Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于门驱动,特别是驱动帘式门或滑动门的带有空心轴(10)的齿轮。按照本发明,驱动齿轮包括空心件(20),其能插入空心轴(10)中。空心件(20)的外表面和内表面的结构使得其与容纳在空心件(20)中的轴以及容纳空心件的空心轴沿转动方向形成形状相配的连接。
Description
本发明涉及一种门用驱动齿轮,这种齿轮特别适合于驱动帘式门和滑动门。
使用这种齿轮来操纵工业门的技术是公知的。常用的工业门的类型是帘式门和滑动门。帘式门的重要部件是一个主要由扭簧轴构成的门轴,该门轴与门之间借助钢丝绳和卷绳筒而彼此相连。门轴装在减速马达的空心轴内,并沿空心轴的转动方向与空心轴形成形状相配的连接。在滑动门中相应的门轴不仅起控制作用而且还用于容纳卷绕的滑动门。为了在门轴和容纳门轴的空心轴之间实现沿转动方向形状相配的连接,门轴上设有例如用于容纳楔形键的槽或多棱表面,其中在空心轴的内侧构成相应的凹成型部分。对应于楔形键的宽度及其结构形式的变化范围或不同形式的多棱表面以及其它表面形状必须提供大量不同结构形式的空心轴。由于空心轴与机械减速器以及驱动电机一起构成了结构单元中的部件,所以必须按照门轴的外形来生产相应的多种不同结构形式的减速马达,这将导致成本增加。
本发明的目的是提供一种门用驱动齿轮,利用该齿轮可以实现对轴、特别是门轴等不同结构件的驱动。
本发明的目的是这样实现的,即,所述齿轮包括一个可插入空心轴中的空心件,把空心件的外侧和内侧设计成使得其与装在空心件内的轴和容纳空心件的空心轴沿转动方向形成形状相配地连接。该装置的优点是,在用与原轴尺寸不同和/或结构不同的轴替代原轴时,只需换成一个内侧形状相应且可与空心轴相配的空心件即可。因此不必更换整个减速马达。由于空心件外侧的结构沿转动方向与空心轴形成形状相配的连接,所以减速马达只产生很小变化,这样,便总能借助于可插入的空心件对特定结构的门轴进行调整。
本发明的优选结构在于,空心件的外侧具有齿、多槽成型部分或多棱成型部分,由此可以使空心件在转动方向上与位于内部的相应齿或空心轴内侧的相应成型部分形成形状相配的连接。这样空心件与空心轴就不必在接合方向上形成动力啮合,这是因为没有形成轴向力而且两个部件的接触在很大程度上避免了空心件的位移。
借助于一个楔形键和/或一个键可以使空心件和空心轴之间形成形状相配的连接。这个实施例的优点在于,根据齿或等效成型部分的误差能够按比例很容易地制造出空心轴和空心件。
优选借助于一个楔形键或一个键或借助于一个多角齿或等效成型部分使空心件和空心轴之间形成可拆卸连接,以便于空心件的更换。
在本发明的另一个实例中,借助于一个楔形键、一个键或借助于轴的成型部分和空心件内侧的相应凹成型部分实现空心件和装在空心件内的轴特别是门轴之间沿转动方向的形状相配的连接。当然这种连接优选司拆卸连接,以便能容易地将轴与空心件分离。轴与空心件沿接合方向的连接优选为非动力啮合,这是因为在轴向上对轴端起限定作用的减速马达或空心件阻止了轴的轴向位移。
空心件的一侧可与一个壁端接,由此可以防止齿轮的空心轴与所容纳的轴相接触并防止由此引起的磨损。
根据本发明的一个优选实施例,空心轴和/或空心件是用拉制或挤压材料制成的。
拉制或挤压材料包括钢和/或铝。
为了使空心轴与位于齿轮中且优选由蜗轮构成的成型驱动件形状相配地啮合,空心轴的外侧可以有一个齿。
下面将结合附图中描述的实施例进一步详细说明本发明的其它细节和优点。其中:
图1-3表示不同结构的空心轴和空心件的横截面图;和
图4表示穿过带有蜗轮和空心轴的齿轮的横向截面和纵向截面图。
在图1-3中示出了空心轴10,其具有外侧12和内侧14。内侧14具有齿16,齿16与空心件20外侧22上的相应齿26形状相配地啮合。通过把空心件20沿轴向取下可以使空心轴10和空心件20彼此拆开。
如图4中所示空心轴10的外侧12上同样具有齿18,齿18与蜗轮30上的相应齿彼此啮合。借助于蜗轮的转动,空心件20将通过空心轴10的齿16和18以及空心件20的齿26的带动而产生转动。空心件20具有内侧24,为了与可装在空心件20中并可在其中驱动的轴形成形状相配的连接,在内侧24上设置了一个成型部分28。如图1和图3所示,成型部分28沿径向向内伸出,所以为了形成形状相配的连接,必须在可安装和可驱动的轴上设置槽。图2示出了径向向外伸出的成型部分28,成型部分28用于容纳轴上的相应突出部分或用于容纳例如嵌入轴中的楔形键。在把楔形键沿轴向拆下之后便可实现轴与空心件20的分离。
空心件20的内侧24可以设置代替成型部分28或与成型部分28相结合的齿或是例如多棱成型件,以便与相应结构的且可容纳轴的外侧部分形成形状相配的啮合。
Claims (8)
1.用于驱动门,特别是驱动帘式门和滑动门的带有空心轴(10)的齿轮,其特征在于,该齿轮包括一个可以插入空心轴(10)中的空心件(20),将空心件(20)的外侧(22)和内侧(24)设计成使其与可装在空心件(20)内的轴以及可容纳空心件(20)的空心轴(10)沿转动方向形成形状相配的连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的齿轮,其特征在于,空心件(20)的外侧(22)上具有齿(26)、多槽形成型部分或多棱形成型部分,通过这些齿或成型部分可以与空心轴(10)内侧(14)上的相应齿(16)或相应成型部分沿转动方向形成形状相配的连接。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的齿轮,其特征在于,借助于楔形键和/或键使空心件(20)和空心轴(10)之间沿转动方向形成形状相配的连接。
4.根据权利要求1-3中一项或多项权利要求所述的齿轮,其特征在于,空心件(20)与其中容纳的轴之间沿转动方向形成的形状相配的连接是通过楔形键、键或是通过轴上的成型部分和空心件(20)内侧(24)上相应的凹成型部分(28)实现的。
5.根据权利要求1-4中一项或多项权利要求所述的齿轮,其特征在于,空心件(20)的一侧上设有壁。
6.根据权利要求1-5中一项或多项权利要求所述的齿轮,其特征在于,空心轴(10)和/或空心件(20)是用拉制或挤压材料制成的。
7.根据权利要求6所述的齿轮,其特征在于所述材料包括钢或铝。
8.根据权利要求1-7中一项或多项权利要求所述的齿轮,其特征在于空心轴(10)的外侧(12)带有齿(18),所述齿与优选以蜗轮(30)形式构成的齿轮驱动元件形状相配地啮合。
