一种防止车带漏气的方法
本发明是一种防止车带漏气的方法,它属于日常用品领域。
现在使用的车辆的轮胎内带都是单层的,在行驶过程中,经常发生被异物轧破,造成漏气现象,既影响车辆正常使用,又需花费去修补,给使用者造成很大的麻烦。
本发明的目的在于提供一种防止车带漏气的方法,就是将车内带单层改为双层结构,夹层内填充满不干胶,这样在车带被轧破时,不干胶水可迅速堵住破口,起到防漏气的良好效果,既保持车辆正常使用,又节约修补的费用。
本发明的技术方案为:将现有的轮胎内带由单层改为双层结构,上层带的直径大于下层带的直径,在两层带包围的夹层中,均匀地填充满不干胶,不干胶在层内保持可以流动的状态,它的容量与车辆的载重量成正比。
实施例:
将此车带安装在自行车上,使用时,双层带都被轧破,破口较小时,由于不干胶具有很强的粘合力,所以带内的气流冲不破不干胶层,结果双层内带上的破口被堵住,制止住漏气现象。破口较大时,强气流冲破不干胶层,不干胶在气流推动下,溢出上层带,与轮胎外带内表面接触,将轮胎与上层带沾合在一起堵住轮胎上的破口,由于轮胎外带是由硬橡胶做成,弹性很小,而双层内带是由软橡胶做成,弹性很大,所以它的破口很难保持在一条直线上,结果内带漏气的气流就失去了冲击的方向,车轮不断地运动,双层带上的破口处不断地受到压缩和扩张,这样就使夹层内的不干胶流向破口处,大量的溢出双层带外的不干胶与轮胎沾合在一起,就起到了一般车带由胶皮补带同样的效果,最终将较大的破口堵住。

1.一种防止车带漏气的方法,它包括上层带、不干胶和下层带,其特征在于:将车内带由单层改为双层结构,在上层带和下层带之间的夹层中,均匀地填充满不干胶。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防漏气车带,其特征在于夹层内不干胶的容量与所在车辆的载重成正比。
