本发明公开了一种防水保温隔热建筑材料及制备方法,防水保温隔热建筑材料由下列成分组成(重量配比):水泥:1;砂子:2-3;膨胀珍珠岩:0.1-1.8;防水剂:0.6-2.0;本发明的防水保温隔热建筑材料取代了现有技术的多层结构,简化为单层,并满足了对建筑物顶层的技术要求,达到了多层结构的防水保温隔热效果。而且制备方法简单,优于多层结构的制备施工方法,简化工艺提高效率。

防水保温隔热建筑材料及制备方法
技术领域:本发明涉及用于建筑领域的一种防水保温隔热建筑材料及制备方法。
背景技术:现在建筑物屋顶面层一般由图1所示组成,除结构层A外,有隔气层B、找平层C、找坡层D、保温层E、保护层F、排气层G、防水层H、上人层(保护层)I层,每层由不同材料组成。在施工中,要一层一层地做。施工周期长,工序多且复杂。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于改进现有技术之缺点,而提供一种防水保温隔热建筑材料及制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取以下设计方案:防水保温隔热建筑材料由下列成分组成(重量配比):
水泥:1                   砂子:2-3
膨胀珍珠岩:0.1-1.8       防水剂:0.6-2.0
制备方法:
步骤1,根据重量配比要求确定水泥、砂子、膨胀珍珠岩和防水剂用量;
步骤2,把水泥、砂子、膨胀珍珠岩掺合在一起,干搅拌均匀;
步骤3,加入防水剂,搅拌均匀;
步骤4,浇注压面成型。
本发明的优点是:本发明的防水保温隔热建筑材料取代了现有技术的多层结构,简化为单层,并满足了对建筑物顶层的技术要求,膨胀珍珠岩具有隔热、保温的功能,达到了多层结构的防水保温隔热效果。而且制备方法简单,优于多层结构的制备施工方法,简化工艺提高效率。

具体实施方式:
实施例1,防水保温隔热建筑材料由水泥、砂子、膨胀珍珠岩和防水剂组成,选用标号32.5#普通硅酸盐水泥,粒径为2.0mm中砂或粗砂,膨胀珍珠岩标号50#,粒径小于0.15mm的含量不应大于8%,堆积密度小于120kg/m,导热系数小于0.07w/m·k,选用砂浆防水剂,型号TFS生产厂家唐山星斗防水材料有限公司。
防水保温隔热建筑材料由下列成分组成(重量配比):
水泥:1                       砂子:2
膨胀珍珠岩:0.1               防水剂:0.6
实施例2,防水保温隔热建筑材料由水泥、砂子、膨胀珍珠岩和防水剂组成,选用32.5#普通硅酸盐水泥,粒径为3.7mm中砂或粗砂,膨胀珍珠岩标号250#,粒径小于0.15mm的含量不应大于8%,堆积密度小于120kg/m,导热系数小于0.07w/m·k,选用SF防水剂,生产厂家为北京克帮防水工程有限公司。
防水保温隔热建筑材料由下列成分组成(重量配比):
水泥:1                        砂子:3
膨胀珍珠岩:1.8                防水剂:2.0
实施例3,防水保温隔热建筑材料由水泥、砂子、膨胀珍珠岩和防水剂组成,选用32.5#普通硅酸盐水泥,粒径为2.9mm中砂或粗砂,膨胀珍珠岩标号150#,粒径小于0.15mm的含量不应大于8%,堆积密度小于120kg/m,导热系数小于0.07w/m·k,选用混凝土防水剂,型号YF生产厂家北京和众宇圣防水技术开发公司。
防水保温隔热建筑材料由下列成分组成(重量配比):
水泥:1                         砂子:2
膨胀珍珠岩:0.25                防水剂:1.05
上述的实施例1、2、3可采用如下步骤:
人工制备方法:
步骤1,根据配比要求确定水泥、砂子、膨胀珍珠岩和防水剂用量;
步骤2,把水泥、砂子、膨胀珍珠岩掺合在一起,干搅拌均匀;
步骤3,加入防水剂,搅拌均匀;
步骤4,浇注在施工面上压面成型。
机械制备方法:
步骤1,根据上述重量配比确定水泥、砂子、膨胀珍珠岩用量;在测定砂子的含水率后,根据砂子的含水率按上述重量配比调整防水剂用量;
步骤2,先倒砂子,再倒水泥,然后加入膨胀珍珠岩,干搅拌均匀;
步骤3,加入防水剂,搅拌均匀,搅拌时间如下:
自落式搅拌机:搅拌机的出料量小于250kg,用时120分钟,搅拌机的出料量(250-500)kg,用时120分钟,搅拌机的出料量大于500kg,用时240分钟。
强制式搅拌机:搅拌机的出料量小于250kg,用时90分钟,搅拌机的出料量(250-500)kg,用时120分钟,搅拌机的出料量大于500kg,用时180分钟。
步骤4,浇注在施工面上压面成型。
本发明防水保温隔热建筑材料制备后为干渣状,根据施工要求,整浇于楼顶表面成型。如图2所示,结构层1,固化后的防水保温隔热建筑材料层2,与结构层1固化连接。

Claims (4)

1、一种防水保温隔热建筑材料,其特征在于:
由下列成分组成重量配比:
水泥:1                     砂子:2-3
膨胀珍珠岩:0.1-1.8         防水剂:0.6-2.0,
所述的水泥选用标号32.5#普通硅酸盐水泥,粒径为2.0-3.7mm中砂;膨胀珍珠岩标号50#-250#,粒径小于0.15mm的含量不应大于8%,堆积密度小于120kg/m,导热系数小于0.07w/m·k;防水剂选用混凝土防水剂或SF防水剂或砂浆防水剂。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种防水保温隔热建筑材料的制备方法;其特征在于:
步骤1,根据重量配比要求确定水泥、砂子、膨胀珍珠岩和防水剂用量;
步骤2,把水泥、砂子、膨胀珍珠岩掺合在一起,干搅拌均匀;
步骤3,加入防水剂,搅拌均匀;
步骤4,浇注压面成型。
3、根据权利要求2所述的一种防水保温隔热建筑材料制备方法,其特征在于:步骤1,有在测定砂子的含水率后,根据砂子的含水率按重量配比调整防水剂用量的步骤。
4、根据权利要求2或3所述的一种防水保温隔热建筑材料制备方法,其特征在于:步骤2,有先倒砂子,再倒水泥,然后加入膨胀珍珠岩的次序。
