本发明涉及一种骨瓷用无铅釉,用于制作生产高档骨质瓷产品,其化学重量百分组成为:SiO2 54~60%、Al2O3 7~11%、KNaO 7~11%、Li2O 0.8~2.2%、BaO 9~14%、ZnO 2~4.5%、B2O3 6~12%,由下列重量百分配比的原料配制而成:长石35~45%、石英20~25%、硼砂15~18%、碳酸钡10~16%、碳酸锂1~5%、氧化锌2~4%。本发明骨瓷用高光泽度无铅釉组成简单,科学合理,易于实施,坯釉适应好,特别适应于骨瓷等多种高级日用瓷坯体,釉面细腻光滑,光亮度高,透明度好,机械强度大,热震稳定性好,铅镉含量为零,彻底免除了瓷器铅釉对人体的毒害问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种骨瓷用无铅釉,用于制作生产高档骨质瓷产品。
背景技术
在骨瓷等高档瓷技术领域,由于铅成分的独特特性,使得铅熔块釉具有易熔性、光亮度高、机械强度大、热震稳定性好等特点,因此,多少年来,铅熔块釉一直被广泛沿用着。而铅成分是对人体有严重危害性的,GB12651-90标准中有明确规定,与食物接触的陶瓷制品的铅、镉溶出量需小于7ppm。随着人们生活水平的不断提高,人们的健康意识日渐增强,铅危害更加引起了人们的高度重视,无铅釉成为人们的研制方向。申请号为99120405.0和03138737.3的无铅熔块釉就属较好的,组成不同,性质各异。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种组成简单、釉面质量好的全新组成的骨瓷用高光泽度无铅釉。
本发明所述的骨瓷用高光泽度无铅釉,其化学重量百分组成为:
SiO2 54~60%、Al2O3 7~11%、KNaO 7~11%、Li2O 0.8~2.2%、BaO 9~14%、ZnO 2~4.5%、B2O3 6~12%。
本发明所述的骨瓷用高光泽度无铅釉,由下列重量百分配比的原料配制而成:
长石35~45%、石英20~25%、硼砂15~18%、碳酸钡10~16%、碳酸锂1~5%、氧化锌2~4%。
本发明无铅釉组成中不含有任何铅组分,加入了较大量的硼砂和碳酸钡,釉料性质和釉面质量良好。
釉料制备需首先制作熔块,然后再研磨制备釉料。原料的选择、使用与通常的相同,本发明所用原料的组成见表1。
第一步:将熔块原料按要求配比配料,按熔块常规制备工艺制备熔块,熔融温度为1270~1300℃。
第二步:将熔块在球磨机中研磨粉碎制成备用釉浆,釉浆细度控制10um以下粒径的颗粒占85~90%。
本发明釉料按常规的日用瓷生产工艺要求和规程使用即可,进行常规的施釉、烧成,得成品。该无铅釉的适宜烧成温度为1150~1180℃。
本发明骨瓷用高光泽度无铅釉组成简单,科学合理,易于实施,坯釉适应好,特别适应于骨瓷等多种高级日用瓷坯体,釉面细腻光滑,光亮度高,透明度好,机械强度大,热震稳定性好,铅镉含量为零,彻底免除了瓷器铅釉对人体的毒害问题。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1
本发明所述的骨瓷用高光泽度无铅釉,由下列重量百分配比的原料配制而成:
长石45%、石英23%、硼砂16%、碳酸钡10%、碳酸锂3%、氧化锌3%。
将各配料混合均匀,在1280~1290℃的熔块炉中熔融,经水淬制得熔块,然后将熔块在球磨机中,以水为介质湿磨制成釉浆,釉浆细度控制在10um以下粒径的颗粒占85%。
在高级骨灰瓷坯(重量百分组成为:SiO2 41.15 Al2O3 15.20 Fe2O3 0.20 CaO21.34 MgO 0.63 K2O 1.52 Na2O 0.06 P2O5 19.28 TiO2 0.04余量为常规杂质)上施釉后,在1160~1170℃的温度下烧成,得高级骨瓷产品。产品釉面细腻光亮,铅镉含量为零。
实施例2
本发明所述的骨瓷用高光泽度无铅釉,由下列重量百分配比的原料配制而成:
长石42%、石英24%、硼砂17%、碳酸钡11%、碳酸锂2%、氧化锌4%。
将各配料混合均匀,在1290~1300℃的熔块炉中熔融,经水淬制得熔块,然后将熔块在球磨机中,以水为介质湿磨制成釉浆,釉浆细度控制在10um以下粒径的颗粒占88%。
在高级骨灰瓷坯(重量百分组成为:SiO2 39.14 Al2O3 16.12 Fe2O3 0.18CaO 22.13 MgO 0.73 K2O 1.52 Na2O 0.05 P2O5 19.28 TiO2 0.04余量为常规杂质)上施釉后,在1170~1180℃的温度下烧成,得高级骨瓷产品。产品釉面细腻光亮,铅镉含量为零。
实施例3
本发明所述的骨瓷用高光泽度无铅釉,由下列重量百分配比的原料配制而成:
长石43%、石英21%、硼砂15%、碳酸钡14%、碳酸锂4%、氧化锌3%。

1、一种骨瓷用高光泽度无铅釉,其特征在于其化学重量百分组成为:
SiO2 54~60%、Al2O3 7~11%、KNaO 7~11%、Li2O 0.8~2.2%、BaO 9~14%、ZnO 2~4.5%、B2O3 6~12%。
2、根据权利要求1所述的骨瓷用高光泽度无铅釉,其特征在于由下列重量百分配比的原料配制而成:
长石35~45%、石英20~25%、硼砂15~18%、碳酸钡10~16%、碳酸锂1~5%、氧化锌2~4%。
