切口密封双环活塞发动机,提高了油环的密封性能,发动机不改动,活塞减环,将当代三环活塞发动机更换成切口密封双环发动机,台架对比:冷、热车试验证明:双环机气缸压力皆高于原三环发动机;而三环发动机却没有切口密封双环发动机的减环、增压、降低摩擦功耗、减少磨损、持久耐用和紧凑机构、减轻机重、缩小机体、节省各层次加工能源、降低成本等突破发展减环优势!

切口密封双环活塞发动机和工作机
技术领域
本发明涉及往复活塞发动机中油环的创新,突破减环,将三环发动机减装成切口密封双环发动机。
背景技术
研究发动机活塞减环,以便减少摩擦、延长寿命、紧凑机构、减轻机重、缩小机体、提高效益!普通发动机中的油环或气环,无论是直切口、斜切口、阶梯形切口等,各种切口间隙皆窜油漏气,不能独立完成密封任务,需依靠第三环加强密封,若从三环中减少一环,则泄漏增加、发动机效益降低。国外研制双环活塞发动机,提高油环密封能力防止机油上窜的办法:从三组件油环中增加衬环上下两只刮油片对缸壁近一倍的压力,控制机油耗量。如此,便增加了摩擦功耗;防止燃气下泄的办法:提高加工精度,并将气环的切口间隙尽量做小,也难避免气缸压力下降10-15%的高压损失!
发明内容
提高气、油环的独立密封性能可以从改变环的结构,闭合环的切口在无泄漏中,使发动机活塞减环。切口密封活塞环(密封技术已公开):闭合的具有气体密封功能的长弧切口,燃气不泄漏,气缸压力增加,虽能减环,但普通油环密封性差,若要制止机油上窜,还需配套设计油环。本发明的目的:提高油环的独立密封性能,配合气环,制成切口密封双环活塞发动机。
切口密封油环的特征和工作原理:
一.油环的特征:如图1,切口密封油环是在油环槽中由上侧一只切口密封活塞环B和下侧一只环状,波形,轴向压缩环T组成:压缩环T装在环槽底侧,向上压环B贴紧环槽上侧面A处,始终与活塞弹性联成一体,同步动作。
二,油环的工作原理:当活塞上行时,压力支持环不下沉,环槽上侧无窜油间隙,皆从下面活塞倒角处折返进入回油孔C,或从环槽底侧压缩环T的波缝之间进入环背隙沿通路返回油缸,实现机油不上窜的密封要求。
三,油环上侧切口密封活塞环B:如图2,发明专利号:ZL96119166.X申请日:1996.10.14。长弧切口搭接闭合,具有气体密封功能,切口锐角α<10°,环B可以是一只环,或一只以上切口密封环片组成。
四,油环底侧压缩环T的特征:如图3,压缩环的前视图:波形沿环周分布的轴向压缩环T的压力大于活塞上行时,B环组的向下合力,该压缩环由弹簧钢环片制成。

具体实施方式
发动机不改动减少一道气环,随时可以将普通三环发动机更换成切口密封双环活塞发动机。
台架对比:冷、热车试验表明:切口密封双环发动机比原三环机:密封性能提高、气缸压力增加;而三环机却没有双环机的减环、增压、降低摩擦功耗、减少磨损、持久耐用和紧凑机构、减轻机重、缩小机体、节省各层次加工能源、降低成本等突破性的发展减环优势!从小型汽油机到大功率重型船用柴油机、往复活塞、柱体、空压机、真空泵、减震器等工作机相关行业,皆可发展减环,制造先进品牌的工作机和切口密封双环活塞发动机。

Claims (2)

1 一种切口密封双环活塞发动机和往复活塞、柱体等工作机,其密封气缸是由一只切口密封气环和一只切口密封油环组成,其特征在于:切口密封油环由上侧一只切口密封活塞环和底侧一只轴向压缩环组成。
2 按照权利要求1所说的切口密封双环活塞发动机和往复活塞、柱体等工作机,其特征在于:其切口密封油环底测轴向压缩环为环状、波形、产生轴向压力,压力大于活塞上行时油环组的向下合力。
