对科里奥利流量计因运 动引发的信号的补偿
科里奥利(Coriolis)流量计在检测多种材料流量的领域中是广为人知的。传统上这种仪表是为固定应用的场合而设计的。
已经发现,当将这种仪表应用在一些非固定应用场合时,比如将其安装在一个用于遥控涂抹密封剂和粘合剂等的机器人上时,会产生由运动感生的信号,它会在没有涂抹任何液体的情况下产生流量显示,必须对这样的信号进行纠正。
因而,本发明的一个目的就是提供一种对这种由运动感生的信号进行补偿的方法。
为此可以使用多种方法。首先,在使用正常的科里奥利流量计的同时使用一个第二空科里奥利流量计或其它的科里奥利运动检测装置以提供运动信号(来自空流量计)和整个的结果信号(来自正常的流量计)。这样,通过从整个的结果信号中减去运动信号可以确定实际的流量值。
在另一种应用中,如果只有一个给定的机器人运动程序并且仅使用一个流量计,将该流量计空转以便对运动进行采样,随后将它提供的运动信号存储在一个查询表中并且在实际涂抹的过程中将其从整个结果信号中减去。
在另一个实施例中,串联使用两个普通的流量计,其中一个位于移动物体上(机器人)而将另一个固定。

图1表示了本发明,总体标记为10。使用一个机器人12,与一个加压液体源14相连的线16通向科里奥利流量计18,而科里奥利流量计18又通过线20到达应用设备22。在与流量计18相同的位置上设置一个第二空科里奥利流量计24。将取自流量计24的信号从取自流量计18的信号中减去,从而给出一个真实的流量值。
在另一个实施例中,仅使用一个流量计18,而机器人依照其程序循环工作,同时将流量计18的输出存入查询表中。当通过流量计18涂抹液体时,将查询表30中一个循环周期中的适当点的数值从实际值中减去以得到实际的流量值。
可以想象,在不脱离下列权利要求所限定的本发明的构思和范围的情况下,对上述流量计补偿系统可以有多种变化形式。

Claims (3)

1、一种测量流过运动的科里奥利流量计的液体流量的系统,该系统包括:
一个移动体;
一个固定在该移动体上的第一科里奥利流量计,它与流动液体源相连以用于流量测量;
一个第二科里奥利流量计,它紧挨上述第一科里奥利流量计与所述移动体相连,所说第二流量计不与液体源相连;
将第二科里奥利流量计的输出从第一科里奥利流量计的输出中减去以提供一个准确的流量显示的装置。
2、一种测量流过运动的科里奥利流量计的液体流量的方法,它包括以下步骤:
在一个移动体上安装第一科里奥利流量计,并将上述第一流量计与流动液体源相连以便测量流量;
在上述移动体上与上述第一流量计相邻安装一个第二科里奥利流量计,所说第二流量计不与液体源相连;和
将上述第二流量计的输出从上述第一流量计的输出中减去以便提供一个准确的流量显示。
3、一种测量流过运动的科里奥利流量计的液体流量的方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
在一个移动体上安装个科里奥利流量计,同时将上述流量计与一个流动液体源相连以便用于流量测量;
在没有液体流过所述流量计的时候,使所述移动体按预定的模式移动并记录下在所述运动模式下流量计的无液体输出结果;
在有液体流过的时候以预定的模式移动所述移动体,从而产生一个流量输出,并且在所述模式的同等位置上将上述无流量输出从所述流量输出中减去以产生一个准确的流量显示。
