Abstract
本发明涉及一种金属切削加工用的绞刀,该绞刀包括保持器(11)以及多个切削刃(12)。保持器包括多个切削刃贮器(22),所说切削刃基本上沿直线设置,切削刃从保持器上伸出的程度逐渐增大。绞刀(10)的进给方向为(F)。绞刀(10)包括用于每个切削刃(12)的夹紧装置,其中设置了靠弹簧加载的夹紧器(15)以便把切削刃压向切削刃贮器(22)的支撑表面(21)。
Description
本发明涉及独立权利要求前序部分所述的切削加工用的铰刀。
在GB-B-2044150中描述了一种在金属工件中铰孔或加工类似开口用的已有绞刀。公知的绞刀在例如工具的使用寿命方面有很多优点。公知的绞刀包括多个受共用固定装置作用的切削单元。在更换切削单元期间整个单元的位置受到影响。此外,更换切削单元时需要进行很多操作。
本发明的一个目的是提供一种具有已有技术优点的绞刀。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种带有可简单更换的切削刃的绞刀。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种带有可迅速更换的切削刃的绞刀。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种适合于窄切削刃的刚性绞刀。
本发明的再一个目的是提供这样一种绞刀,其中切削刃上的夹紧力分布在较大表面上从而使切削刃不存在裂开的危险。
本发明的再一个目的是提供一种在加工时可避免切削刃扭矩的绞刀。
本发明的再一个目的是提供一种具有较大阻力以防止切削刃从保持器中拔出的绞刀。
本发明的再一个目的是提供一种在安装时更容易把切削刃导入切削刃贮器中的绞刀。
参照附图,这些和其它目的已通过例如在从属权利要求中限定的绞刀而得以实现。
图1以分解透视图的形式示出了本发明所述绞刀的局部纵向剖面图。
图2表示绞刀的端视图。
图3A-3C表示在安装切削刃时的一部分绞刀。
参照图1和图2,其中示出了绞刀10,该绞刀包括细长的保持器11或细长体以及多个切削刃12。切削刃12的数量优选多于20个而且这些切削刃基本上沿直线设置,所述切削刃的伸出程度逐渐变大。保持器11包括多个切削刃贮器。保持器11进一步设有多个夹紧装置,每一个夹紧装置包括螺帽13、弹簧14和夹紧器15。绞刀相对于工件40的进给方向为F。
从图2中可以明显看出,保持器11具有基本上为矩形的基本形状,其包含基座16、平行侧面17和18以及上侧面19。一个侧面18包括纵向呈V形的夹紧槽。上侧面19包括表面19A和19B,它们基本上相互垂直并且相对于纵向体的垂直轴CL对称地连接到第一支撑部分的中心20A。支撑部分20A具有沿进给方向的正面部分,其在切削刃贮器22中构成支撑表面21。为了便于接近而使切削刃贮器22形成向外朝着侧表面17的开口。支撑表面21上设有多个相同的槽,这些槽彼此相间隔而且在截面中描绘出一条大致上成梯形的通道。这些槽是细长的而且沿着整个支撑表面21延伸。槽的数量取决于支撑表面21在垂直于进给方向上的宽度,而且应选择槽的数量使其具有2-10个间隔。支撑表面21通过凹面23与内表面24相连接。设置内表面24是为了确定切削刃的凸起。在内表面24的前方沿进给方向并在内表面24下方设有横向孔25,该横向孔25与基座16中设置的较宽的空间26连通。在横向孔25的前上方设有平面壁27。壁27与第二支撑部分20B相连。
夹紧器15包括一个细长的柱形体28,柱形体28与头部29相连。如从图3A-3C的侧视图中看到的那样,头部29是楔形的而且包括V形凸起的夹紧表面30和平面壁31。柱形体28具有螺纹端32。螺帽13的基本形状为带有内螺纹孔33的柱形。螺帽13还包括法兰部分34,该部分构成了螺帽13的最大直径。法兰部分34的直径大于弹簧14的直径。然而弹簧的内径大于螺帽其它部分的直径。主要的夹紧装置在法兰部分34上反向延伸。
切削刃12具有细长的基本形状,而且其包括上表面39、下表面35和把上下表面连到一起的侧面36、37,其中边缘表面37和上表面39之间的相交线形成切削缘38。切削刃可以交替地变换角度,也就是说切削刃具有两个切削缘;每端一个切削缘。上表面39包括V形凹槽部分。下表面35带有多个彼此独立的基本上相同的隆起。隆起的截面形成基本上为正弦形状的轨迹。隆起是细长的而且沿着整个下表面35延伸。每个隆起进一步具有两个侧面,其底部彼此接触并连在一起。该底部的半径约为0.2-0.4mm。各侧面彼此形成锐角。隆起的数量取决于切削刃在刀边缘方向上的宽度而且应将其选为与支撑表面21内槽的数量相同,即为2-10。
