Description

异常皮肤干燥度的测定方法和设备
本发明涉及异常皮肤干燥度、尤其是诊断糖尿病足综合征的测定方法。
在糖尿病的治疗过程中,及早发现糖尿病继发病,例如“糖尿病足综合征(DFS)”的诊断和多发神经病变的诊断(PNP),具有重要意义。仅在联邦德国大约有5百万糖尿病患者遭受着该代谢障碍的最常见继发病即糖尿病足综合征的危害。某些神经功能障碍合并血循环障碍导致皮肤改变,而后者又导致根本不可治愈的深度组织损伤及继发感染。受损肢体常常必须被截肢。仅仅在德国因为糖尿病足综合征而导致下肢截肢的数目每年就有约28,000至30,000人次。尽管做了多方面的努力,并未使该数目在过去几年里有所减少,相反地截肢率每年增长约2%。只有适用的早期发现方法以及在此基础之上同样适用的皮肤护理方法才能对此进行弥补。最早可以诊断的和比较容易治疗的糖尿病足综合征早期症状是异常的皮肤干燥,因为皮肤干燥使足部皮肤没有弹性和易于受到机械性损伤。最轻微的损伤、和无处不在的病原菌不可避免地繁殖都可引发糖尿病足综合征。针对糖尿病足综合征的早期诊断已经研制出了多种检测皮肤干燥度的仪器。由DE 198 33 440 A1已知例如通过电阻和电导检测皮肤干燥度的装置。这些仪器都有相应的仪器消耗。
因此本发明的任务是,给出一种方法,以简单方式可以确定皮肤局部尤其是足底的湿度尚在正常范围内或不在正常范围内。
按照本发明通过以下方法解决了该任务:
将一种尤其是纺织品反应载体用3.15-25%钴-(II)-氯化物溶液浸渍后接着干燥至钴-(II)-氯化物兰色,
将该反应载体安置在由一种柔韧材料制成的平面基体的一面上,
将该反应载体用一种气密和液密的保护材料覆盖,
将该保护材料直接在测定皮肤干燥度前揭去和
将该反应载体置于皮肤局部并固定,在预计的时间段之后从皮肤上揭去,
如果反应载体的颜色变至红色表示皮肤干燥度正常。
本发明的思想基础是:通过一种可重复的、标准化的和误差小并且操作简单的测试方法,半定量地测定皮肤局部例如足底的汗液的液体含量,方法是将反应载体放置在相应的皮肤局部上,该反应载体具有钴-(II)-氯化物作为指示剂,后者在干燥状态下为兰色、在一定的湿度下,相当于正常皮肤湿度下,转化为红色。借助于颜色,即反应载体所具有的颜色,在与皮肤接触几分钟以后,即可明确确定是否存在异常皮肤干燥。
该方法的实施是借助于相应的指示剂膏贴用于显示异常皮肤干燥,该指示剂膏贴具有一种由柔韧材料制成的平面基体,该基体的一面上有黏附剂并且有反应载体。该指示剂膏贴被一种气密和液密的保护层或保护膜所覆盖,后者在使用前才被揭去,以防止钴-(II)-氯化物提早反应。
本发明其它的有优势的装置将在从属权利要求书以及下面的实施例说明中参照附图加以证实。在附图中:

附图表示了按照本发明的指示剂膏贴。指示剂膏贴具有由一种柔韧材料制成的平面基体1,在此为一种透明的和一面有粘合层的黏附膜。也可以应用其它通常的膏贴材料。黏附膜1在面向皮肤的具有粘合层的一面上,装置有纺织品的反应载体2,例如由纸浆或纤维网制成,该反应载体以6.25%钴-(II)-氯化物溶液浸渍。制备时,将钴-(II)-氯化物溶液涂在反应载体2上直至干燥成兰色,例如通过加热至约40℃,然后将反应载体2黏附在膏贴带1上。附图上能明白看出,反应载体2小于黏附膜1,并且放置在其中央,以使反应载体2周围有黏贴边,正如由通常的膏贴所已知的那样。
未图示出来的是,膏贴上覆盖有一层由液密材料制成的保护膜,可以防止钴-(II)-氯化物与湿气接触。
早期检测异常皮肤干燥度时将膏贴由保护膜中取出、粘贴在被测皮肤局部。只要皮肤具有正常的湿度,钴-(II)-氯化物的兰色通过与皮肤的汗液接触而转变成红色。如果皮肤湿度低,换句话说即有异常皮肤干燥度,则仍然为兰色。依此方式,以简单的手段即可可靠地半定量地测定是否有异常皮肤干燥。试验表明:健康皮肤的颜色由兰色经过白色和粉色转变成红色,发生在4分钟以内,如果20分钟以后还没有出现这种颜色转变,则肯定存在病理性皮肤汗腺分泌。
本发明方法适合于因为病理性汗腺分泌减少的所有部位的诊断。尤其是可以在神经病学领域取代米诺尔氏-和茚三酮测试法用以证实病理性汗腺分泌。

Claims (9)

1.显示异常皮肤干燥度的设备,具有一个由一种柔韧材料制成的平面基体(1),其一面上有黏附材料、和在这一面上有反应载体(2),该反应载体用随后将被干燥的3.15-25%钴-(II)-氯化物溶液浸渍和用气密和液密保护层覆盖。
2.按照权利要求1的设备,其特征为,所述反应载体是纺织品反应载体。
3.按照权利要求1的设备,其特征为,将反应载体(2)用6.25%钴-(II)-氯化物溶液浸渍。
4.按照权利要求1的设备,其特征为,反应载体(2)由纤维网材料制成。
5.按照权利要求1的设备,其特征为,反应载体(2)由纸浆材料制成。
6.按照权利要求1的设备,其特征为,反应载体(2)小于基体(1)、和被安放。
7.用于测定异常皮肤干燥度的方法,其中将根据权利要求1-6之一的设备就在测定皮肤干燥度前置于皮肤局部并固定,并在预计的时间段之后从皮肤上揭去,其中反应载体的颜色变至红色表示皮肤干燥度正常。
8.按照权利要求1-6之一所定义的设备在诊断异常皮肤干燥度中用于载体的用途。
9.按照权利要求8的用途,其特征为,所述设备在糖尿病足综合症诊断中用于载体。
