背景技术
辣椒,又叫番椒、海椒、辣子、辣角、秦椒等,是一种茄科辣椒属植物。辣椒属为一年生草本植物。果实通常成圆锥形或长圆形,未成熟时呈绿色,成熟后变成鲜红色、黄色或紫色,以红色最为常见。辣椒的果实因果皮含有辣椒素而有辣味。辣椒中维生素C 的含量在蔬菜中居第一位。辣椒原产于中南美洲热带地区,15 世纪末,哥伦布发现美洲之後把辣椒带回欧洲,并由此传播到世界其他地方,于明代传入中国。今中国各地普遍栽培,成为一种大众化蔬菜。
辣椒,是人们日常生活中必不可少的调味料之一。因为辣椒中含辣椒素,能促进消化液分泌,增进食欲,少量食用,能健脾开胃,增进食欲,帮助消化,而且还有驱寒除湿、舒血活络等药用功能,对关节炎、冻疮、青蛇咬伤、腋臭等也有一定疗效,因此被誉为“健康食品”。
目前,人们在给辣椒施肥时,一般都采用化肥、尿素、大粪等原料给辣椒追肥,虽然效果好,但化肥、尿素中所含的营养成份远远满足不了辣椒的营养需求,因缺少营养易造成辣椒叶面黄、叶面小、生长慢,结出的辣椒小,重量轻,抗病力差,易患叶斑病,更易发生各种病虫害。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种配比合理,营养均衡全面,能充分满足辣椒对养分的需求、有效防止病虫害的辣椒专用肥。
本发明是通过采用下述技术方案予以实现:
一种辣椒专用肥,包括以下重量份数的原料,玉米芯粉15-20、菜籽饼15-20、草炭12-18、尿素12-18、硼砂1-2、氯化钾6-12、碳酸氢铵6-8、钼酸铵0.3-1.2、双氰胺0.5-1.5、硫酸锰0.3-0.6、硫酸亚铁3-6、过磷酸钙3-6、EM菌1-3。
所述的辣椒专用肥,包括以下重量份数的原料,玉米芯粉18、菜籽饼18、草炭15、尿素15、硼砂1、氯化钾10、碳酸氢铵7、钼酸铵0.8、双氰胺1、硫酸锰0.4、硫酸亚铁5、过磷酸钙5、EM菌2。
所述的辣椒专用肥的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)将玉米芯粉、菜籽饼、草炭进行粉碎并混合,得混合物;
2)将尿素、硼砂、氯化钾、碳酸氢铵、钼酸铵、双氰胺、硫酸锰、硫酸亚铁、过磷酸钙混合溶于水,配置成浓度为50wt%的营养液;
3)将步骤2)所得的营养液喷施于步骤1)所得的混合物中,30-40℃下发酵1-2天后,加入EM菌继续发酵2-4天,得发酵后的混合物;
4)将发酵后的混合物在常温下避光风干3-4天,然后进行粉碎,加入尿素,混合均匀,造粒,袋装即得。
本发明的有益效果:
1、原料来源广泛易得
玉米芯粉、菜籽饼等都是农业生产或农产品加工后的废弃物,来源丰富、广泛易得,而所用的化学肥料均为常见的肥料类型,受外界条件影响小。
2、营养均衡全面
玉米芯粉、菜籽饼等原料中富含氮、磷、钾、钙、镁及有机质等营养成分,促进辣椒的快速生长。草炭含有大量水分和未被彻底分解的植物残体、腐殖质以及一部分矿物质,有机质含量在30%以上,质地松软易于散碎,可起到改造土壤结构,调节土壤板结,防止农作物倒伏,而且增加营养基质的透气性和吸水性,有效地控制植物所需肥效和肥度,促进植物快速生长。本辣椒专用肥添加的化学肥料,补充了辣椒所必需、而大宗肥料中又缺乏的铁、锰、硼、钼等微量营养元素,营养均衡全面。

制备方法包括如下步骤:
1)将玉米芯粉、菜籽饼、草炭进行粉碎并混合,得混合物;
2)将尿素、硼砂、氯化钾、碳酸氢铵、钼酸铵、双氰胺、硫酸锰、硫酸亚铁、过磷酸钙混合溶于水,配置成浓度为50wt%的营养液;
3)将步骤2)所得的营养液喷施于步骤1)所得的混合物中,30-40℃下发酵1-2天后,加入EM菌继续发酵2-4天,得发酵后的混合物;