与槽和隆起的作用相关的参考文献有SE-A9404266-0,该对比文献在本说明书中被引用。
在安装本发明所述的绞刀10时,首选安装图1中的夹紧装置。把带有螺纹端表面32的柱形体28插到孔25中直到头部29抵在保持器11上。由此,表面31和27应彼此相对。接着,把弹簧14放在螺帽上使其一端抵住法兰部分34。然后把螺帽和弹簧放到空间26内并借助于例如一个改锥把螺帽牢固地拧到柱形体28上。重复这种最好一次性完成的方法以便固定夹紧装置。支撑表面21与夹紧装置的中心轴CL1形成小于10度的锐角α。夹紧装置的中心轴CL1优选与保持器的垂直轴CL重合。而且夹紧表面30与图3A-3C中的夹紧装置的中心轴CL1形成锐角。然而,后一角度应大于角度α以便在夹紧器和切削刃之间获得高精度定位的倚靠面积。随后,把螺帽推到空间26中,从而使夹紧器15的运动能延伸到切削刃容易达到的空间。
把切削刃12与保持器11对准后将其插入保持器从而使相关的隆起和槽彼此相配合。然后把切削刃进一步插入,所述插入是在用手相对于支撑表面21保持切削刃的同时通过所说配合进行导向的,而且一直到切削刃的内边缘表面抵靠到内表面24上为止。然后把与螺钉13的配合固死从而使夹紧表面30的侧面靠在切削刃上表面39凹形部分的相应侧面上,同时壁27、31彼此相对支承,由此把隆起牢固地压在槽中。因此把夹紧器15的头部29牢固地楔在壁27和切削刃之间。相对于中心轴CL1把弹簧14轴向设置在法兰部分34和孔26之间,并推动头部29使其靠在切削刃上。夹紧器15具有图3A-3C右侧所示的工作位置和图3B及3C左侧所示的不工作位置。用相同的方式使切削刃保持牢固夹紧。由于刀具贮器22在垂直于进给方向的高度方向上约有0.1mm的偏移,所以每个切削刃顺序与工件40接合并且在拉削过程中会在工件上形成槽41。切削刃。在松开切削刃时需要进行相反的过程。
因此本发明所涉及的切削加工时使用的绞刀,能迅速和简单地更换切削刃且具有良好的稳定性。绞刀的设计使得切削刃上的夹紧力分布在较大的表面上所以切削刃没有开裂的危险。此外,槽和隆起结构使切削刃抵抗从切削刃贮器中拔出的阻力比传统实例中的切削刃大3.5倍。
Claims (7)
1.切削加工用的绞刀,该绞刀包括细长的保持器(11)以及多个切削刃(12),所说保持器(11)包括多个切削刃贮器(22),所说切削刃沿直线设置并且从保持器伸出的程度逐渐增大,所说绞刀(10)的进给方向为F,
其特征在于,绞刀(10)包括用于每个切削刃(12)的夹紧装置,其中设置了靠弹簧加载的夹紧器(15),所述夹紧器通过弹簧(14)把切削刃楔紧在切削刃贮器(22)的支撑面(21)上,而且其中夹紧器(15)包括细长体(28),该细长体与楔形头(29)相连,所说细长体穿过保持器(11)中的孔(25,26)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的绞刀,其特征在于,切削刃(12)的下侧面(35)和支撑表面(21)形成互补的成型表面。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的绞刀,其特征在于,将头部(29)设置成使其牢固地楔在切削刃(12)和切削刃贮器壁(27)之间。
4.根据权利要求1、2或3所述的绞刀,其特征在于,支撑表面(21)相对于夹紧装置的中心轴(CL1)形成锐角(α),而且头部(29)的夹紧表面(30)相对于夹紧装置的中心轴(CL1)形成锐角。
5.根据权利要求1-4之一所述的绞刀,其特征在于,切削刃(12)的上表面(39)包括V形凹部,而且其中切削刃的下表面(35)设有多个彼此独立且相同的隆起。
6.根据权利要求3所述的绞刀,其特征在于,头部(29)包括V形凸起表面(30)和平面壁(31),将所说夹紧表面(30)设计成使之与切削刃(12)上表面(39)的V形凹部彼此相互作用。
7.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的绞刀,其特征在于,细长体(28)上具有螺纹端(32),其中包含法兰部分(34)的螺帽(13)与螺纹端面(32)相连,和弹簧(14)环绕细长体(28)并设置在所说的法兰部分(34)和孔(26)之间,以便将所说头部轴向推入使之与切削刃相倚靠。
