一种高效有机骨肥
本发明涉及一种有机肥料,特别是涉及一种以天然杂骨为原料的有机肥料。
目前,有机肥料通常有以动物粪便为原料的粪肥,以植物秆叶为原料的绿肥;以食品加工下角料为原料的有机化肥等。上述肥料氮、磷、钾含量偏低,而内具钙、镁、铁、锌、铜、硫等微量元素较少,实用时常感肥力不足,影响田园植物的发育、成长和质量、产量的提高。
本发明的目的是要提出一种氮、磷、钾含量高,微量元素丰富,后效期长,肥力大,提高田园植物质量和产量的高效有机骨肥。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
它将天然杂骨粉碎成粒度为80-120目的天然骨粉,羽毛粉碎成粒度为150-250目的天然羽毛粉,两种原料在50℃-80℃环境下,发酵成松散状,值此投入蛋白源、松土剂和钾肥均拌,并经消毒灭菌造粒至直径为0.5-3.0毫米,上述原料依在前顺序其重量比为30-65∶7-14∶7-13∶13-30∶8∶13 。
其中的蛋白源为豆粕、麦麸或柞蚕娥躯体,松土剂为粉煤灰或草木灰。
本发明的高效有机骨肥由于以天然骨粉为主要原料,因此相比现有技术具有氮、磷、钾含量高,钙、镁、铁、锌、铜、硫等微量元素充足,肥力大,后效期长,利于改良土壤,提高植物抗病性能,具有改善果实质量和增产增收的明显效果,方便机施、条施、穴施和底施等作业。同时还具有适用范围广和造价低的优点。
下面结合实施例来进一步解释发明:
例一:适用于水、旱田应用的高效有机骨肥
将天然杂骨磨制成粒度为100目的天然骨粉,羽毛磨制成粒度为150目的天然羽毛粉,两种原料在50℃-80℃环境下发酵成松散状,值此投入豆粕,粉煤灰和钾肥均拌,经消毒、灭菌造粒至直径2.0毫米,上述原料依在前顺序其重量比为55∶11∶12∶13∶9。
例二:适用于田园应用的高效有机骨肥,将天然杂骨磨制成粒度为120目的天然骨粉,羽毛磨制成粒度为200目的天然羽毛粉,两种原料在60℃-70℃环境下发酵成松散状,值此投入柞蚕娥躯体,草木灰和钾肥均拌经消毒灭菌造粒至直径1.5毫米,上述原料依在前顺序其重量比为50∶10∶10∶20∶10。

1、一种高效有机骨肥,其特征在于它包含有粒度为80-120目的天然骨粉,粒度为150-250目的天然羽毛粉。两种原料在50℃-80℃环境下发酵成松散状,值此投入蛋白源,松土剂和钾肥均拌,并经消毒灭菌造粒,至直径0.5-3.0毫米,上述原料依在前顺序其重量比为30-65∶7-14∶7-13∶13-30∶8-13 。
2、根据权利要求1所述的高效有机骨肥,其特征在于所说的蛋白源为豆粕、麦麸或柞蚕娥躯体,松土剂为粉煤灰或草木灰。
