本发明特别适用于高压、中压开关装置中用于通过永久电流的接点。
背景技术
接触弹簧是用冲压金属带材制成的。它们象梯子的横档那样彼此平行,因而它们在每端分别连接于连续的侧条带。每个侧条带也具有从侧条带平面向外弯曲的凸部或“舌部”,例如呈等腰梯形形状。为了安装这种条带,接收它的部分,例如,插入部分具有带有侧凸缘的环形壳体,侧凸缘是倾斜的以形成燕尾形,因而可使上述舌部抵靠这些侧凸缘。但是,为了将所述条带插入燕尾截面的环形壳体,必须制造一个横向条带插槽。为了避免插入所述条带所必须的上述的附加加工,公知的作法是将所述条带放置在下述的环形壳体中,即,这种环形壳体的凸缘成直角或稍许向内倾斜,并借助两个弹性环固定所述的条带。在条带的每侧设置一个弹簧环,径向抵靠在侧条带的舌部上。这种技术方案并不令人满意,这是由于在环的整个圆周上作用的压力不均匀,存在接触弹簧的条带固定不住的危险。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述缺陷,本发明提供一种圆筒形共轴接线器,它包括一个插入部分和一个接收部分,这种接线器包括弹性材料接触弹簧中间条带,这种弹簧在其两端与两个连续侧条带连为整体,每个都具有使侧条带向外延伸的一系列舌部,所述中间条带放置在上述两部分中任一个中的环形壳体内,所述壳体具有两个侧凸缘,所述侧凸缘带有垂直于接线器轴线的壁,所述接线器的特征在于:每个弹性的舌部具有第一表面,该第一表面弯向所述壳体的底部,然后在相反的方向上弯曲以形成一个朝着壳体外侧向上升起的端面,所述端面的端部抵靠每个环形壳体的侧凸缘。

在图示实施例中,接纳接触弹簧中间条带的是插入部分,但是,也可采用相反的结构。

图2表示中间条带3的一部分。它具有接触弹簧4,该接触弹簧在其端部与连续侧条带5和6连为整体。侧条带5和6具有使条带向外延伸的舌部7。
该中间条带3由具有弹性的弹性材料制成。在使所述弹簧具备弹性的处理之前。条带被冲压,使弹簧4扭转,并将舌部弯曲成需要的形状。
为了使接触弹簧中间条带安装就位,插入部分2具有环形壳体8,该环形壳体带有两个侧凸缘9和10,这些侧凸缘9和10是平面的,并垂直于接线器的轴线X(见图1和3)。
如图2和3所示,弹性舌部7作为整体构成弹簧状的中间条带3,第一表面11向下弯向壳体8的底部12,然后反向弯曲以形成端面13,该端面向着壳体8外侧升起。
在如图3所示的位置上,端面13的端部抵靠壳体8的凸缘9(或者10)。
在每个舌部7上的所述端面13和凸缘9或10之间的夹角是锐角。
因此,条带容易插入其壳体中,条带固定在其中而无需任何附加部分,这是由于舌部13在凸缘9和10上产生的弹簧效果。舌部的端面13,其端部以锐角指向壳体的外部,并抵靠着凸缘9和10,因此,形成一个抵抗中间条带拆除的自锁系统。

Claims (2)
