Abstract

一种用于冰箱门的开关装置,包括:按钮,其具有垂直地形成于其一侧的齿部和从冰箱门的顶面突伸出去的顶部;与按钮的齿部啮合的齿轮;一体形成在齿轮的一侧并与齿轮固定在同一轴上的凸轮;可转动地安装于冰箱门上的臂件,其具有位于后部且与凸轮相接触的顶面,在其前端具有钩;可转动地安装在冰箱本体上的推压板,其具有与臂件的钩相啮合的凹陷部,并在弹簧的作用下可以转动;和多个限制推压板转动的制动器。

Description

用于冰箱门的开关装置
本发明涉及一种冰箱,更具体地涉及一种用于冰箱门的开关装置,其可简单、正确、容易地开关冰箱门。
在已有的冰箱中,如图1所示,衬垫300置于门100和本体200之间,通过填充门100和本体200之间的间隙,防止冰箱内部的冷空气外溢及外部热空气的侵入。此外,永磁铁310位于衬垫300的内部,其通过磁力迫使衬垫300紧密地附着于本体200,进而改善衬垫300的密封性。
然而,在这种冰箱中,需要很大的、足以克服磁铁的磁力和冰箱门的重量的力才能打开冰箱门。
因此,本发明的主要目的是提供一种用于冰箱门的开关装置,其可简单、正确、容易地开关冰箱门。
为了达到上述和其它目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案,即提出了一种用于冰箱门的开关装置,该装置包括:按钮,其具有垂直地形成于其一侧的齿部和从冰箱门的顶面突伸出去的顶部;齿轮,其与按钮的齿部啮合;凸轮,其一体形成在齿轮上,并与齿轮固定在同一轴上;臂件,其具有位于后部的顶面,该顶面与凸轮相接触,在其前端具有钩,该臂件可转动地安装于冰箱门上;推压板,其具有用于与臂件的钩相啮合的凹陷部,该推压板可转动地安装在冰箱的本体上,并在弹簧的作用下可以转动;和用于限制推压板的转动的多个制动器,所述制动器设置成靠近推压板以及安装在推压板的一侧上。
通过下面结合附图借助于最佳实施例对本发明作出的进一步说明,本发明的上述和其它目的将充分得以显现。
图1示出了现有冰箱的示意图;
图2是根据本发明的冰箱的剖视图;和
图3是根据本发明的冰箱的示意图。
如图2和3所示,衬垫300置于门100和本体200之间,用于填充门100和本体200之间的间隙。此外,永磁铁310位于衬垫300的内部,以强化衬垫300和本体200之间的附着力。
按照本发明的最佳实施例的开关装置分别设置在衬垫300的内部、靠近门100的顶部处,以及本体200的内部、面对衬垫300的位置上。
按照本发明的最佳实施例的开关装置包括:按钮10、齿轮20、凸轮30、臂件40、推压板50和多个制动器。
按钮10设置在靠近冰箱门100的顶部的孔12中,该按钮10包括垂直地形成于其一侧的齿部和从冰箱门100的顶面突伸出去的顶部,并且按钮10在孔12中可上下移动。当使用者向下推压其顶部时,按钮10在孔12中向下移动,而且,其受到设置在孔12中的压缩弹簧16的弹性力的作用可向上移动。
齿轮20设置在按钮10的一侧,当与按钮10的齿部啮合时,齿轮20可以旋转。
凸轮30一体形成在齿轮20的一侧,并与齿轮固定在同一轴上。
臂件40在一端以其顶面与凸轮30相接触,在另一端的一侧具有钩48。位于其端部一侧的与凸轮30接触的扭转弹簧46产生弹性力,使臂件40的端部向上移动,即沿逆时针方向运动。
推压板50具有用于钩住臂件40的钩40的第一凹陷部58,推压板50可转动地安装在本体200的内部,并受到第二扭转弹簧56的弹性作用而可以顺时针转动。
推压板50上的第二凹陷部54、弹性制动器64、推压板制动器52和固定制动器62均起制动器作用。
弹性制动器64靠近推压板50的第二凹陷部54,其端部与第二凹陷部54啮合。此外,弹性制动器64具有突起66,其面向臂件40的与钩48相背的一侧。当臂件40顺时针转动时,弹性制动器64的端部与第二凹陷部54脱离啮合。
从推压板50的一侧突出的推压板制动器52以及推压板50的旋转运动受到固定制动器62的限制。
当门100处于关闭状态时,臂件40的钩48与推压板50的第二凹陷部54啮合,使冰箱门100可靠地封闭。
冰箱门100按照如下操作打开。通过向下按压按钮10,可以简单地推开冰箱门。
当按钮10被压下时,其迫使齿轮20和凸轮30转动,而凸轮30的转动又将臂件40一端的顶面向下压。
当凸轮30将臂件40一端的顶面向下压时,臂件40顺时针转动,向下压弹簧46的一端,这样,就向上推动了弹性制动器64的突起66,迫使弹性制动器64的端部脱离啮合,使推压板50在扭转弹簧56的作用下顺时针转动。推压板50的顺时针转动推出了臂件40。推压板制动器52以及固定制动器62防止了推压板50的过量的旋转运动。
当推压按钮10的压力去除时,臂件40的与凸轮30相接触的一端在弹簧46的弹性力的作用下向上运动,压缩弹簧16迫使按钮10在孔12中向上移动而回到其初始位置。
在关闭冰箱门100时,臂件40的前端推压位于推压板50上的第一凹陷部58的内表面,这样就使推压板50逆时针转动,直到臂件40的钩48和弹性制动器64分别与推压板50上的第一凹陷部58和第二凹陷部54相互啮合为止,从而使安装在冰箱门100上的衬垫300紧密地附着于本体200的内部。
采用本发明的装置,可以很容易地确定冰箱门100是否已经可靠关闭。如果冰箱门100没有可靠地关闭,弹性制动器64的端部就不会与第二凹陷部54相啮合,就会由于第二弹簧56迫使推压板50的顺时针转动,而使臂件40被推出,由此又打开了冰箱门100。
因此,按照本发明的最佳实施例的冰箱门的开关装置可以简单、正确、容易地开关冰箱门。
尽管本发明已经示出并结合最佳实施例作了描述,但对本领域普通技术人员而言可以理解的是:在不脱离所附权利要求书所限定的本发明的精神和范围的前提下,对本发明可以作出各种变化和修改。

