Abstract

Description

防擅开的罩盖
本发明一般地涉及用于可再封闭的容器的闭塞物，更具体地，涉及这种闭塞物的防擅开罩盖。
具有可取下的罩盖的容器盖子已经是众所周知知的并且用于各种容器。典型地，罩盖可以在容器开始使用前取下。典型地，盖子可以暂时打开和关闭。通常，罩盖可以按照容器使用者的希望再次使用或者丢弃。
要求有某种标志指出罩盖已经取下。典型地，一种现有技术的罩盖可以附着在放在盖子上的圆形凸缘之类的圆形环边上。罩盖和圆形环边用易折断的连接片连接在一起，从而在扭转罩盖时它从圆形环边上脱开，因此不能够重新附着。然而，在这种结构中，取下罩盖的迹象不易于让使用者看清。
本发明提供一种显眼的取下罩盖的防擅开标志，从而使用者会知道曾经有过罩盖而且容器已经打开过或者说被擅开过。
本发明提供一种防擅开罩盖，其加深强了防擅开特点的方式实际上不增加成本，却能够为使用者提供显眼的标志，远胜于仅仅缺少罩盖。
本发明包括一个容器用的盖子，该盖子界定了一个直立的盖部和一个下面的底座。底座界定一个圆周槽，该圆周槽可以是个整圆，也可以界定间断的圆弧或圆的某些其它部分。
将一个罩盖放置成封闭直立的盖部。罩盖带有形状与圆周槽一样的圆周边或者说伸出部，典型地用压配合、胶合、RF封合或者其它希望的方法永久地保留在圆周的槽中。
一道薄弱易折断的线，如有间隔点的封闭条或者其它联接部件使罩盖能够从圆形环边上分离。罩盖和圆形环边为整体结构，通常是一个单一的模制品，在本发明，其颜色与盖子的颜色反照，因此罩盖和盖子由不同视感的材料制作，使观察者能把它们相互区别。换言之，如果盖子为艳色或者红色，罩盖可以是暗色的，如篮、绿之类的反衬色。如果盖子是暗色的，罩盖可以是艳色的，如红、白、黄之类。盖子是暗色的时，罩盖还可以是透明的，从而在拿掉罩盖之后，可以使人明显地注意到永久地固着在环槽中的圆形环边的残缘。非颜色的其它区分性咸知材料也可以用于达到本发明的目的。例如，一部分可以用质地有别于另一部分的材料制作。
本发明的盖子和罩盖可以用于任何所希望的容器，例如，水瓶、蜜瓶、香波瓶、肥皂液瓶、化妆品瓶等，如果希望，也可以用于一加仑以上容积的工业材料用大容器。
取掉罩盖之后，盖子和罩盖的特点高度可见，而这仅仅靠适当地选择盖子和罩盖的颜色就可以办到，基本上不比现有技术相应的结构增加成本。
图1为本发明的盖子和罩盖的立体图，所示罩盖在其初始的封闭位置；
图2为图1所示的盖子和罩盖，罩盖被相对于盖子拧动拿掉了，留下圆形环边或者伸出部；

图10为图9所示的盖子的平面图；
图11为沿图10的11-11线，在所指的方向上所取的纵剖视图。
本发明所用盖子，表示要安装在容器上并且有一个用于接收罩盖的环槽；及
图13为沿图12的13-13线、在所指的方向上所取的剖视图。
参照图1，所示容器10具有：除另加说明外可类似于现有技术的结构的一个盖子12和一个罩盖14。盖子12可用常规方法附着在容器10上，例如用断点式封闭条接合(图11)，或卡扣配合在容器开口上(图13)。
参照图2-7，当要取装容器中的容液时，可以按照容器标签上说明或箭头所指的方向拧动盖子然后向上抬盖子，折断联接罩盖14和圆形环边或者说伸出部18的带易折间隔点的封闭条或者说联接部件16即可，圆形环边或者说伸出部18先已通过压配合永久性地保留在盖子12的底座22所界定的环槽中。这样，如图2、图3两图所示，罩盖14已经从其圆形环边18上分离，圆形环边18滞留在环槽20中，尤见图7所示。
图4-6详示罩盖结构，尤其是间断地联接罩盖14和圆形环边18的断点式封闭条或者说易折联接部件16。罩盖14和圆形环边18相互间可以被在其圆周上的其它处的空白24隔开。
根据本发明，罩盖14和圆形环边18，最初可以是单一的整体模制件，可以是任选的颜色白色，而盖子12可以是任选的反衬颜色暗篮色，这样在拿掉罩盖后人们就可见到一个白色的环26。重要的特点是罩盖和盖子是用不同感观(视觉)的材料形成的，使观察者可以把它们相互区别。
参照图8，所示容器的盖子30有一个环槽32，容纳罩盖14的圆形环边18a。槽34和伸出部18a两方可形成锁扣系统，使得把伸出部18a用力插入槽32时，它不能再取下来，而是，沿薄弱线33折断断点式封闭条或相似物才能把盖子14从伸出部18a上取下。
参照图9-11，所示为盖子的一个部分30，在该部分中盖子用防擅开带32附着在容器顶上，当使用者在压花面38上施力拧盖子时，防擅开带30会沿分离线34与部分30分离。部分30由螺纹39固定在容器顶上。通过向内突出的部件37与容器顶部的法兰缘(未示)啮合，防擅开带保留在容器顶部。盖部30上形成有环槽35以接受罩盖14的圆形环边。
参照图12和13，所示为另一种盖子40，它可以用罩盖14罩住。盖子40由一个竖直的盖部42和一个较低的底部44构成，后者通过卡扣48与容器顶啮合而锁扣在容器(未示)上。罩盖14可以通过把它的环边18放入槽46而接合在盖子40上。

Claims (7)

1.一种防擅开盖子和罩盖，具有：一个容器用的盖子，所述盖子界定一个竖直的盖部和一个较低的底座，所述底座界定一个环槽；和一个罩盖，它设置成罩住所述竖直的盖部，所述罩盖带有一个永久保留在所述环槽中的圆形环边和一个在所述罩盖与所述环边之间的薄弱易折断线，所述环边和所述盖子分别由不同视感的材料制成而使观察者能将它们彼此区分。
2.如权利要求1所述的盖子和罩盖，其特征为，环边的颜色与盖子颜色不同。
3.如权利要求1所述的盖子和罩盖，其特征为，所述环边被压配合在所述环槽中。
4.如权利要求1所述的盖子和罩盖，其特征为，所述环边和所环槽均是环形的。
5.如权利要求1所述的盖子和罩盖，其特征为，所述罩盖和所述环边是整体模制的。
6.一种防擅开盖子和罩盖系统，具有：一个容器用的盖子，所述盖子界定一个竖直的盖部和一个较低的底座，所述底座界定一个环槽；和一个罩盖，它设置成罩住所述竖直的盖部，所述罩盖带有一个压配合在所述环槽中的圆形伸出部和一条使所述罩盖与所述圆形伸出部能够分离的薄弱易折断线，所述罩盖和所圆形伸出部为整体结构，其颜色与所述盖子的颜色形成反差。
7.如权利要求1所述的盖子和罩盖，其特征为，所述罩盖和所述圆形伸出部是整体模制的。
