一种蜂巢状百叶窗帘本体成形法。为提供一种工序简单、省工省时、能进行大量生产、降低产品成本及提高产品质量的蜂巢状百叶帘制造方法,提出本发明,它由在复数层基料表面等距涂布复数行相互平行的粘胶带,并令相邻层基料上的粘胶带呈交错状布设,将复数层基料粘接成整块坯料的粘接工序及沿与粘胶带平行的方向将坯料分割成复数条蜂巢状百叶窗帘本体的分割成形工序组成,每条蜂巢状百叶窗帘本体中每层基料条上、下分别与相邻上层基料的中间及下层基料的两侧粘接。

Description

蜂巢状百叶窗帘本体成形法
本发明属于叠层产品的制造方法,特别是一种蜂巢状百叶窗帘本体成形法。
如图1所示的习用的蜂巢状百叶窗,其制造方法通常先以布匹或不织布熨折成呈蜂巢状断面的长条单一片体;然后以上、下叠接的方式在叠合面涂布粘胶;最后将各叠接的呈蜂巢状的单一片体粘接成蜂巢状百叶窗帘本体。这种蜂巢状百叶窗帘本体的制造方法,由于须先一片一片地进行熨折,再一片一片地涂胶粘接,不仅工序繁琐、费工费时、产品质量不易保证,而且难以进行大量生产。
本发明的目的是提供一种工序简单、省工省时、能进行大量生产、降低产品成本及提高产品质量的蜂巢状百叶窗帘本体成形法。
本发明由粘接工序及分割成形工序组成;
粘接工序:在复数层为柔性平幅材料的基料表面等距涂布复数行相互平行的粘胶带,并令相邻层基料上的粘胶带呈交错状布设,将复数层基料粘接成整块坯料;
分割成形工序:沿与粘胶带平行的方向将坯料分割成复数条蜂巢状百叶窗帘本体,并令每条蜂巢状百叶窗帘本体中每层基料条上、下分别与相邻上层基料的中间及下层基料的两侧粘接。
由于本发明由在复数层基料表面等距涂布复数行相互平行的粘胶带,并令相邻层基料上的粘胶带呈交错状布设,将复数层基料粘接成整块坯料的粘接工序及沿与粘胶带平行的方向将坯料分割成复数条蜂巢状百叶窗帘本体的分割成形工序组成,每条蜂巢状百叶窗帘本体中每层基料条上、下分别与相邻上层基料的中间及下层基料的两侧粘接。免去了熨折工序,并以分割成形工序一次成形,不仅工序简单、省工省时、能进行大量生产,而且提高生产效率、降低产品成本及提高产品质量,从而达到本发明的目的。

下面结合附图对本发明进一步详细阐述。
如图2所示,本发明由粘接工序1及分割成形工序2组成;
粘接工序1:如图3所示,在复数层为柔性平幅材料的基料3表面等距涂布复数行相互平行的粘胶带4,相邻层基料3上的粘胶带4依次呈窄粘胶带41、宽粘胶带42相间,并呈交错状布设;在涂布宽粘胶带42的基料3两侧分别等距平行涂布一条窄粘胶带41;将复数层基料3粘接成整块坯料5。
分割成形工序:如图4所示,以裁切刀6沿与粘胶带4平行的方向将坯料5分割成复数条如图5所示的蜂巢状百叶窗帘本体7,切口51位于宽粘胶带42宽度的中央处。如图6所示,令每条蜂巢状百叶窗帘本体中7每层基料条71上、下分别与相邻上层基料条71的中间及下层基料71的两侧粘接。

Claims (3)

1、一种蜂巢状百叶窗帘本体成形法,其特征在于它由粘接工序及分割成形工序组成;
粘接上序:在复数层为柔性平幅材料的基料表面等距涂布复数行相互平行的粘胶带,并令相邻层基料上的粘胶带呈交错状布设,将复数层基料粘接成整块坯料;
分割成形工序:沿与粘胶带平行的方向将坯料分割成复数条蜂巢状百叶窗帘本体,并令每条蜂巢状百叶窗帘本体中每层基料条上、下分别与相邻上层基料的中间及下层基料的两侧粘接。
2、根据权利要求1所述的蜂巢状百叶窗帘本体成形法,其特征在于在所述的粘接工序中涂布粘胶带时,令相邻层基料上的粘胶带依次呈窄、宽相间;在分割成形工序中令切口位于宽粘胶带宽度的中央处。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的蜂巢状百叶窗帘本体成形法,其特征在于在所述的粘接工序中涂布粘胶带时,在涂布宽粘胶带的基料两侧分别等距平行涂布一条窄粘胶带。
