Abstract

本发明是一种灵芝制剂属医药保健药品领域。本发明采用灵芝提取物灵芝浸膏粉和灵芝孢籽粉为主要原料,经灵芝粉碎、蒸煮、浓缩、滤液、烘干、研粉特殊工艺流程加工而成的抗癌辅助药品,本发明制备简易,服用方便,经服用,效果较明显,具有滋补强身,助康复疗效。

Description

一种灵芝制剂及其制备方法
“灵芝复康宝”是采用灵芝提取物灵芝浸膏粉和灵芝孢籽粉混合精制而成的抗癌辅助药品。本品为粉状型、微苦、棕褐色、溶于水，有沉淀。药典分类为散剂。配方一：灵芝浸膏粉50％，灵芝孢籽粉50％；配方二：灵芝20％，灵芝孢籽粉80％；配方三：灵芝粉30％，灵芝孢籽粉70％。其工艺流程及制作方法：灵芝子实体粉碎5～10目，第一次蒸煮90分钟后过滤，第二、第三次蒸煮60分钟，合并滤液、浓缩至25～40°BC，60～70℃烘干，含水≤8％，磨粉、备用。取灵芝孢籽粉经高速气流粉碎机破壁或不破壁灵芝孢籽粉过180目筛网、清除杂质、烘干，加入灵芝提取物灵芝浸膏粉混合均匀，经烘干、过筛、分装、灭菌即得。
“灵芝复康宝”为粉状散剂，用开水冲服，内服外用均可，免除了中药煎煮的麻烦。它的加工生产技术，具有药学专业知识的技术人员都能掌握。“灵芝复康宝”功能为滋补强身、扶正固本，可作为抗癌辅助药，具有康复的疗效，所以称之为“灵芝复康宝”。

Claims (4)

1．一种灵芝制剂，其特征在于主要成分采用灵芝提取物灵芝浸膏粉和灵芝孢籽粉      混合制成粉剂。
2．按照权利要求1所述的灵芝制剂，其特征在于所述的主要成分配比如下：
配比／组分(重量／重量)    灵芝浸膏粉／灵芝孢籽粉

2                              20    ／    80
3                              30    ／    70
3．按权利要求1所述的灵芝制剂，其特征在于所述的灵芝孢籽粉是破壁和不破壁。
4．一种灵芝制剂的制备方法，其特征在于其工艺流程如下：
①将灵芝子实体粉碎5-10目，进行第一次蒸煮90分钟后过滤，收集滤液，再行第二、第三次蒸煮各60分钟，收集滤液，将三次滤液合并，浓缩至25-40BC，60-70C烘干，得浸膏粉，使其保持含水率≤8％，磨粉，备用；
②取灵芝孢籽粉经高速气流粉碎机破壁，或不破壁灵芝孢籽粉过180目筛网，清除杂质，烘干；3加入灵芝提取物灵芝浸膏粉混合均匀，经烘干，过筛，分装，灭菌，即得本发明。
