Abstract

Description

安装有可见附属模件的仪表
本发明涉及电子仪表，尤其涉及具有选择和替换附属软件或硬件模件的仪表。
用于计算、试验和测量的电子仪表通常使用小附属模件来提供附加操作特性。上述特性包括在一标准仪表中不合算，但部分仪表使用者希望拥有。这些模件典型地作为选择性地以附加费用销售，并且使用者在以后日期、当需要时可购买和增添。另外，上述模件可替换，即可删除具有一种特殊功能的模件，根据需要可替换上具有一种不同性能的替换模件。
附属模件包括存储数据或程序，或者包括硬件或电路。典型地，上述模件安装在仪表背面或侧面的一密封部分中，上述仪表的前面板上的空间不浪费，允许前面板用作安装接口设备、开关、显示、以及正常使用中所需入口的其它元件。
对非常需要增添或置换模件的使用者来说，尽管确定模件的位置不太麻烦，但对使用者迅速确定是否以及哪个模件要安装存在困难。一些仪表提供模件存在信息，给使用者操作该器件以及进行适当查询。然而在一些情况下不方便或不现实。例如，在一个拥有大量相似仪表设备的大机构内，一仪表仓库的管理者或一使用者试图借用一仪表，需要确定哪几打相似仪表包括所需特性的模件。驱动和查询每一仪表是不现实的，外面标记系统不美观、过时且麻烦。
本发明提供一具有外壳设有模件腔室的电子仪表，其中公开的实施例能克服上述缺点。电子模件可拆卸地卡入腔室内，包括在模件的一选择表面上的标记，例如文字或一区别颜色。外壳具有一通向腔室的窗口，通过窗口可见模件标记使得有可能识别模件存在和识别模件本体，即使仪表停电。模件包括在腔室内连接到仪表电接触点的电子线路。

图1所示，一仪表10例如一便携式数字示波器，具有一包封有电子线路的塑料外壳。外壳具有一前面板14，该板包括显示、控制、插头、以及在正常仪表操作中使用者用于观查和使用的其它特性和印刷标记必须品。
仪表外壳在其一侧板18上开有一插接入口16，以及通向附属腔室20的开口。腔室选择拆卸地接收电子附属模件22。一对窗口24设定在前面板上并与腔室对齐，并给使用者提供一腔室内容图。
如图2所示，插接入口装有一门26，其在图示的打开位置和关闭位置(如图3和5所示)之间的枢轴上转动，该门在关闭位置与外壳表面齐平。模件是延长的正方体，以进一步发挥已包括在仪表电路内的软件或硬件特性。另一方面，模件包含软件码，数传机，或硬件性能。每一模件包含一连接电接触点的半导体片(下面讨论)，并在前面有识别标记。标记或表面包含有告诉使用者识别模件或性能的标记30。标记可包括文字，数字，符号，插图，结构，图案，颜色和形状，可以成形在模件表面，以及外加在标记上。
如图3所示，当完全安装好时，模件全部包含在外壳内。标记30通过窗口24全部可见，门26关闭并具有整齐的外壳表面。只是从前面板容易打开的门的前边，进入口16为了保存前面板的空间，基本上离开前面板定位。
图4是腔室16内部组成部分的剖视图。一与前面板14平行的印刷电路板32与其它仪表电路电连接，包括前面板开关和它支撑的显示部分。一对透明塑料模件引导件34,36定位在腔室内印刷电路板的每一侧。每一引导件设定一对平行槽40，每一槽的尺寸能紧密接收一模件。槽打开终止在容许模件插入的最接近入口16的终端，关闭终止在容许模件插入所需位置的另一终端。前引导件34设有一透明板42，通过该板可见安装的模件，该板设有一灰尘阻档层。按照产品安全证书的要求，当没有模件时，清晰的板42也防止不需要的使用者接触仪表电子组成部分。由后引导件36设定的槽通过窗口看不见，但是对有例外需求的使用者提供附加的模件容量。
在图4和图5中的模件和电路板之间有电接口。在每一模件槽的每一端，印刷电路板32包括一组导电连接盘44(见图2)。连接盘分别与模件弹簧触点46配准，即当模件锁定在槽中时，模件通过压缩触点与电路连接。槽的厚度稍微小于模件的厚度(触点处于不偏的位置)，以致插入物加偏压于触点来提供压缩。保证引导件机械地接触电路板并经得住弹簧接触力。
虽然本发明通过优选实施例披露，但不受其局限。例如，窗口通过另外仪表面板而不是前面板，设有容许模件标记，例如方便的上面板。模件可以是具有较大功能性能的大型部件，代替最小型的起动模件。

Claims (20)

1．一种电子仪表包括：
一具有一外表面的仪表外壳；
设有一模件腔室的外壳；
设有一插接入口的外壳外表面；
与腔室连接的插接入口，这样经插接入口进入腔室；
设有与腔室连接的窗口的外壳，这样可直观地通过窗口识别腔室的内容。
2．根据权利要求1所述的仪表，其中外壳的外表面包括一主要接口表面，其中主要接口表面设有窗口。
3．根据权利要求1所述的仪表，其中腔室包括一电触头，这样插入腔室的电子模件与仪表电连接。
4．根据权利要求1所述的仪表，其中包括一可拆卸地插入腔室的电子模件。
5．根据权利要求4所述的仪表，其中模件包括通过窗口在表面可见的可见标记。
6．根据权利要求5所述的仪表，其中标记包括文字。
7．根据权利要求5所述的仪表，其中标记包括颜色。
8．根据权利要求4所述的仪表，其中模件包括能够操作仪表工作的电子信息。
9．根据权利要求1所述的仪表，其中仪表设有多个窗口，这样可容纳多个不同的模件。
10．一种电子仪表，包括：
一仪表外壳；
一外壳内的电路；
设有模件腔室的外壳；
在腔室内包括多个电触点的电路；以及
设有与腔室连接的窗口的外壳，这样通过窗口可直观地识别腔室的内容。
11．根据权利要求10所述的仪表，其中窗口设置在仪表外壳的前面板。
12．根据权利要求11所述的仪表，其中外壳外表面设有与腔室连接的插接入口，其中插接入口设置在外壳表面上而不是在前面板上。
13．根据权利要求12所述的仪表，其中插接入口包括一门。
14．根据权利要求10所述的仪表，其中电触点是在印刷电路板上的导电连接盘。
15．根据权利要求10所述的仪表，其中包括一可拆卸地插入腔室的电子模件，并包括通过窗口可见的在模件表面上的标记。
16．一种电子仪表，包括：
一仪表外壳；
设有模件腔室的外壳；
可拆卸地卡入腔室内的电子模件；
包括在一模件选择表面上的标记的模件；以及
设有一与腔室连接的窗口的外壳，这样通过窗口可见模件标记，使得有可能识别模件存在和识别模件本体。
17．根据权利要求16所述的仪表，其中腔室包括电触点，这样电子模件与仪表电连接。
18．根据权利要求16所述的仪表，其中模件包括在表面上通过窗口可见的可见标记。
19．根据权利要求16所述的仪表，其中模件包括启动操作仪表工作的电子信息。
20．根据权利要求16所述的仪表，其中仪表设有多个窗口，这样可容纳多个不同的模件。
