Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电缆传送器,更具体地说,涉及一种传送器,在壁内的传送位置,它能提供保护防止液体、微粒和气体的侵入,也能防止电磁干扰。电缆传送器包括一个套筒、一个联接螺帽装置和一个电缆密封装置,上述套筒用来紧紧固定在壁内。电缆密封装置包括由抗压材料制成,一起安装在套筒容纳空间内的半圆柱体,其中,上述密封装置还有一个适合的中心孔,用来容纳通过上述壁的电缆。半圆柱体由几个相互可分开或可剥开的层组成,可以被压到套筒的外表面与套筒的外表面和电缆的内表面紧紧接合,其手段是借助于上述螺帽装置。
背景技术
已知的这种螺纹装配工作通常很困难,只有一个小的夹紧区域,不容易调节,以适合不同的电缆尺寸。
发明概述
根据本发明,至少上述可剥开层之一沿着上述类型的电缆传送器的两个半圆柱体的一部分移去,这样半圆柱体将在这个位置有一个中心孔,它的直径要比半圆柱体的剩余部分的直径大。每个半圆柱体的剩余部分覆盖着各自的部分导体屏蔽,当两个半圆柱体聚在一起时,形成了上述屏蔽。上述位置的作用是使电缆外绝缘鞘仍保持完整,剩余部分构成电缆的一部分,绝缘鞘由此已被移走。

图1中表明电缆传送器包括一个套筒10,一个与套筒联结的螺帽11,一个在套筒10内靠在底部边缘101上的底部盘片或垫圈12,电缆密封装置14,包括由抗压材料制成、一起安装在套筒内腔里面的两个半圆柱体143,144,(图中只表明了每个的一半),有一个中心孔140,用来接收电缆,电缆可以通过壁。半圆柱体由几个可剥开的层组成,通过外面的盘片或垫圈13和螺帽装置11,半圆柱体被加压,与半圆柱体外侧的套筒和上述半圆柱体的内侧的电缆紧密接合。
每个半圆柱体上卷绕着由导体材料制成的部分屏蔽141,这样,当半圆柱体合在一起时,上述部分屏蔽会形成一个完整的电缆屏蔽。屏蔽可以由一个由导体橡胶制成的内部相对较短的部分1412和一个由导体带制成的外部相应较长的部分1411组成。

Claims (2)
1.一种电缆传送器,用来防止在壁内传送位置液体、微粒和气体的侵入及电磁干扰,传送器包括一个套筒(10)和一个联结的螺帽装置(11),上述套筒是用来紧紧固定在壁内,并且还包括一个电缆密封装置(14),该电缆密封装置包括由抗压材料组成,一起安装在套筒(10)内腔里面的两个半圆柱体(143,144),并有一个用于容纳通过上述壁的电缆的可调节中心孔(140),其中上述半圆柱体包括可一层层剥开的几个层,上述半圆柱体被压在一起,紧紧地与外边的套筒(10)和在里面的电缆接合,传送器进一步还包括用于环绕着它的整个周边,把标准接地电缆屏蔽接地的一个导体屏蔽,其特征在于:至少上述可剥开层之一沿着两个半圆柱体(143,144)的一部分移走,这样,上述半圆柱体在这个位置将会有一个中心孔(140),它的直径比半圆柱体的剩余部分的直径大;并且导体材料制成的部分屏蔽(141),环绕着每个半圆柱体的上述剩余部分,这样,两个半圆柱体一起形成了上述屏蔽,上述位置的作用是使电缆外边的绝缘鞘仍保持完整,剩余部分的作用是

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种电缆传送器,其特征在于:每个上述屏蔽(141)由一个由导体橡胶制成主要用来防止飞机干扰的内部分(1412)和一个由导体带制成、主要用来防止电缆传送干扰的外部分(1411)组成。
