Abstract

Description

计量阀和配备该阀的燃料供给系统
本发明涉及,一种用来调节流体的阀,该阀设有带有至少一个计量孔的阀体,以及至少一个关闭构件,该关闭构件可以在一个关闭该孔的位置与一个让该孔至少部分打开的位置之间运动,该关闭构件被与其合作的偏置机构偏置于其位置之一,并且可以被操作机构克服偏置而置于另一个位置。这样一种计量阀是公知的并且用于例如燃料喷射系统,特别是用来喷射气体燃料的系统,例如由申请人以DGI的名义登记的LPG(液化石油气)喷射系统之类。
现有的计量阀或蒸气喷射器设有一个关闭构件或柱塞,该关闭构件或柱塞被一个电磁铁克服一个机械弹簧的力而拉离阀座并且在该电磁铁力已被去除后被该弹簧压回该阀座。由于柱塞必须克服一个弹簧力而被打开,所以电磁铁的所需要的力大于实际需要。因而电磁铁线圈和柱塞两者都必须被制作得不成比例地大于和重于在没有弹簧的场合的需要。
不必要地重的柱塞引起所谓回弹方面的问题,即当重的柱塞在电磁铁牵引期末端高速冲向上死点时产生的回弹。此一回弹现象造成非线性的和不稳定的节流特性,该节流特性还与温度和喷射器有关。结果,不大可能以足够的精度大量地生产此一类型的蒸气喷射器。
在上面已经提到的申请人的DGI系统中,此一问题是通过使用蒸气喷射器的带反馈的控制,借此作为回弹的结果的节流特性的变化被测量并靠反馈来纠正,来解决的。然而,此一系统比较昂贵,因而特别适合于分组喷射或单点喷射,其中提供单个的集中喷射器,用以节制气体,该气体然后经由一个喷嘴被交替的引导到想要的气缸。
因而,本发明的目的在于,提供一种改进了的计量阀,该计量阀比公知的阀更简单、更小和更轻,并且该计量阀因而可以以较低的成本来制造。于是这样一种阀将适合于用在每个气缸单独喷射的系统,或多点喷射系统中。
根据本发明,此一目的这样来实现,即该偏置机构包括至少一个气动或液压弹簧。根据本发明的计量阀的最佳实施例形成所附权利要求书的内容。
由于该阀,最好是一个与打开该阀的电磁铁相结合的膜片,的有选择地气动(或液压)关闭,所以弹簧力的使用变成不必要的了。借此线圈和柱塞可以取小而轻的形式,致使回弹的问题不再出现。气动或液压弹簧最好是由所节制的流体来操作。通过使用流体本身来操作该阀,以比较少的部件得到一种简单而牢固的结构。
操作机构宜为电磁铁式,借此一种简单的控制是可能的。于是其中该操作机构可能包括一个带有U形衔铁的线圈和至少一个连接于关闭构件的金属牵引件。此一牵引件最好是平板形的。于是,作为所选择的带有U形衔铁和平柱塞板的实施例的结果,需要比较小的电磁铁力,以致一个所谓高阻抗线圈可能就足够了。这还有进一步的后果,即可以用一个简单的低端驱动器来提供电气控制,正如也从现代汽油喷射系统所知道的那样。如果该阀的节流特性被弄成与汽油喷射器相同,则甚至有可能由汽油发动机的发动机管理计算机直接控制该阀。
关闭构件最好是由一个膜片来形成。这样一个膜片是轻的并且结构简单,而且可以用很小的力来操作。其次该膜片宜带有一个与该孔合作以便关闭之的比较坚硬的中心部分,和一个比较柔软的边缘部分。于是同时得到膜片的良好的密封性和容易变形性。
该关闭构件可以被容纳在一个阀体中,该阀体在该关闭构件的某一侧带有至少一个与用于所节制的流体的供给导管相连通的供给孔。于是可以通过把流体供入关闭构件的某一侧来操作该关闭构件。其中该供给孔的尺寸最好是这样确定,即在该阀体中在该关闭构件的朝向所关闭的孔一侧的流体压力低于其对面一侧的压力。
本发明还涉及一种用来向燃烧发动机供给燃料的系统,该系统设有一个燃料用的容器和至少一个把该容器连通于该发动机的供给管,该管中装有至少一个上述类型的计量阀。其中该发动机最好是带有多个燃烧室而且针对每个燃烧室提供至少一个计量阀。于是得到一种可以以简单的方式并以低成本制造的精密操作的多点喷射系统。
下面将参照附图根据一个实施例来说明本发明,这些附图中,
图1是根据本发明的计量阀的剖视透视图,以及
图2示意地示出一个燃料供给系统,其中针对每个气缸配置这样一个计量阀,的结构。
计量阀9(图1)包括一个阀体,该阀体由基座件17和密封地置于其上的阀盖18组成。关闭构件8配置在阀盖18与基座件17之间,借此阀体的内部被分隔成控制腔3和过流腔5。此一过流腔5连通于气体供给管1和气体排出管(这里未画出)。其中气体排出管被装在连接块19中,过流腔5经由出口孔6连通于该连接块。在此一出口孔6周围形成环形阀座11,关闭构件8密封地贴靠于该阀座。
这里关闭构件8取一个圆形塑料膜片的形式,该膜片带有一个与出口孔6周围的阀座11合作的比较坚硬的中心部分20,和一个位于中心部分20周围的比较柔软的边缘部分21。此一边缘部分21取截面弯曲的形式,借此它允许中心部分20的比较大的运动。固定在中心部分20上的是平板形金属牵引件15,该牵引件形成用于关闭构件8的操作机构的一部分。这种操作机构还包括由衔铁13和绕在其周围的线圈12形成的电磁铁22。其中衔铁13包括铁心23和圆筒件24,因而具有倒W字形或一对倒U字形截面。
过流腔5和在其上方的控制腔3两者都连通于气体供给管1。为此目的,在基座件17的壁中和阀盖18的壁中有一个分支管2,经由管1供给的流体可以经由该分支管流到控制腔。在气体供给管1与过流腔5之间还配置一个狭窄通道或“节流器”4,其功能下文述及。
根据本发明的计量阀9的工作如下。蒸气燃料从蒸发器10经由导管7(图2)供给到气体供给管1并经由通道4流到关闭构件8下方的过流腔5。一部分燃料同时经由分支管2流到膜片8上方的控制腔3。其中在膜片8的每一侧作用着相同的气体压力。在上侧此一压力作用在该膜片的整个表面积上,而在下侧却仅作用在膜片8的阀座11以外的那部分上。作为借此造成的面积差A1的结果,产生一个闭合力,关闭构件8靠该闭合力压靠于阀座11并牢固地保持于关闭阀9的出口孔6的位置。
当关闭构件8上方的电磁铁的线圈12通电时,在线圈12的衔铁13与固定于关闭构件8的金属板15之间产生一个电磁力。关闭构件8借此被拉向衔铁13而出口孔6被打开。于是蒸气燃料从供给管1经由通道4流到出口孔6,经由排出管(未画出)送到燃烧发动机16的相应的气缸的进口歧管14。
其中狭窄通道4起“节流器”或压差调节器的作用,借此作为燃料流动的结果,在膜片形关闭构件8下方的过流腔5与其上方的控制腔3之间产生一个压差。然而作为该压差的结果的向下的抽吸力在此一情况下被电磁铁22施加于关闭构件8的向上的力所克服。然而,一旦线圈12不再通电,向下的抽吸力立即造成关闭构件8向下位移到阀座11,借此孔6被关闭。
作为它的简单的因而低成本的结构的结果,上述计量阀9可以,如所述,适宜地用于每个气缸单独喷射的系统,即如图2中所示的多点喷射系统。然而也可以设想把阀9在带有集中燃料喷射的系统中用作单个计量阀。
本发明不限于以上所讨论的实施例,因而本发明的范围由以下权利要求书唯一地界定。

