本发明涉及一种鱼类养殖方法,是一种暗纹东方豚的养殖方法。

暗纹东方豚由于其具有一定的毒性,因此在食用等方面的应有,受到一定的限制。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于提供一种能在淡水养殖条件下,有效控制其毒素含量的家化暗纹东方豚控毒养殖方法。
本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种家化暗纹东方豚控毒养殖方法,其特征:包括下列步骤:
①人工繁殖:取淡水条件下养殖的暗纹东方豚成鱼为亲本,并在其体内埋殖激素包,繁殖苗种;
②苗种培育:用纯种淡水臂尾轮虫作为鱼苗开口饲料,进行培育;
③幼苗及成鱼培育:在幼苗和成鱼阶段投喂不含河豚毒素的配合饲料,并投喂性迟熟素;
激素包为日本W/O/W型乳剂激素包。不含河豚毒素的配合饲料为含有鱼粉、淀粉、螺旋藻、氨基酸的复合物。不含河豚毒素的配合饲料由下列重量成份组成:
鱼粉      63%~72%
淀粉      11%~20%
螺旋藻    1.5%~3%
L-蛋氨酸和/或L-赖氨酸    0.1%~0.4%
余量为辅料。
上述辅料是谷元粉、大豆、维生素A、B1、B2、B6、C、D、E、大黄、黄芩、板兰根、金银花中的一种或几种。
投喂不含河豚毒素的配合饲料时,幼苗每天投喂4~6次,投饵率5%~10%,成鱼每天投喂2~3次,投饵率1%~3%。投喂性迟熟素时,每5~15日投喂一次,投饵率0.01%~1%。养殖用水采用地下300~1000米的深井水。
本发明能在淡水养殖条件下,有效控制其毒素含量,且方法简单,易掌握,无公害。
具体实施方式:
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1:
①人工繁殖:取淡水条件下养殖的暗纹东方豚成鱼为亲本,并在其体内埋殖日本W/O/W型乳剂激素包,繁殖苗种;
②苗种培育:用纯种淡水臂尾轮虫作为鱼苗开口饲料,进行培育;
③幼苗及成鱼培育:在幼苗和成鱼阶段投喂不含河豚毒素的配合饲料,并投喂性迟熟素;投喂不含河豚毒素的配合饲料时,幼苗每天投喂4~6次(可以是4、5、6次),投饵率5%~10%(可以是5%、7%、10%),成鱼每天投喂2~3次,投饵率1%~3%(可以是1%、2%、3%)。投喂性迟熟素时,每5~15日(可以是5、10、15天)投喂一次,投饵率0.01%~1%(可以是0.01%、0.1%、0.3%、0.6%、0.8%、1.0%)。
其中不含河豚毒素的配合饲料为含有鱼粉、淀粉、螺旋藻、氨基酸的复合物。不含河豚毒素的配合饲料由下列重量成份组成:
鱼粉        63%
淀粉        16%
螺旋藻      1.5%
L-蛋氨酸    0.2%
L-赖氨酸    0.2%
谷元粉      2%
大豆        2.1%
维生素A     1%
维生素B1   1%
维生素B2   1%
维生素B6   1%
维生素C     1%
维生素D     1%
维生素E     1%
大黄        2%
黄芩        2%
板兰根      2%
金银花      2%。
养殖用水采用地下300~1000米的深井水。
实施例2:
不含河豚毒素的配合饲料由下列重量成份组成:
鱼粉        68%
淀粉        20%
螺旋藻      3%
L-蛋氨酸    0.1%
谷元粉      5%
大豆        0.9%
维生素B1   1%
维生素B2   1%
维生素B6   1%。其余均同实施例1。
实施例3:
不含河豚毒素的配合饲料由下列重量成份组成:
鱼粉        72%
淀粉        11%
螺旋藻      2.2%
L-赖氨酸    0.3%
大豆        10%
维生素      0.5%
黄芩        2%
板兰根      2%。其余均同实施例1。

1、一种家化暗纹东方豚控毒养殖方法,其特征是:包括下列步骤:①人工繁殖:取淡水条件下养殖的暗纹东方豚成鱼为亲本,并在其体内埋殖激素包,繁殖苗种;
②苗种培育:用纯种淡水臂尾轮虫作为鱼苗开口饲料,进行培育;
③幼苗及成鱼培育:在幼苗和成鱼阶段投喂配合饲料,并投喂性迟熟素;其中配合饲料由下列重量成份组成:
鱼粉                    63%~72%
淀粉                    11%~20%
螺旋藻                  1.5%~3%
L-蛋氨酸和/或L-赖氨酸   0.1%~0.4%
余量为辅料,辅料是谷元粉、大豆、维生素A、B1、B2、B6、C、D、E、大黄、黄芩、板兰根、金银花中的一种或几种。
2、根据权利要求1所述的家化暗纹东方豚控毒养殖方法,其特征是:激素包为日本W/O/W型乳剂激素包。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的家化暗纹东方豚控毒养殖方法,其特征是:投喂配合饲料时,幼苗每天投喂4~6次,投饵率5%~10%,成鱼每天投喂2~3次,投饵率1%~3%。
4、根据权利要求1或2所述的家化暗纹东方豚控毒养殖方法,其特征是:投喂性迟熟素时,每5~15日投喂一次,投饵率0.01%~1%。
5、根据权利要求1或2所述的家化暗纹东方豚控毒养殖方法,其特征是:养殖用水采用地下300~1000米的深井水。
