Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及用于选择广播频道的方法，并且尤其涉及选择用于标记频道的方法和装置，其中当接通广播接收机的电源时，该方法和装置仅允许自动选择由用户标记的频道。
背景技术
随着使用卫星的数字广播的发展，提供给用户的节目频道数已经增加。
并且还会继续增加。为了跟上多频道时代，已引入电子节目指南(EPG)服务，其通过观看事先提供的各个广播频道的信息帮助用户选择频道。另外，已制造出广播接收机(数字TV或机顶盒)来提供各种用于帮助用户选择频道的方法。例如，有一种用于选择频道的方法，它允许用户选择和存储需要的频道，然后仅翻转所需要的频道。根据这种方法，当用户翻转由他或她事先选择的频道，就能选择他或她希望观看的任何频道，而不用翻转所有频道。至于另一种帮助用户选择频道的方法，测量用户已正在观看的频道的时间，使用户已观看了多于预定时间周期的频道被自动分类和存储作为优选频道因此，用户可以翻转优选频道来选择频道。

发明内容
为解决上述问题及存在的其它问题，本发明的目的是提供一种用于标记频道的方法和装置，其允许用户仅翻转由用户在预定时间周期中选择的优选频道。
因此，为了实现本发明的上述和其它方面，提供一种用于接收广播节目的装置的标记频道的方法。该方法包括存储至少一个优选频道并设置预定时间周期，其中在该时间周期能够选择至少一个优选频道。
最好是，预定时间周期与选择了至少一个优选频道和用于接收广播节目的装置接通电源的时间相同。
最好是，预定时间周期由用于接收广播节目的装置任意设置。
最好是，预定时间周期通过输入开始时间和结束时间设置。
为了实现本发明的上述和其它方面，提供一种用于标记接收广播节目装置的频道的装置，包括：键输入单元，接收用于由用户选择并存储频道的键输入；存储器，存储至少一个由用户优选的频道和来自键输入单元的输入；和控制器，在存储于存储器中的频道中控制频道翻转的执行直至用户选择了一个存储的频道。这里，控制频道翻转对于一个预定时间周期有效，并且，在预定时间周期后清除存储器。
最好是，键输入单元接收用于取消和删除先前存储的频道的键输入。
为了实现本发明的上述和其它方面，提供一种用于接收广播节目的标记频道的方法。该方法包括：设置暂时频道选择模式，其中在该模式期间对于预定时间周期在一些频道中执行频道翻转，并且允许在先前存储的各频道中执行频道翻转，直至当用户选择暂时频道选择模式时在预定时间周期内用户选择先前存储的频道中的一个。
为了实现本发明的上述和其它方面，提供一种用于接收广播节目的装置的标记频道的方法。该方法包括搜索提供的所有频道，并在搜索所有提供的频道后仅允许在接着的频道搜索中搜索选择的频道。
最好是，频道搜索是手动或自动执行的。
最好是，标记频道的方法还包括取消选择的频道，其用于其后的频道搜索。

图1是在根据本发明的在用于接收和再现广播节目的装置中用于标记频道的装置的框图。用于接收和再现广播节目的装置包括：键输入单元100、第一存储器110、第二存储器120和频道选择控制器130。
键输入单元100允许用户键入用于选择和存储频道的输入命令。用户直接将用于选择频道的命令输入到键输入单元100或使用遥控器以红外线信号形式将这些的命令发射到键输入单元100。键输入单元100提供所有频道选择模式、优选频道选择模式、和暂时频道选择模式。
第一存储器110存储由用户使用键输入单元100选择的优选频道。根据用户的喜好，存储在第一存储器110中的优选频道从所有频道中被选择出来。当使用键输入单元100选择优选频道选择模式时，用户可以仅翻转存储在第一存储器110中的频道。
第二存储器120存储由用户使用键输入单元100选择的暂时频道。当使用键输入单元100选择暂时频道选择模式时，用户可以在预定时间周期中仅翻转存储在第二存储器120中的暂时频道。
接着输入到键输入单元100的命令，频道选择控制器130选择一种频道模式或一种频道选择模式，并且，根据所选的频道选择模式，确定是否将读出存储在第一存储器110中的数据或存储在第二存储器120中的数据。
下面的段落将描述经由用于标记频道的装置翻转频道和选择频道。
使用键输入单元100，用户可以选择提供到用于接收和再现广播节目的装置中的所有广播频道。例如，当各频道从1到100编号并且用户将用于翻转频道的命令输入到键输入单元100，各个频道以预定时间周期按1→2→3→...100→1→...的顺序自动翻转或者通过用户手动控制上/下键手动翻转。当使用键输入单元100选择所有频道选择模式时，执行这种频道翻转类型。
但是，用户可能认为翻转所有频道不方便，特别是当有大量频道时。因此，通过使用键输入单元100选择优选频道选择模式，用户可以选择和存储一个或多个频道作为优选频道。当用户使用键输入单元100选择优选频道选择模式时，使用频道选择控制器130读出存储的频道，并且用户可以仅翻转存储的频道。例如，假设在优选频道选择模式中用户选择并存储第一存储器110中的频道3、10、20、41、50和70，通过用户操纵键输入单元100按3→10→20→41→50→70→3→...的次序或70→50→41→20→10→3→70的相反次序翻转频道，直至用户选择频道3、10、20、41、50和70中的一个。
在用于频道选择的当前方法中已经使用和执行上述的所有频道选择模式或上述的优选频道选择模式。
与所有频道选择模式或优选频道选择模式不同，暂时频道选择模式引入暂时存储频道，其并非始终是用户优选的并且是在特殊场合需要的频道。当使用键输入单元100选择暂时频道选择模式时，暂时频道由用户选择并存储在第二存储器120中。然后，当使用键输入单元100选择暂时频道选择模式时，频道选择控制器130仅允许翻转存储在第二存储器120中的频道。例如，假设用户选择频道45、67、和88并在第二存储器120中存储这些频道，通过用户的键操作用于自动或手动地按45→67→88→45...的次序或按88→67→45→88→...的相反次序执行频道翻转，直至选择频道45、67、和88中的一个。存储在第二存储器120中的暂时频道仅对预定时间周期是有效的。在预定时间周期过后，存储在第二存储器120中的暂时频道被自动删除。为了保存存储在第二存储器120中的频道有效的预定时间周期，在用于标记频道的装置中可以包括第三存储器。当在该时间期间选择了暂时频道选择模式时，预定时间周期可以自动设置为电源连通的时间，或通过用户输入预定开始时间和预定结束时间可以手动设置预定的时间。

Claims (11)

1.一种用于接收广播节目的装置的标记频道的方法，该方法包括：
设置暂时频道选择模式，在该模式期间对于预定时间周期在某些频道中执行频道翻转；及
当用户选择暂时频道选择模式时，在预定时间周期内，允许执行在先前存储频道中的频道翻转，直至用户选择先前存储的频道中的一个。