Claims (5)

1.一种用于冰箱门的开关装置,该装置包括:
按钮,其具有垂直地形成于其一侧的齿部和从冰箱门的顶面突伸出去的顶部;
齿轮,其与按钮的齿部啮合;
凸轮,其一体地形成在齿轮上,并与齿轮固定在同一轴上;
臂件,其具有位于后部的顶面,该顶面与凸轮相接触,在其前端具有钩,该臂件可转动地安装于冰箱门上;
推压板,其具有用于与臂件的钩相啮合的凹陷部,该推压板可转动地安装在冰箱的本体上,并且在弹簧的作用下可以转动;和
用于限制推压板的转动的多个制动器,所述制动器设置成靠近推压板以及安装在推压板的一侧上。
2.按照权利要求1的开关装置,其中,按钮在弹簧的作用下被迫向上移动。
3.按照权利要求1的开关装置,其中,多个制动器包括:从推压板的一侧突出的推压板制动器和相应于推压板制动器的固定制动器,该固定制动器固定在冰箱本体上的靠近推压板制动器的位置上,在冰箱门打开过程中,推压板制动器和固定制动器限制推压板的旋转角度。
4.按照权利要求1的开关装置,其中,推压板包括凹陷部,该凹陷部与其旁边安装的弹性制动器相啮合。
5.按照权利要求4的开关装置,其中,所述弹性制动器具有突起,该突起面向臂件的一侧,该侧与钩所处一侧相背。
