Abstract
是关于提高复印机、打印机上使用的中间复写带或定影带品质的技术。将未硫化橡胶压成片状,再将该片状的橡胶粘合在伸缩率小的树脂薄膜上并无缝整体成形。然后在圆筒形外侧金属模与内侧金属芯之间,将成为片状的未硫化橡胶与无缝树脂薄膜分别做成圆筒形并将任何一方放置在内侧,从上述金属芯3的外侧打空气压使上述未硫化橡胶与树脂薄膜硫化并整体成形。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及可用于复印机、打印机等的中间复写带或定影带的制造方法及带。
背景技术
在采用电子照相方式的复印机、打印机上,带被用于进行调色剂的复印或定影。这些带过去是采用伸缩率小的树脂制成的,并根据要求设计涂层。
但是,以上所述的传统带,由于只采用无弹性层的树脂制成,因此形状和尺寸受到限制,用途也受到限制。
发明内容
本发明鉴于以上的问题,目的在于提供一种形状和尺寸不受限制,品质优良的带的制造方法及带。
本发明的带的制造方法,包括:
形成厚度误差为0.04mm以下的片状的弹性固体橡胶;
将所述片状的弹性固体橡胶放置在伸缩率小的圆筒形无缝树脂基体上;
压接所述片状的弹性固体橡胶的两端以形成圆筒形复合物;
将所述圆筒形复合物放置在外筒模具与中芯模具之间,所述无缝树脂基体配置在径向内侧;和
向所述圆筒形复合物施加空气压将所述片状的弹性固体橡胶硫化并粘接所述片状的弹性固体橡胶与所述无缝树脂基体以整体成形在所述片状的弹性固体橡胶上具有光滑面的层叠的圆筒形。
本发明还涉及一种带,通过下列方法制成,包括:
形成厚度误差为0.04mm以下的片状的弹性固体橡胶;
将所述片状的弹性固体橡胶放置在伸缩率小的圆筒形无缝树脂基体上;
压接所述片状的弹性固体橡胶的两端以形成圆筒形复合物;
将所述圆筒形复合物放置在外筒模具与中芯模具之间,所述无缝树脂基体配置在径向内侧;和
向所述圆筒形复合物施加空气压将所述片状的弹性固体橡胶硫化并粘接所述片状的弹性固体橡胶与所述无缝树脂基体以整体成形在所述片状的弹性固体橡胶上具有光滑面的层叠的圆筒形。

具体实施形式
以下参照图示对本发明的实施例进行说明。依照本实施例对用于彩色复印机、彩色打印机等的中间复写带或定影带的制造方法以及制造装置进行说明。
图1是本实施例的带的制造方法中使用的硫化装置的简要结构断面图。
在该图中,1是下侧的基板;2是圆筒形的作为外侧金属模的外筒模具;3是作为内侧金属芯的中芯模具;4是空气囊,用于从上述中芯模具3的外侧对放置在外筒模具2和中芯模具3之间的圆筒状的固体的未硫化橡胶5和同为圆筒状的作为无缝基体材料的树脂薄膜6施加空气压力;7是硫化室,用于利用该空气囊装置对上述未硫化橡胶5与树脂薄膜6进行硫化并整体成形。
本实施例以伸缩率小(即,无伸缩或难以伸缩)的无缝的树脂薄膜6为基体材料,在其内侧或外侧、或者两侧整体形成无缝的橡胶弹性层,橡胶坯料不是液体状或糊状而是使用固体橡胶。然后,在上述的硫化装置中通过空气囊4的膨胀而加压,使其整体成形。
此时,所用的未硫化橡胶5是用压光机辊等以高精度压成片状来使用的。这样,硫化后的带的橡胶面使用起来光滑、无研磨。因此,厚度误差可降到0.04mm以下。
下面,作为具体的例子,参照图3的流程图对中间复写带的制造过程顺序进行说明。图3是整个工序的概要图。
(S1)将CR橡胶用压光机辊压成片。例如形成宽=400mm、厚度=0.48±0.02mm。
(S2)然后,将上述成为片状的橡胶裁成设计长度,例如528±1mm。
(S3)将上述片状的橡胶与无缝的薄膜压接贴合,然后将两端对接成圆筒状。这时,如图2所示那样,在外侧橡胶的端部之间设计(间隙)t=0∽2mm,使厚度均匀。
(S4)将压合粘接有上述薄膜的圆筒形未硫化橡胶放入图1的硫化装置中进行硫化处理。
(S5)在硫化处理后的制品的外侧加涂层。即,将氟系涂料喷涂6μ并烧结来作为分离层。
(S6)将经过喷涂和烧结后的制品的两端部切除。这样,可得到设计尺寸的中间复写带。
图4所示为上述那样制成的带的特性参数。
采用以上工序可以制造中间复写带,但采用本实施例也可制成形状、尺寸不限、品质优良的带。
并且,不管作为基体材料使用的树脂薄膜的厚度如何,只要是无缝的,所有材料和厚度也可以使用,还可以采用平纹织的布或线做基体材料制成来代替树脂薄膜。另外,也可使用橡胶和所有的材料。
在同样的装置上,可以得到如图5所示的带的结构。
图5(a)所示是将橡胶层设在外侧的例子、图5(b)所示是将橡胶层设在内侧的例子、图5(c)所示是分别在树脂基体材料两侧设橡胶层的例子。另外,在同一装置上,也可以制成图5(d)所示那样的只有橡胶的带。
如以上说明的那样,根据本发明,可以很容易地得到不受形状和尺寸限制、品质优良的带。
Claims (4)
1.一种带的制造方法,包括:
形成厚度误差为0.04mm以下的片状的弹性固体橡胶;
将所述片状的弹性固体橡胶放置在伸缩率小的圆筒形无缝树脂基体上;
压接所述片状的弹性固体橡胶的两端以形成圆筒形复合物;
将所述圆筒形复合物放置在外筒模具与中芯模具之间,所述无缝树脂基体配置在径向内侧;和
向所述圆筒形复合物施加空气压将所述片状的弹性固体橡胶硫化并粘接所述片状的弹性固体橡胶与所述无缝树脂基体以整体成形在所述片状的弹性固体橡胶上具有光滑面的层叠的圆筒形。
2.如权利要求1所述的带的制造方法,其特征在于:还包括在所述硫化处理后的片状的弹性固体橡胶的外侧设置涂层的步骤。
3.一种带,通过下列方法制成,包括:
形成厚度误差为0.04mm以下的片状的弹性固体橡胶;
将所述片状的弹性固体橡胶放置在伸缩率小的圆筒形无缝树脂基体上;
压接所述片状的弹性固体橡胶的两端以形成圆筒形复合物;
将所述圆筒形复合物放置在外筒模具与中芯模具之间,所述无缝树脂基体配置在径向内侧;和
向所述圆筒形复合物施加空气压将所述片状的弹性固体橡胶硫化并粘接所述片状的弹性固体橡胶与所述无缝树脂基体以整体成形在所述片状的弹性固体橡胶上具有光滑面的层叠的圆筒形。
4.根据权利要求3所述的带,其特征在于:制造带的所述方法还包括在所述硫化处理后的片状的弹性固体橡胶的外侧设置涂层的步骤。