Claims (11)

1.一种用来节制流体的阀,该阀设有带有至少一个计量孔的阀体,以及至少一个关闭构件,该关闭构件可以在一个关闭该孔的位置与一个让该孔至少部分打开的位置之间运动,该关闭构件被与其合作的偏置机构偏置于其位置之一,并且可以被操作机构克服偏置而置于另一个位置,其特征在于,该偏置机构包括至少一个气动或液压弹簧。
2.如权利要求1中所述的计量阀,其特征在于,该气动或液压弹簧由所节制的流体来驱动。
3.如权利要求1或2中所述的计量阀,其特征在于,该操作机构为电磁铁式。
4.如权利要求3中所述的计量阀,其特征在于,该操作机构包括一个带有U形衔铁的线圈和至少一个连接于该关闭构件的金属牵引件。
5.如权利要求4中所述的计量阀,其特征在于,该牵引件是平板形的。
6.如以上权利要求中的任何一项中所述的计量阀,其特征在于,该关闭构件是一个膜片。
7.如权利要求6中所述的计量阀,其特征在于,该膜片包括一个与该孔合作以便关闭之的比较坚硬的中心部分,和一个比较柔软的边缘部分。
8.如以上权利要求中的任何一项中所述的计量阀,其特征在于,该关闭构件被容纳在一个阀体中,该阀体在该关闭构件的某一侧带有至少一个与用于所节制的流体的供给导管相连通的供给孔。
9.如权利要求8中所述的计量阀,其特征在于,该供给孔的尺寸这样确定,即在该阀体中在该关闭构件的朝向所关闭的孔一侧的流体压力低于其对面一侧的压力。
10.一种用来向燃烧发动机供给燃料的系统,该系统设有一个燃料用的容器和至少一个把该容器连通于该发动机的供给管,该管中装有至少一个如以上权利要求中的任何一项中所述的计量阀。
11.如权利要求10中所述的燃料供给系统,其特征在于,该发动机带有多个燃烧室而且针对每个燃烧室提供至少一个计量阀。
