一种水磨石板磨制过程中产生的水磨石废浆利用方法,其特征是:将废浆混合物排入沉淀池沉淀,再排去废水,自然晾干,晾干后的废浆与水泥、沙石、水混合拌匀,倒入带钢筋骨架的模具内,加振、压实,形成后进行养护,晾干后的废浆与沙石的比值最大不能超过3.5∶6.5。

一种水磨石废浆利用方法
本发明涉及一种水磨石板磨制过程中产生的废浆利用方法。
水磨石废浆混合物是水磨石板磨制过程中产生的,它的数量大,每生产一平方米水磨石板,就产生废浆混合物0.4m3,这种废浆混合物含有微量汞、铅、镉等多种有害物,它能导致土地碱化,农作物有害金属蓄积,能否处理好水磨石废浆混合物,是众多厂家迫切解决的问题,过去,人们一般采用两种形式,一是将废浆混合物直接排向溪沟、河流,造成环境污染;二是把废浆混合物排入修建的沉淀池,沉淀后,废水排出,剩余的废浆用车运输抛至野外,同样造成环境污染,同时增加运输费用和征地费。
本发明的目的是提供一种水磨石废浆利用方法,采取此力法,将废浆与水泥、沙石、水混合制成非承重水泥制品,比如城市人行道板、屋面隔热板,从而达到废物利用,避免因排放造成的环境污染。
本发明采用的方案是:将排入沉淀池的废浆混合物沉淀后,排去废水,剩余的废浆自然凉干,凉干的废浆就可以取代一部分沙石,再将它与水泥、沙石、水混合拌匀,倒入带钢筋骨架模具内,按普通水泥制品的方法制造。值得注意的是,掺入凉干的废浆与沙石的比值最大不能超过3.5∶6.5,因为过多掺入废浆,影响水泥制品的强度和粘接度,易损坏,根据实践证明,最佳值是2∶8~2.5∶7.5,这种配比,既保证了水泥制品的质量,又加快了废浆消耗。其次,该水泥制品不能用作承载较重的物质。
采用本方法,避免了因排放废浆混合物造成的环境污染,同时,废物利用,可制成非承重水泥制品,该方法工艺简单,实用性强,社会经济效益好。
实施例:
将废浆混合物排入沉淀池,排走上面的废水,剩余废浆自然凉干,再将凉干的废浆与水泥、沙石、水混合拌匀,倒入带钢筋骨架的模具内,加振、压实形成后按一般水泥制品养护,凉干废浆与沙石的比值2.2∶7.8。

  1. 一种水磨石废浆利用的方法,本发明的特征是:将废浆混合物排入沉淀池沉淀,再排去废水自然凉干,凉干后的废浆与水泥、沙石、水混合拌匀,倒入带钢筋骨架的模具内,加振、压实、形成后进行养护,凉干后的废浆与沙石最佳比值是:2∶8~2.5∶7.5之间。
