Abstract

Description
本发明涉及接收含氯处理气体的装置的侧壁用的抗腐蚀壁壳,尤其用于电解槽中。该侧壁壳是可折的,并特别适用于根据汞齐方法工作的电解槽的新和旧的侧壁。
对于用汞齐方法工作的电解槽侧壁的覆盖已经公知了多种方法,其侧壁通常是由金属制成的。通常,这种壳是由橡胶(人造橡胶或天然橡胶)作成的不可拆卸的壁壳。
在另外的情况下,不可拆卸的橡胶壳设有附加的粘条,它们例如是由乙烯-丙烯-三聚物作成的(例如参见US 3450621)。
在橡胶覆盖的侧壁上,有可能通过与氯气的反应形成含有二氧(dioxin-)及含有呋喃的反应产物。它们由于其毒性是不合要求的副产物,必须以高成本来消除。当一个电解装置的侧壁重新覆盖时,就必须首先除去该橡胶壳。通常这要通过使橡胶强冷却,由此使橡胶变脆,并随后使用和机械清除,例如凿除附着的橡胶残余物来作到。
包含橡胶及上述附加聚合物的组合物的侧壁壳在制造上复杂,而且成本高。在橡胶损坏的情况下,潮湿的氯气将与侧壁接触,侧壁通常由钢作成,由此引起钢部件的严重腐蚀。对于粘接聚合物壳在技术上适合的焊接修理实际上是不可能的。
本发明的任务在于:提供一种装置、譬如电解装置的旧或新的侧壁的壳,它没有上述现有技术的缺点,并尤其为了修理能够容易地拆卸。
根据本发明该任务将这样来解决:焊接或弯角的板形成的壳是由专门塑料作成的,该壳与一个具有稳定性的钢部件一起被固定在装置底上。
本发明的主题是一种用于接收含氯处理气体的装置、尤其是电解槽的抗腐蚀侧壁,其特征在于:在金属的、尤其是钢或不锈钢作的金属支承结构上放置由必要时焊接的、或弯角的板构成的壳,该板由聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF),聚四氟乙烯共六氟丙烯(FEP),聚氯乙烯(PVC或PVCHT)或全氟烷氧基聚合物(PFA)作成,并在必要时为了安装用可熔解的粘剂固定地放置,该壳与装置底部或另外的侧壁部分可通过可拆卸的固定部件连接。
用于制造壳的单个塑料板可以弯角并在安装到支承结构上以前的理想状态下彼此相连接、例如通过焊接连接。由金属作成的支承结构的整个表面可以附设防腐蚀层,例如一种DD漆涂层或环氧树脂层。
在壳损坏的情况下,当将它从侧壁上拆下后,可以在简单的条件下修理。在壳和支承结构之间受结构支配的缝隙还可用作对壳密封的检验。
在支承结构及壳之间尤其可附设一层隔热层,例如是基于封密小孔的聚合物泡沫材料,尤其是聚氨酯泡沫材料。
虽然根据本发明所使用的塑料材料具有高的热膨胀系数,而试验表明,上述的塑料能很好地适用于作电解槽侧壁的壳。
所提出的该可拆卸的侧壁附件尤其适用于:根据汞齐方法制造氯气的电解槽中。
在壳与侧壁支承结构的中间空隙中可以安装传感器,它可检验泄漏,例如氯气的外泄或盐溶液的外泄。
以下将借助附图以例子形成来详细说明本发明,但本发明并不受其细节的限制。
图1表示根据本发明的装置壳的一个实施例的侧视图;
图2表示具有根据本发明的侧壁的电解槽的一部分。
例子
在图1中表示出一个电解槽的侧壁4,在其中根据汞齐方法生产氯气。在钢制的支承结构3上松驰地放置了一个由PVDF板作的壳1。该壳1在安装到侧壁上以前由各个PVDF板片断通过焊接制成,在支承结构3及壳1之间附设了一个由聚氨酯作的绝缘层2。孔5用于通过螺丝10(亦见图2)使侧壁4安装在电解槽底板6上。
图2是通过侧壁4一个截面表示的电解槽的一部分。为了避免腐蚀侧壁4的内侧,该内壁内侧涂有一导DD漆作成防腐蚀层。耐氯的密封垫7或8用来密封槽盖9及侧壁4之间及槽底板6和侧壁4之间的间隙,以防止含氯气体11或盐溶液12的外泄。
Claims (4)
1.用于含氯处理气体接收装置、尤其是用于电解槽的防腐蚀侧壁,其特征在于:在金属支承结构(3)上放置由必要时焊接的或弯角的板构成的壳(1),该板由聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF),聚四氟乙烯共六氟丙烯(FEP),聚氯乙烯(PVC或PVC-HT)或全氟烷氧基聚合物(PFA)作成,该壳与装置底部(6)或另外的侧壁部分(4′)通过可拆卸的固定部件(10)相连接。
2.根据权利要求1的侧壁,其特征在于,为了安装,借助一种可溶解的粘剂将壳(1)固定在支承结构(3)上。
3.根据权利要求1至2的侧壁,其特征在于:支承结构(3)由钢或不锈钢作成。
4.根据权利要求1至3的侧壁,其特征在于,在支承结构(3)及壳(1)之间设有一层由封闭小孔的聚合泡沫材料,尤其由聚氨酯泡沫材料作的附加绝缘层(2)。
