Abstract
一种电子邮件处理方法,包括步骤:生成具有消息标题和包括待发送的数据的消息主体的消息;如果发送方期望指定该活动给接收方,则生成一个程序以执行该活动,将该活动程序与该消息连接和将活动程序与该消息一起发送;接收该消息,确定该活动程序是否连接到接收到的消息和如果该活动程序存在则执行该活动程序。在本发明中,在接收邮件时可执行各种形式的活动。因此,活动邮件的接收是可能的。
Description
本发明涉及一种电子邮件处理方法,尤其涉及一种用于发送活动(activity)以及数据的电子邮件处理方法。
当发送传统电子邮件时,用户利用键盘,将文本和预先准备的数据(资料、音频、图像和视频数据)插入消息主体中,将数据信息插入消息首标中。当邮件被传送时,接收方读取由发送方发送的文本,将消息主体中的各种形式的数据存储到硬盘上,或利用一应用程序查看该文本。然而,通过传统电子邮件,只发送了数据。因此,发送者不能指定发送数据的处理。
为了解决上述问题,本发明的一个目的是提供一种电子邮件处理方法,通过用户发送活动和执行活动应用程序以及数据,该方法能够提供活动邮件服务。
因此,为了实现上述目的,本发明提供一种电子邮件处理方法,该方法包括步骤:生成具有消息首标和包括待发送的数据的消息主体的消息;如果发送方期望指定一个活动给接收方,则生成一个程序以执行该活动,将该活动程序与该消息连接,和将该活动程序与该消息一起发送;接收该消息,确定该活动程序是否连接到所接收到的消息,和如果该活动程序存在则执行该活动程序。
通过参照附图详细描述其一个优选实施例,本发明上述目的和优点将变得更加清楚。
图1是根据本发明的一种电子邮件消息的结构;
图2是根据本发明的一种电子邮件处理方法的流程图。
在图1中,电子邮件消息结构包括:一消息首标100,其具有关于该消息其它部分的信息;消息主体区域102,其具有发送者期望发送的数据;脚本算法区域104,其具有接收方接收邮件时要执行的活动算法;以及一脚本处理程序区域106,其具有执行脚本算法的程序。
图2是根据本发明的处理电子邮件的流程图。该电子邮件处理方法包括:步骤200,用于组成一个消息;步骤202,用于确定是否要指定一活动;步骤206到208,用于组成一个内含有脚本的消息并发送该消息;步骤210,用于证实是否在接收到的消息中包含该脚本;步骤212,用于执行一脚本处理程序,以及步骤214,用于在接收方的邮件箱中存储该消息。
在步骤200中,生成待发送的消息。在步骤202中,确定是否指定在接收该邮件时的一个活动。如果没有指定一个活动,则只有在步骤200中生成的消息被发送。如果指定该活动,在步骤206中,则生成一脚本算法。以高级语言编写并能够指定该活动的脚本,执行例如在接收方的盘驱动器中查找一个文件或在无接收方的情况下自动呼叫的活动。例如,如果接收方不立即读取收到的邮件,可采用如下的在三分钟以后呼叫接收方的算法。

否则,不执行任何操作。
在步骤208,该脚本算法和一脚本处理程序连接到在步骤200中生成并发送的消息。以程序语言,如与广泛系统兼容的Java(佳娃)编写的该脚本处理程序,与其它消息部分一起经网络发送。
在步骤210,当收到该邮件时,通过检查收到的消息首标来确定消息中是否包括脚本算法。如果该邮件消息包含一脚本,则在步骤212中,执行脚本处理程序。如果没有脚本,则在步骤214中,在接收方的邮箱中存储该邮件。
根据本发明,一个活动处理程序与数据一起通过邮件发送。因此,当收到邮件可以执行不同形式的活动,并且活动邮件接收是可能。另外,甚至可以通过邮件进行电子交易。
虽然,参照一特定实施例对本发明进行了描述和展示,但是对本领域技术人员而言,进一步的改进和变更都不脱离本发明的实质和范围。
Claims (3)
1、一种电子邮件发送方法,其中由发送方生成一个消息并发送该消息而由接收方接收该消息,所述消息包括:
一消息首标区域;
一消息主体区域,其具有由发送方发送的数据;
一脚本算法区域,其具有当接收方接收该邮件时所要执行的活动算法;和
一脚本处理程序区域,其具有执行脚本算法的程序。
2、根据权利要求1所述的电子邮件发送方法,其中所述脚本处理程序是用Java语言编写的。
3、一种电子邮件处理方法,其中由发送方生成一个消息并发送该消息而由接收方接收该消息,该方法包括步骤:
生成一消息,其具有一消息首标和包括待发送的数据的消息主体;
如果发送方期望指定一个活动给接收方,则生成一程序以执行该活动,将该活动程序连接到所述消息,并与所述消息一起发送所述活动程序;和
接收所述消息,确定所述活动程序是否与所述收到的消息连接,并且如果活动程序存在,则执行所述活动程序。
