Abstract

本发明公开了一种附着钛超微粒子的纤维制品,于高压水中燃烧氧氢混合气体,以该燃烧气体溶解钛金属,将所得钛超微粒子水溶液用作纤维质基材含浸处理,使其附着钛超微粒子,以得具健康效果的纤维制品。

附着钛超微粒子的纤维制品
技术领域
本发明有关利用经钛水溶液含浸处理的纤维质基材,所得含有、附着钛超微粒子的纤维制品。
另,本发明有关含有、附着钛超微粒子的裤袜、袜子、手套、内衣、衬衫、健康运动服、围巾、护膝、护腕等健康纤维制品。
背景技术
近来反应社会健康取向,众多健康商品纷纷问世。其中,关于日常生活穿着衣物的改良,集中于健康布料的应用上倍受瞩目。但关于健康纤维制品,只见实开平1-93054号公报、实开平5-69104号公报所载远红外线与磁力产生素材,实开昭63-199110号公报所载炭化纤维等为人所知,但上述发明皆以治疗疾病为目的,反以促进健康功能而处理纤维质基材的技术则寥寥可数。
再者,另有提升内衣类衣物的除臭、抗菌、质感性的发想,例如于内衣部分附着碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠等臭气吸收化合物钛,使其赋有除臭功能(特开昭52-21951号公报)、经金属酞菁类处理以提升袜子抗菌、除臭功能(特开昭63-112701号公报、实开平7-9906号公报)、通过二价三价铁盐等使内衣部分具抗菌功能(实开平2-3402号公报)。
另,将装有香料的微型胶囊作为壁材,以丙烯酸粘合剂接合纤维所制成的芳香长筒袜(特开平4-100901号公报),添加聚氧基伸烷基二醇及磺酸金属盐混合物以改良其触感的长筒袜(特开平4-241101号公报);经聚乙酰氨基葡糖壳聚糖处理提高抗菌防霉性的不织物(特开平4-272273号公报);将添加不含氧化钛的聚酰氨纤维,组成具透明性、平坦性、光泽性、舒适性的长筒袜(特开平7-157902号公报);经壳聚糖液处理,含有排汗性的纤维制品(特开平9-228249号公报);经聚磺酸与第4级铵盐组合处理的具抗静电性衬衫(特开平9-268476号公报);添加棓酸表棓儿茶酯(epigallocatechin gallate)的袜子、长筒袜(特开平10-195701号公报);添加陶瓷粒子的保温衣料(特开平11-269761号公报);经抗坏血酸类处理具清凉感与镇痛效果的纤维构造物(日本专利第2562233号);附带电石(tourmaline),具除臭及恢复疲劳效果的袜子(日本实用新型注册3040113号);以及经无机盐处理者(日本实用新型注册第3028232号);上述皆广为人知,但于应合社会健康取向要求仍有相当距离。
另,金属钛与铁、铜、铝相比,属较新颖的金属材料,利用其质轻即耐高温特性,可用于工业领域如喷射引擎等航天产业、核能发电或火力发电的热交换器管或管板等能源相关领域,再者亦多用于眼镜架、高尔夫球杆头等日用品领域,其利用范围正日益扩大。
钛多用于日用品、健康医疗品或化妆品,例如表面具有钛薄膜的剪发剪(特开昭62-268584号公报),钛熔融物利用于远红外线方面(特开昭61-59147号公报,特开平1-155803号公报、特开平3-112849号公报),床具(特开平8-322695号公报),烹饪用具(特开平9-140593号公报),眼罩(特开平10-71168号公报),健康器材(特开平11-285541号公报、特开平11-285543号公报),健康带(新型注册第3045835号),健康拖鞋(新型注册第3061466号)等。然而于纤维材料、特别在衣物、内衣方面,关于钛的利用则未尝见。
上述将钛制成功能水的活用技术仍未为人所知,仅有将钛作为阴极,以行电气渗透作用的饮水制造装置(特开昭50-40779号公报),至于将钛用于生理活性材料、食品材料或医疗品等领域,其发展被受期待,惟其实际状态仍未明朗。
本发明人积极研究钛于健康用途方面的利用,结果开发出于装有高压水的耐压容器内燃烧氧氢混合气体,通过该燃烧气体所生高温燃烧钛金属,得含钛熔融物的含钛高机能水,该制造方法及装置业已提出申请(特愿2000-136932号),但是本发明将此制造方法与装置所得含钛水,应用于纤维质基材处理上。
发明内容
为促进健康,市面上存有数多健康饮料、健康食品、健康器具,其中以将具促进健康效果的材料,用于日常生活最为贴近的衣物者,被视为最具效果,惜关于该种纤维制品所知技术甚少。
本发明人,鉴于上述状况,遂针对健康取向,积极研究能有效促进健康、价格低廉且多用途的健康纤维制品。
本发明通过经上述钛超微粒子机能水浸渍处理的纤维质基材,通过钛所具有活化人体细胞的优良效果,以提供能有效防止臭脚、消除疲劳等促进健康的纤维制品为目的。
本发明为解决上述公知问题,于纤维质基材上附着钛的一种健康纤维制品。
本发明为开发新颖健康纤维制品,于多数高功能性材料的取舍上,选择钛为机能赋予材料,而基材则为纤维质,通过添加或附着钛超微粒子于纤维质基材内,可提供优越纤维制品。
本发明将纤维质基材于钛水溶液中行浸渍处理、后经干燥所成含钛超微粒子的纤维制品;其中纤维质基材指不织物或织物。
本发明的纤维质基材,指由天然纤维、木棉、缧萦、醋酸酯等天然、半合成纤维、聚丙烯酸酯系纤维、聚乙烯醇系纤维、聚酯系纤维或聚醯胺系纤维等合成纤维制成的不织物或织物。
又,本发明含有钛超微粒子的纤维制品,以裤袜、袜子、手套、内衣类、衬衫类、健康运动服、围巾、护腕或护膝等形式作为范例。
本发明的钛水溶液浸渍处理,将纤维质基材浸渍于一般处理液中,或通过喷雾处理将处理液附于纤维质基材,使钛超微粒子浸渍或附着于纤维质基材上。
本发明所用的钛,自来即被称为″不可思议的生命力″,具有除臭作用、杀菌作用、防霉作用、耐燃作用等多数有用功能,只通过人体直接接触,以发挥增进健康的此类特殊功能,本发明属首创,此种与人体直接接触以促进健康的功能,原理虽尚未明朗,通过本发明所得纤维质基材使钛直接接触肌肤,可透过人体主要部位的″穴道″,促进发汗、肌肉新陈代谢、以及血液循环的净化作用。

