技术领域
本发明涉及一种电子空气清洁器,该类型的电子空气清洁器包括电子发生器,该电子发生器具有尖端头部,收集器元件和一包含于电子发生器中的电路,该电路用来在尖端头部处产生负电势,在收集器元件处产生正电势。
背景技术
例如,在瑞典专利说明书512 282中,上述类型的空气清洁器是显然的。在该先前出版物中所阐述的空气清洁器的情况中,尖端头部这样设置,使得指向需要清洁空气的空间中心。此外,收集器元件包括一个板状物,该板状物这样设置使得尖端头部的方向背离它,板状物的表面积至少为150平方厘米,且从尖端头部看为凸出形状。
虽然在实践中这种空气清洁器达到了清洁空间中空气的高要求,但是作为其设计的结果,顾客们发现在不同种类和结构的房间中设置清洁器稍微困难。本发明的一个目的就是消除这个缺陷。
发明内容
根据本发明,前述类型的空气清洁器的尖端头部安装在绝缘材料制成的圆柱体的自由端上,其中,所述的圆柱体包括电路,在圆柱体的另一端包括圆柱状的由导电材料构成的收集器元件。

具体实施方式
图1所示的空气清洁器包含一个电子发生器12-13,它具有一尖端头部12、收集器元件14和包括在电子发生器12-13中的电路13,该电路通过一个短导体在尖端头部12处产生负电势,通过导体18在收集器元件14处产生正电势。
由冠状点(碳纤维簇)(也可用特殊钢针)构成的尖端头部12安装在由绝缘材料如ABS塑料构成的圆柱体11的自由端111处。圆柱体11的一端包含所述的电路13,而另一端112全部或部分的通过收集器元件14延伸,收集器元件14呈圆柱状,其顶端和底部都是打开的,且由导电材料构成,如铝。图示的实施例中,收集器元件14具有全方位双面收集作用(向内和向外)。圆柱体11通过所述的收集器元件内壁上的隔离物固定在收集器元件14的中心。(所述的圆柱体形状并不一定是圆柱,而是指直的母线沿闭合路径平行移动后形成的形状)。
空气清洁器可通过一个例如挂于天花板16处的悬挂装置15悬挂,也可用固定于圆柱体112的线悬挂。到天花板16和墙壁17的最短距离至少为20厘米。在收集器元件14和尖端头部12之间的距离优选为至少12厘米、至多300厘米。
空气清洁器可以通过安置在天花板的电力配件161和连接一个适配器(变压器)19的导体191从电源(220伏)获得电力,(也可安置于天花板或墙壁上的固定电源接头),变压器19将电源电压转换成低压直流电压(12伏)。该电压通过导体192传送到电子发生器12-13上,电子发生器产生极其高的直流电压和相当低的电流,大约5皮安。
图2所示空气清洁器和图1所示的大体上结构相同,包括圆柱体11、尖端头部12和收集器元件14。但是,在该例中部件倒置,使得尖端头部12头冲上。此外,该空气清洁器包括一个底座21-22,底座可以自由的放置于地板(或桌子)上。底座21-22包括由圆柱体11向外延伸的塑料部件21和铁制底座板22(也可以是由丙烯酸树脂制成的底座板),底座板固定于部件21的下端。
图3是收集器元件14的替代实施例的俯视图,它包含了若干围绕圆柱体11的相同的凸出物341,342,...34n。这些凸出物具有圆滑柔和的倒圆过渡,使得避免了尖端效应。
除了其它不同之处外,所述发明的空气清洁器和其他传统空气清洁器的不同之处在于以下特性:
·作为一个电子空气清洁器/电离器,不产生静电场;
·在没有可移动部件(比如扇叶/鼓风机)时实现功能;
·不需要昂贵的过滤器,也可以收集极端微小的颗粒(小于0.1微米);以及
·节能,静音并且无须通风。

Claims (1)

1、一种空气清洁器,其包括一个电子发生器(12-13),电子发生器包括尖端头部(12)、收集器元件(14)和包括在电子发生器(12-13)中的电路(13),该电路在尖端头部(12)处产生负电势,在收集器元件(14)处产生正电势,其特征在于,
尖端头部(12)安装在由非导电材料构成的圆柱体(11)的自由端(111)处;以及
圆柱体(11)的一端包含电路(13),而另一端(112)进入到圆柱筒状的由导电材料构成的收集器元件(14)中。
