按权利要求1所述的传热件筐件组件,其中:所述第一组热交换板件不同于所述第二组热交换板件。