具体实施方式
本发明所用钛熔融水,如上述日本特愿2000-136932号所载,于装有高压水的耐压容器内燃烧氧氢混合气体,通过该燃烧气体所生高温燃烧钛金属,得含钛熔融物的含钛高机能水。
本发明中,将上述纤维质基材行含钛水溶液浸渍处理,待处理液充分干燥后,即可得表面附有钛超微粒子的健康纤维制品。
本发明中,钛超微粒子机能水的处理,可于纤维质基材阶级进行,亦可在上述裤袜、袜子、手套、内衣、衬衫、健康运动服、围巾、护腕、护膝等制品成形后,再加行浸渍处理。
本发明中,以含钛超微粒子纤维质基材制成的健康纤维制品,可有效活用金属钛的促进健康功能。
另,本发明中,以裤袜形式最可充分发挥原有效果,但其余制品亦可有效发挥功能。
本发明以浸渍处理为主要处理方式,各方式处理的纤维表面钛附着程度,经电子显微镜放大后如图1~5。
图1(被测体1)经钛水溶液喷雾处理的纤维质基材表面状态,可明显看出钛超微粒子附着程度。
图2(被测体2)经钛水溶液浸渍处理的纤维质基材表面状态,同样可明显看出钛超微粒子附着程度。
图3(被测体3)为未处理者,当然纤维质基材的表面上并无任何变化。
图4(被测体4)为图1纤维质基材经清洗后状态。可看出经喷雾处理者,5次清洗后,其表面仍附有钛超微粒子。
图5(被测体5)为图2纤维质基材经清洗后状态。可看出经喷雾处理者,5次清洗后,其表面仍附有钛超微粒子。
照片中钛超微粒子以箭号(←)表示。
以下说明本发明健康纤维制品的效能实验结果。
使用本发明纤维制品(A)、(B)及对照用纤维制品(C)、(D),实施感官试验(感官受验者5位)。
测试对象纤维制品
(A)经含钛水处理,表面附有钛的尼龙裤袜(本发明)。
(B)经含钛水处理,附有钛的聚酯棉混纺布内衣(本发明)。
(C)未经处理的尼龙裤袜(对照用)。
(D)未处理的聚酯棉混纺布内衣(对照用)。
评估基准
由排汗作用、消除疲劳、恢复体力等观点,由受验者5人以○~×评分主观判断。

测试结果的评估
由以上的测试结果,可看出本发明纤维制品,因附有钛超微粒子,而具有排汗作用,消除疲劳、恢复体力等优越效果,且因钛超微粒子以牢附于纤维内,因此即使重复清洗亦不致大幅影响其功能。
如上述说明,附有钛超微粒子的纤维制品,可发挥优异的排汗功能、消除疲劳促进新陈代谢等作用,作为高功能纤维制品极实用;又,此本发明所得附有钛超微粒子的纤维制品,具有优异耐洗性。

Claims (3)

1、一种含有或附着钛超微粒子的纤维制品,特征为,凭借含钛水溶液浸渍处理纤维质基材所得。
2、如权利要求1所述的纤维制品,其特征在于:其纤维质基材为不织物或织物。
3、如权利要求1或2所述的纤维制品,其特征在于:为裤袜、袜子、手套、内衣、衬衫、健康运动服、围巾、护腕、护膝等制品。
