Abstract

Description

一种链接组件及其制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种链条和利用铆接制造链条的方法。所述链条包括互相连接的链节,各链节包括一个后背部分和两个从后背部分基本正交突出的平行壁部分,其中,壁部分在链节的两个端部处设置了对应的铆钉孔。将链节相互连接起来的方法是:有较窄后背部分的链节的端部插入相邻的具有较宽后背部分的链节的端部,使两个端部的平行壁部分上的铆钉孔互相相对定位,以便与铆钉或轴件接合。
背景技术
从美国专利US 3302288已经知道可利用铆接制造链条,通过使铆钉端部变形而将铆钉在轴向固定。
现有技术的缺点在于必须使用较长的铆钉,所述铆钉突出于宽链节的所述平行壁部分之外,其头部接下来还要压入壁部分。因此铆钉要使用相当多的材料。同时,在连接接头处还有缺点,这种链条的外部不光滑,链节要比所需要的宽很多。
德国专利DE A1 197 05 019公开了带有宽窄相间链节的链条。链节可销轴转动地连接到插入链节孔中的铰链销。铰链销的端部与宽链节的外侧边平齐并焊接到一起。在另一个实施例中,在宽链节上没有孔,铰链销焊接在宽链节的内侧面。
从德国专利DE 26 22 602 B2还知道另一种链条,其中铰链销焊接在侧边件上。
该现有技术的缺点在于将焊接用于轴向固定交错链销,从技术角度看来,这在制造上是困难的和成本较高的。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种链条和通过铆接制作链条的方法,这种链条没有上述的缺点。
本目的的实现是通过一种链条,其特征在于,将铆钉或轴件的长度选定为,通过从外侧使所述壁部分围绕铆钉孔的区域变形来减小铆钉孔的通径,可使铆钉在轴向固定。

具体实施方式
在图1中显示了一个带有平行壁部分1a和1b的宽链节1,和一个带有平行壁部分2a和2b的窄链节2。窄链节2插入宽链节1的平行壁部分1a和1b之间。
图2显示了铆钉3插入壁部分1a-1b和2a-2b上分别对齐的铆钉孔1c,2c,铆钉3的长度比宽链节1的壁部分1a-1b的外侧边之间的距离D短。接下来,使宽链节1的壁部分1a-1b从外侧变形,将围绕铆钉孔1c的边缘部分压下以减少铆钉孔的通径并将铆钉轴向固定。变形可以通过冲击或任何一般的变形技术来做到,例如,用一个模压头4对宽链节的壁部分1a进行模压,壁部分1b则对顶着一个对应的静止模压头5。
变形最好由带有多个尖头拱形节段的模压头进行。模压头的具有最大半径的第一模压表面最好设计成在模压中基本正交于壁部分1a-1b的外侧面。模压头的第二模压面最好设计成在模压中与壁部分1a-1b的外侧面形成如45°的角。还可以将模压头制作成具有圆头节段。
在图3所示的链节是另一个实施例,其中各链节具有一个窄端部和一个宽端部,因此所有的链节是相同的。
图4显示了边缘区域变形的另外一种形式,其中,在紧邻铆钉孔的壁部分上设置了具有弓形或圆形之类形状的凹陷或穿孔,例如利用由适当的芯模形成的孔来减小铆钉孔的通径并因此将铆钉围挤住。铆钉的长度可以刚好从一个壁部分达到第二个壁部分,即其跨度可以是从一个壁部分的外侧到第二个壁部分的外侧。铆钉的另一个可能的实施例是不考虑其长度,在端面上进行倒角或类似加工,以便保证有足够的空间容纳链节壁部分的变形带来的多余材料。

Claims (5)

1.一种带有互相连接的链节(1,2)的链条,各所述链节包括一个后背部分和两个从所述后背部分正交突出的平行壁部分;其中,在所述链节两个端部的壁部分上设置了对应的铆钉孔,所述链节(1,2)互相连接起来的方式是:有较窄的后背部分的链节(2)的端部插入相邻的所述具有较宽后背部分的链节(1)的端部,使两个所述端部的所述平行壁部分(1a,1b,2a,2b)上的铆钉孔(1c,2c)互相相对定位,以便与铆钉(3)或轴件接合,其特征在于,所述铆钉或轴件的长度不超过所述具有较宽后背部分的链节(1)的平行壁部分(1a,1b)的外侧面之间的距离(D),通过从外侧使所述具有较宽后背部分的链节(1)的平行壁部分(1a,1b)围绕所述铆钉孔(1c)的区域变形来减小所述铆钉孔的通径,使所述铆钉或轴件(3)轴向固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的链条,其特征在于,所述链节中每隔一个的链节是带有窄后背部分的链节,中间的链节是带有宽后背部分的链节,以交替的方式构成了链条。
3.根据权利要求1所述的链条,其特征在于,各所述链节包括一个带有窄后背部分的第一端部和一个带有宽后背部分的第二端部,以相同的链节构成了链条。
4.一种制造根据权利要求1,2或3所述链条的方法,其中一个带有较窄后背部分的链节的端部插入带有较宽后背部分的第二个链节的端部,使所述两个端部的平行壁部分上的铆钉孔互相对准以容装所述铆钉或轴件,其特征在于,所述铆钉或轴件的长度不超过所述具有较宽后背部分的链节(1)的平行壁部分(1a-1b)的外侧面之间的距离D,通过从外侧使所述具有较宽后背部分的链节(1)的平行壁部分(1a,1b)围绕所述铆钉孔(1c)的区域变形来减小所述铆钉孔的通径,使所述铆钉或轴件(3)轴向固定。
5.根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述变形实现的方式是:用模压头(4)冲压带有较宽后背部分的端部的平行壁部分之一,而另一壁部分(1b)顶接着一个对应的静止模压头(5)。
